A great stay at Pablo's! Calm and pleasant neighborhood with everything nearby, restaurant, grocery store etc. Ideal for solo travelers or couples. The awesome rooftop pool. Ultra clean building with plenty of amenities. Pablo is very responsive and thoughtful. Very good stay I recommend 100%

A wonderful two floor apartment with its own outdoor area. Lots of character and space and Katerina our host, was lovely with some great local recommendations. The right side of town for the beach and within easy walking distance of the best supermarket I've ever been too. Really smart cooker and kitchen and two bathrooms. This place is lovely

Mark was a wonderful host. His place was located close to everything we needed. Having bikes to use was a real plus going to the beach. He helped us with food recommendations and getting a taxi to the bus station.

Andrea was a truly exceptional, delightful, sweet, perfect host! He clearly really wanted us to be as happy as we possibly could - we had no idea breakfast was part of the package, and his beach recommendation (X'cacel) was an unexpected pearl we would never have encountered otherwise. We got the tucked-away jungle experience we wanted without being too far from the amenities of Tulum pueblo.

The place is nice and matches all the directions mentioned, the space is useful for short stays, the pool is very nice and clean at all times, the friendly and attentive staff.

We loved our stay at Ying's flat. Ying was helpful and accommodating, making sure that we had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The flat itself was everything we could have hoped for and more - it was bright, clean, and spacious, with all the amenities we needed to feel right at home. The communal gym and swimming pool were glorious, providing the perfect place to relax and stay active during our stay. We loved the location of the flat, as there were some great cafes nearby, including the fantastic Alegria cafe which quickly became one of our favorite spots to grab a coffee or a bite to eat. Would recommend!

Mia and Santiago made everything absolutely perfect! The apartment had no issues whatsoever, anything that may have popped up like the troubleshooting the stove or locking myself out the apartment, Santiago was a text away, he was super responsive and always provided all the help I needed as far as booking traveling and recommendations. The restaurant at Central Park is delicious and the staff is super friendly, you’ll never go wrong heading to the spa or gym after work, there’s a hot pool, cold pool and several spa amenities that you can enjoy. The AC worked perfectly in the bedroom and living room but the cool nights in Tulum during my three weeks made nights without the AC needing to be on perfect. I can’t say enough about this stay, there’s some moments where the storm would come and the power would get knocked for 15 mins but nothing crazy, this is what life is like on the island, embraced every moment and never had any issues with the power or the apartment, great stay!

David was a good host and gave clear instructions, his staff was very responsive and present,very kind, everything was as in the photos Small problem that was resolved quickly. The apartment is a little far from everything on foot so ideally a bike or means of transport like a car or something would be ideal, for example the calm , privacy and tranquility was impeccable!

Perfect Air bnb in a perfect location. I couldn’t recommend Diego’s place anymore. It was like a home away from home with everything you needed in working distance! I’ll definitely be back again!

Great price for the place. Few insects, but given that is in the jungle, wouldn’t mind the insects. Inside pool in the apartment can be preferably cleaner

Check in instructions were extremely clear and accessing the unit was very easy. It was also nice that the lock box code was provided slightly in advance because I had some spotty phone service initially coming from the US. Definitely a good value in Tulum.
