Vacation rentals with a home theater in La Veleta

I initially booked another Airbnb- but due to issues with the first Airbnb I had to transfer immediately- and I transferred to this one here. This happened very fast because Jose and Francisco are very responsive hosts. Then during my stay, I ended up having to extend a month, and was able to do so with no problems because Jose proactively reserved the place for me in the event I needed to extend. I didn’t even ask him to do this… he did it intuitively. The hosts are amazing, the place is big, new, clean, quiet, safe for your car or motorcycle overnight. There is also an Oxxo convenient store downstairs 1 minute walk- for water and snacks and whatever you may need at midnight. Honestly it’s a very nice place- and the price was pretty fair. TULUM is getting more and more expensive- but out of the 10 airbnbs I have been to in TULUM (all long stays) this is for sure one I would return to. Oh yeah- office space for work downstairs and laundry and dryerrrrrr too :)))) highly recommend!!!!

Juli and Oscar were lovely hosts — clear, responsive, proactive. They even waited to meet us but we didn’t realize and we ran much later than we expected. The unit was exactly as described and as seen in photos. They made excellent use of a small space with added touches of warmth throughout. We’ve stayed in numerous airbnbs in MX and no one else, especially when it’s a managed property, has nice touches like coffee and filters, salt, filtered water in the fridge — enough for at least the first day until we can go to the grocery (across the street!) to pick up a few items. Plus storage containers for leftovers. Amenities were as described and staff on site courteous.

how to improve to put a blind in the window over the kitchen to prevent light in the evenings, everything else excellent.

The house is new, nice, nice, in general quite clean and tidy, the kitchen and bathrooms work very well, it has everything you need for the stay. With parking, wifi and the very nice pool area, it is a very quiet place and the beds very comfortable. Thank you Ale 😊👍

Excellent and cozy stay at Toho Villa, the truth is highly recommended to have a quiet, comfortable, cozy and luxury experience. The house is spacious, with a very tasteful boho chic touch, very comfortable beds, excellent cleanliness and enjoying the pool and jacuzzi was great. It has space to park your car, streets to walk and go for a run, a fresh market crossing the street of the private to be able to buy what you need, whether it be food and basic things. The Host is very kind and good, at all times good attention. The location is ideal, close to the beach, the center, the Chedraui and several restaurants around, as well as good security. I recommend it and every time I come back to Tulum estare por ahi at that property. Thank you so much for the good experience!

We had a fabulous vacation and split our time between visiting Tulum and enjoying the abundant on-site amenities at Edena. In staying at this complex, we enjoyed access to the pool and recreation areas, all connected with landscaped pathways under rich jungle foliage. The development is close to central downtown and adjacent to our favorite restaurant and a stunning new grocery store. Also, we stayed at what might be the best unit at the Edena complex. The carefully curated foliage (including banana plants and a mango tree) is brilliant in color and texture. The outdoor space also includes a small pool, a charming palapa, landscape lighting, and overhead string lights that invite you to maximize time on the ground- and 2nd-floor patio lounges. The indoor fixtures, accessories and décor also show attention to detail, with comfortable beds, tasteful furnishings, high-performing AC and a well-stocked kitchen. I can’t image better-valued lodging in Tulum. We’ll definitely be back!

the place was gorgeous, spacious! equipped with brand new hard hitting cold air conditioner for the blazing heat. pool was nice and has a great balcony. super clean - the best bluetooth marshall speaker incase you forget your JBL clip at home. peaceful neighborhood, Next door to a bar, walking distance to groceries, a few restaurants and other things like spa’s and barbershops. The host was probably one of the best host i ever experienced in Airbnb. super friendly and very informative with all things to do in tulum. I forgot to bring hair gel and he went to get me some out of the kindness of his heart. 5 star rating - i would for sure stay at this place again ! perfect for groups for sure. enough bathrooms to accommodate and great water pressure! if you don’t mind a great place to stay and flexing for the gram . do not hesitate to book your stay here. you’ll thank me in the long run!

Place was clean, beautiful surroundings and just like pictures. The host had many boarder games so you will never be board. The place was just like the pictures. She was very responsive and went out of her way to give us suggestions on the things that we could do around the area. She was very nice and informative. I would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was very nice, very comfortable it was perfect if what you are looking for is privacy and tranquility this place is perfect although it is not in the center really is very close to it. The accommodation is very nice very comfortable, it has everything and a little more, the stay was amazing... I hope to be back soon

Enjoy my week in downtown tulum the rooftop pool is great

I loved this apartment & it was in the best location centrally located in Aldea Zama - the closest you can get to beach hotel zone without having to stay at an overpriced hotel. The building has 24/7 security and the area is very well lit / felt safe as a solo traveler- a lot of street security as well. The hosts were very accessible & communicated in a timely manner. I would 100% stay here again & highly recommend it for anyone seeking a centrally located rental close to the beach without beach hotel prices. There are also a ton of great food / dining options very walkable. One thing to note is taxi’s aren’t that easy to get so I would recommend arranging transportation with a few local taxi services - ask hosts for contacts. Also note that taxis to the hotel zone, beach area will cost $40 one way - kind of a rip off but it’s a monopoly with taxis Jerez just be prepared to spend on transportation OR I would recommend renting a scooter for your stay - so much easier to get around Tulum

The apartment is very comfortable, with everything you need in addition to being very clean and organized. The gym in the building is very good! Arianny helped us with suggestions and always responded quickly when needed. To get around, it is really necessary to have a car, motorcycle or bicycle. I highly recommend this place!
