We had a great time in our stay. The home was just the right size for our group.

Excellent attention and facilities, all according to what was advertised. Let's hope the streets in general improve soon for better accessibility. Very spacious and tastefully decorated property. Totally recommended.

Very pleasant stay. Safe neighborhood, Omar was great throughout the whole stay, and fully ammenitised. Do have to state that the housing facade is pretty run down and definitely needs an exterior refurbish as well as updating some of the old wooden furniture. However, all in all, brilliant stay and very safe area.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly welcoming, the space was clean and cozy, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Eric’s place was extraordinary. A wonderful location close to Tulum as well as Anibal. Very private and very quiet. Eric has exquisite taste and the house is beautifully designed and furnished. I would stay here in a moment again. Hope to in the future.

My friends and I stayed here for 3 nights for Afterlife. It was a little hard to find at first because the coordinates given to us didn’t quite match the exact location but the owner helped lead us to the right spot. Once we got there we were super impressed with the house. So spacious and loved having an en suite with each room. The heated pool was so nice and relaxing. Feel like Tulum in general is a little pricey and congested so don’t think I would go back. But this house was probably a highlight of our trip there.

We would definitely like to recommend this villa for families with children and more . Very cozy in a gated complex , everything is new and clean . Also quite close to the beach , shops and cafes. The host 100% satisfied all our requests - to clean the pool , replace some things , add towels . We spent 14 days and are glad that we chose this option . All photos are 100% true , the kitchen has everything you need for cooking. The air conditioners work great and there are mosquito nets , which is very important in Tulum. There is also a large swimming pool and a gym and a children's playground on the territory, which is very convenient and comfortable .

Lesley’s place was a fantastic stay for our group. We appreciated the concierge service to help arrange for airport and local transportation, schedule same-day in-house massages, and schedule an ATV and cenote tour through the jungle. The listing was exactly as pictured. The closets even had cute beach totes with beach towels prepped for us. There’s a coffee shop just a few minutes walk away, and another minute or two from there gets you to the main road with restaurants, souvenir shops, and convenience stores. Lesley and the concierge team were very responsive to help arrange services and for general questions throughout the trip. Overall, we'd highly recommend Lesley's property!

My stay was fantastic! The house is beautiful and well maintained. While I could have used more space for my clothes beyond the small closet, it was manageable. However, I did find the stairs quite daunting with small children around

Staying at Flavia's was great. She has filtered/bottled water at the airbnb so you do not need to buy. The house is walking distance from a convenience store if you need anything. We did encounter loud music during the morning. Not sure if it was a church. The house is huge!!! We did notice a bit of dust but nothing too crazy. The pool was cold so we did not get in but we enjoyed the outdoor space. The security system was great. We felt safe at all times and would stay there again.

I took my daughter and eight cousins to Mexico for her birthday, and this villa was perfect! Our host, Celine, was incredibly gracious, responsive, and kind, making our stay smooth and enjoyable. When we arrived, I immediately understood why so many reviews said the photos don’t do this villa justice—it’s even more stunning in person. The living and dining spaces were massive, and the outdoor pool area felt like a resort, perfectly fitting the Tulum vibe. The villa was impeccably clean, with spacious bedrooms and showers everyone loved. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to cook for our group, and the A/C, Wi-Fi, and dishwasher all worked flawlessly. The added security, with an auto-locking door and 24/7 gated security, provided peace of mind. The location was ideal, close to Tulum’s attractions and a large supermarket, Chedraui Market, that had everything we needed. I’d rate our stay a 12/10—highly recommended!

This house was exactly as described and worked great for our group. Right in the middle of the beach and el Centro. This is a major plus for this home, my phone was broken the first day of our trip and I had access to nothing. However I had no reason to reach out to the host as everything worked as expected and we had 0 issues with the home. I would definitely stay here over and over and over again!

Concepto’s place was amazing. The layout was beautiful and matched photos. He was very helpful and even got us transportation from Cancun to Tulum last minute. Thanks again for the stay. The place is slightly hard to find but that’s the lay of the land in the area.

If you’re looking for the PERFECT spot in Tulum, look no further ! The Brooklyn bungalow was everything expected plus more. It’s near the strip which is a main tourist attraction, grocery stores are within walking distance. Our excursions with Julio & Doris were AMAZING ! Highly recommended if you’re planning a trip to Tulum soon. Rosa made sure we were very well taken care of, she responded to all of our needs within a timely manner. 10/10 recommendation on booking the private chef Alex as well, the food and drinks were immaculate. This spot is well worth the stay. The bikes provided were a nice touch as well, a ride in Tulum is a must. The overall experience was marvelous, we will definitely return sooner than later. Very attentive , great area , close to restaurants and central to Tulum

Three girlfriends and I stayed here to celebrate our friend’s upcoming wedding. The place was perfect, the setting was paradise, and the private beach was beautiful. We loved having access to the cenote across the road as well. It was a perfect vacation!

This place was amazing, we were a group of 8 friends and we all had a blast. The house is well equipped in case you want to cook.

It was a very good alternative, it is a very nice and cozy house, quite spacious and exactly the same as the photographs. The administration always responded very timely and very proactively, so we did not had any problem. Even there is a construction site next door, and we had to ask them to lower the volume of the radio a couple of times, they were quite respectful and it was no problem. This is a highly recommended and ideal destination to come with children. In our case we rented a car so we had no problem with transportation, and although the roads are not very good, if you drive slowly, there is no problem or risk of accident.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property was comfortable, and the hosts were very kind, making us feel welcome. The sound system was a delightful surprise that added to our fun. Here are a couple of things that could enhance future guest experiences: 1. Bathroom Amenities: Providing body wash instead of the tiny bar soaps would be a welcome upgrade. 2. Gate Access: Automating the gate would greatly improve convenience and security, especially for those arriving late. Having to get out of the car to open the gate at night felt a bit unsafe. However, there is continuous police and security patrol, which adds to the overall sense of safety. 3. Extra: the property is on a one-way street which isn't accurately reflected on Google Maps, which could potentially lead to guests accidentally driving the wrong way.

We had an unforgettable bachelorette trip to Tulum, and staying at Irma's property made it even more special! The home was absolutely stunning, with beautifully designed interiors and an inviting atmosphere that perfectly captured the essence of Tulum. It was incredibly clean, spacious, and every detail was thoughtfully curated. Our host, Irma, was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. They were always available to answer our questions, gave great recommendations for local spots, and even helped arrange a few activities for us. Their warm hospitality truly made us feel at home. We couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate, and we highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful stay in Tulum!

Angelica and staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, caring, and responsive. The space itself is secluded and wonderful to stay. Would highly recommend and stay again any time.

From start to finish, check-in to check-out, Tanya was an amazing host! The location made it easy to get into the city & explore, and Tanya gave awesome local recommendations. It was also perfect to lounge & hang out, whether a slow morning getting ready or coming back after an evening out. The bed & pillows were so comfortable and cozy (very important), the pastries for the morning were perfect, and although the pool was a bit chilly this time of year, we loved it! Best Air BnB experience we have had so far - 10/10 would recommend booking this place.
