It was honestly a vibe, had a great time at the place and Aaron was really quick with his responses. Would definitely come back again !

My stay was AMAZING. I checked in extremely easy with the instructions I was given. The location was perfect for me a solo traveled woman, with a lot of security and privacy. There is some walkable areas if you don’t mind the walk. I felt right at home in the studio built for two or one. The pool was super relaxing, the decor was beautiful. The host was extremely sweet, very responsive and always asked if I needed anything. The host did help me with booking a driver for a day out, for plans I had made last minute. Every body was so accommodating and I am grateful that I brought in my birthday at the home.

Firstly, the space was more beautiful and bigger than it appears in photos. Very aesthetic and modern. Great price and great stay. A couple things: The neighborhood is developing so the roads are not great but it didn’t make a difference in my stay There were ants travelling in the bathroom and I’m sure I could’ve asked for ant traps, but I left the lights on and I felt like that helped keep them away. The most important thing to note is the address. The address provided to me was not accurate, so it made it difficult for taxis. Additionally, the taxi service provided from this Airbnb host from airport to the home was not a good experience and I did not use that taxi service again during my stay. Otherwise, the place is absolutely amazing and I would stay there again for sure. Thanks to the amazing hosts!

This place is fabulous - the walkability of it and closeness to amazing restaurants and being in a local neighbourhood were really the standout parts of our stay. Not to mention the POOL! The home had everything we needed to make our own meals and the communication from the hosts was some of the best I’ve ever had.

We had a wonderful stay at Veronica's Airbnb! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. Veronica went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and made us feel truly welcome. Communication was smooth and prompt, which made the entire experience stress-free. WOW! What an incredible experience. Denisee was honestly the best bnb host I have ever had. Not only did she help me set up all my reservations (including dinners, boats, and private drivers) but she also quickly responded to any and every one of my questions both leading up to our stay and during. This trip for my birthday would not have been possible without her kind assistance. She is an amazing host. Now to the house: EVEN MORE WOW! What a beautiful space. The outdoor pool area was heated and perfect for hanging out and taking pictures. We felt very at home with cold air, great bathroom mirrors for getting ready and comfortable beds. All of my group slept like a rock. This house is so perfect for a group of 5-10 people! I went for my birthday and would love to stay again for a future trip. Thank you so much for making my 30th birthday so amazing!

We had a great stay here. Lesley was extremely helpful, as was the cleaning and maintenance staff. This is a great location if you’d like to be closer to town, but perhaps less so if you want to be super close to the beach (it’s not far, just know it’s not really walkable). Right around the corner is Palma Central which is a great place to go dancing! Plenty of parking options here as well.

Absolutely stunning property. We were so impressed by how clean it was. There’s a private spool with a hammock outside as well as a rooftop pool and one in the jungle area. There’s 24/7 securrity with a gate which gave us some peace. The boho chic property was everything we could’ve asked for. I would 100% go back!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Villa Raiss! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the host truly cares about their guests experience. The place was spotless, walkable to so many restaurants and had everything we needed- including our groceries! Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, making it perfect for my bachelorette party of 10! We’ve already recommended Villa Raiss to friends going to Tulum!

We were beyond satisfied and thrilled with Tanya’s casita! It’s so beautiful, cozy, well decorated, and very well kept. It is away from Centro and beaches which is just what we were looking for! Easy to rent a car or bike, which are within walking distance. I will also add, the fact that she keeps a few necessities in the fridge so we didn’t have to worry about shopping right away was such a nice touch!! Also, we weren’t paying close enough attention to the description, but there is no TV. Turned out to be a good thing!! I HIGHLY recommend this casita! Thank you Tanya, for such a wonderful stay!!

Our family of 6 had a wonderful stay at the casa! Brigitte, our host met us at the house and showed us everything. We arrived on Christmas Day and she picked up some grocery essentials as we were not sure if stores would be open. She was friendly, helpful, and quick to respond and resolve any minor issues that came up and provided lots of help and local knowledge. The house was immaculate and walkable to coffee shops and cafes and a small market. We had a wonderful meal at The Orchid House, a hotel and restaurant right next door. The stay included a mid-week cleaning. We took advantage of the chef service twice. Chef Jesus and his assistant came to the villa and made a wonderul surf and turf Christmas dinner for us, complete with amazing cocktails. They also did a taco night for us at the house. Parking was easy. This was by far the best service we have had at a rental. and we have stayed at numerous AirBnBs throughout the US and Europe. Highly recommended! Many thanks!

Celine, Daniela, and Pau were fantastic hosts from beginning to end. They were incredibly fast to respond to any questions or concerns. All instructions were clear and easy to follow. The house is even better than pictured, and the pool is such an amazing focal point throughout. Every part of the house was clean and welcoming. We didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend.

Great stay. Amazing hosts. Daniela was a gem. Pool was great. Jacuzzi would be amazing in winter just saying. The power went out and the water turned off. They arrived quickly to resolve. The pool cleaner came upon request not scheduled as mentioned. Firm beds. Beautiful decor and nice accents. Perfect for my party of 3. Thank you !

The Brooklyn Bungalow was nothing less than AMAZING. We had two other couples with us, and ALL of us were impressed. The home was clean, inviting and comfortable. The pool was spotless, the kitchen was great for the meals we cooked and the bathrooms were pristine. A quick walk to a few coffee places, and we highly recommend Chencho’s for breakfast and Pinche’s tacos for lunch OR dinner. Rosa was fantastic in her communications with us and recommended Vito, a personal chef, for a special dinner made in the home. FANTASTIC!!! Vito welcomed us to the house and showed us around, and he was so friendly and informative. WARNING….The roads to the place are NOT for the faint of heart…istg a toddler could stand up in one of the potholes (not even an exaggeration)….but that is NO fault of the owners. We would DEFINITELY return. We enjoyed our stay so much and look forward to being repeat guests!

Everything we needed to feel peaceful yet walkable to town and go exploring! The picture of the front door was very helpful to make sure we were at the right location. Communication was great and having Daniel available was a bonus. Thank you for sharing your space with us!

We had an incredible stay! The location is excellent—situated at the end of "Hotel Row" giving you the best of both worlds. Head north for great restaurants and shopping, or go south for peaceful solitude. The home is secure and well-maintained, with everything in perfect working order. The hosts were excellent, and the on-site staff was helpful and responsive. Daily cleaning was provided without us even having to ask, which was a nice touch. One of the reasons we booked this place was the kitchen, but with so many great restaurants nearby, we never actually used it. This was a fantastic stay that exceeded our expectations!

Three girlfriends and I stayed here to celebrate our friend’s upcoming wedding. The place was perfect, the setting was paradise, and the private beach was beautiful. We loved having access to the cenote across the road as well. It was a perfect vacation!

The home was exactly as described—beautiful, spotless, and well-maintained. The host went above and beyond by stocking the fridge with waters and some local snacks, which was a thoughtful touch. The A/C units worked beyond expectation, keeping the space cool and comfortable. Ran into a minor issue with the front gate’s opening/closing function, but the host was extremely responsive and quickly helped resolve it. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay! We were in Tulum for a bachelorette party and had a fabulous time at this Airbnb. The location is in downstown and easy to walk to local restaurants! We contacted the host to help us with transportation, private chef, yoga, decorations and groceries. Everything was seamless and well organized! I would recommend this airbnb and host!

The place was exactly as pictured. Clean and spacious. The included daily cleaning service made the stay even better.

Great place to stay in Tulum! Three large rooms with ensuite bathrooms. Close to main restaurants of Tulum centro. Felt safe. I would recommend!
