Vacation rentals with a home theater in La Veleta

The apartments are wonderful, located in what I think is the most beautiful area of Tulum, Aldea Zamna, where it is safe to walk, run or ride a bike as the streets are wide and there are sidewalks. The area is beautifully landscaped, and much better than the village of La Veleta or the Hotelera area. The apartment has everything you need, a fully equipped forge, a rooftop pool, and an Oxxo store on the 1st floor. The builders were making a bit of noise as work is underway in the next building, but it didn't bother us much.

I initially booked another Airbnb- but due to issues with the first Airbnb I had to transfer immediately- and I transferred to this one here. This happened very fast because Jose and Francisco are very responsive hosts. Then during my stay, I ended up having to extend a month, and was able to do so with no problems because Jose proactively reserved the place for me in the event I needed to extend. I didn’t even ask him to do this… he did it intuitively. The hosts are amazing, the place is big, new, clean, quiet, safe for your car or motorcycle overnight. There is also an Oxxo convenient store downstairs 1 minute walk- for water and snacks and whatever you may need at midnight. Honestly it’s a very nice place- and the price was pretty fair. TULUM is getting more and more expensive- but out of the 10 airbnbs I have been to in TULUM (all long stays) this is for sure one I would return to. Oh yeah- office space for work downstairs and laundry and dryerrrrrr too :)))) highly recommend!!!!

Santi & Diana were wonderful hosts. The space was clean, organized, and exactly as advertised. They were responsive and communicated well with us. The space was a little far from most attractions however the welcoming atmosphere of the community allowed for peace and quiet, which we very much appreciated, and an affordable scooter service that we rented made the distance no problem. I would definitely recommend and would absolutely stay here again! Cheers!

We had almost two wonderful weeks in Katja's apartment and enjoyed it immensely. The apartment was large, perceived larger than in pictures, with a good kitchen as well as living room and huge bed. There was also a nice balcony and a roof terrace where we would have breakfast. Very good experience, thank you very much!

Apartment beyond our expectations. Lots of amenities in the apartment and in the building. Coworking and efficient internet. Clean and not very busy pool. Very well located at the top of an OXXO. Very clean with intimate balcony.

We had the best time saying at Casa Pablo! It’s even nicer than in the pictures. Truly a dreamy vacation spot. Kevin was a great host, very responsive, checked in on us, and gave us restaurant recommendations! The rooftop terrace was also incredible. We would love to stay here again. While there are walkable restaurants, we were happy to have rented a car to access the beach strip and downtown area (Centro). Ps. Check out Holistika for Yoga and Pottery classes! It’s a 10-15 min walk away.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful location. It was magical to be in the jungle and the area was safe and clean. We appreciated the amenities like the pools, gym and yoga studio, etc. We felt safe with 24 hour security. If we come back to the area, we would definitely stay here again!

Location. Location. Location. It was our first time to the area and we appreciated the safety and security of the property. We could walk to awesome restaurants, 7/11, and coffee shops in just a few minutes. We rented bikes and scooters and biked to the beach (3 miles) every day. We also walked downtown three times to dine and shop. The courtyard and plunge pool were awesome but there is no outdoor furniture which is a shame as we wanted to drink our coffee outside in the morning and lounge around the plunge pool during the day. We easily walked a block away to the complex's larger community pool which afforded lounge chairs around the pool. The house was expansive, easy to navigate, and provided plenty of room for gathering as a group and for time alone. We came back late at night and the security guards greeted us and let us in the property. There is some construction in the neighborhood but the noise is not bothersome and is kept to a minimum. We enjoyed our stay!

The Airbnb looks exactly like the photos. It was such a beautiful space to relax and enjoy my vacation. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a good place to stay in tulum. It’s was very close the beach. We had a fantastic stay.

We would definitely like to recommend this villa for families with children and more . Very cozy in a gated complex , everything is new and clean . Also quite close to the beach , shops and cafes. The host 100% satisfied all our requests - to clean the pool , replace some things , add towels . We spent 14 days and are glad that we chose this option . All photos are 100% true , the kitchen has everything you need for cooking. The air conditioners work great and there are mosquito nets , which is very important in Tulum. There is also a large swimming pool and a gym and a children's playground on the territory, which is very convenient and comfortable .

Great stay. Felt safe. Had a guard at the entrance 24/7. Was very clean and location is extremely close to the beach.

I just have to share how much we loved staying at Sofia’s place! It was absolutely perfect for our family. My husband was able to take care of some virtual meetings without any issues thanks to the reliable wifi, while my son and I had a blast enjoying the pool and lounging on the hammocks. The condo’s amenities were fantastic! We really enjoyed the delicious food at the Club restaurant, and it was super convenient having a little store on the property for snacks and essentials. Highly recommend it!

We had a fantastic stay. This apart-hotel was perfect as it has all the amenities we needed - rooftop pool, reception, tour desk, even a bar! - but also was really nice to have a spacious apartment with a kitchen and living space. Everything was pristine and modern. The hosts were fantastic as they provided recommendations every day - most of which we did and would highly recommend! Great. Great communication and wonderful stay.

The host was very response and kind. The place is clean. We used the bicycles to get around town. Walking is doable but it’s a bit of a hike to the town center (so can/taxi is recommended ) the staff there is great at getting rides. The personal tub was not warm but it was great after a hot day- the outside hammocks were great to chill. I recommend stopping at the store to get water, paper towels, body wash, and snacks. The street tacos were the best food ! Felt safe at the hotel with security and walking.

The stay was very pleasant. Diego is a good host who constantly asks if you are doing well and everything is alright. Unfortunately, there was a problem in the bathroom upon arrival, which was quickly resolved. Otherwise, you can definitely recommend Diego and the place. You get a lot in the building and you can reach everything you need to live on foot!
