Monthly Rentals in La Condesa

This was a nice little place to stay. The building feels secure and the apartment is nice. I would stay here again. There is a cute Cafe called Cafe Malibu only like a block over.

Belén and Teo's place is so beautiful -- spacious, tastefully decorated, gorgeous floors, and lots of light. And it felt like a real home. The kitchen is well-equipped with appliances and very practical for cooking, including the large fridge. The living room is super cozy, full of plants and with a great view; the office space is very practical for working, including a large monitor; the bedroom is quiet and the bed comfortable. Sara, the housekeeper is extremely sweet and helpful, and Belén and Teo were wonderful hosts - super helpful, responsive, kind and generous. The location is within easy walking distance to many restaurants, bars, cafes, supermarkets, etc.; it is very safe and centrally located. For my longer stay (over one month) this turned out to be extremely practical in terms of daily needs and getting around the city. Will definitely miss this place, and wish Belén and Teo all the best!

Fantastic apartment. Beautiful views. Quiet, peaceful, and right in middle of beautiful Condesa. I would stay here again.

We stayed here for 5 days and it was the perfect home base for a visit to Mexico City. The streets are beautiful and tree-lined, and there are so many amazing coffee shops around the corner. The place itself was spacious and clean. I loved having lots of bathroom counter space, and the bathroom sink is separate from the shower and toilet (which was so great for a couple getting ready!). I would even say I preferred the location staying at this place in Condesa compared to our other air bnb in the heart of Roma Norte. I would come back without hesitation!
