Everything is very good! Very clean and well-kept, there is only a little noise from cars and trailers at night due to the proximity to the main avenues, but other than that the place is excellent.

Carmen is a great host, and communicating with her was super easy. The apartment has an awesome location, it was clean and it had everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Beautiful area full of culture

Clean, quiet, charming apartment in a fabulous location! We stayed for a week in Livia's apartment, as tourists. We were within walking distance of the tourist sites in the historic district, which made it very convenient. It was located in a small hotel with a front desk, so check in and out was simple. The windows didn't overlook the street, but rather small central courtyards which meant it was very quiet. Everything was modern and well maintained. I would stay here again.

The place is super easy to find, we didn't need exact directions, and the area is very quiet and safe. We were able to eat near the place as there are restaurants and a convenience store, as well as trying the subway that was relatively close. The place has good security, is very comfortable and clean, the only thing I recommend is to leave extra blankets and have two access keys, otherwise everything was excellent. 😀

Paty's place is a comfortable and charming apartment in the heart of Condesa. The location is ideal - a 12 minute walk to Chapultepec Park, short walks to plenty of restaurants, cafes, and ice cream parlors - and conveniently situated on a broad avenue that was surprisingly quiet. The living space was pleasant and spacious with a small balcony to enjoy coffee or have some fresh air. Paty was very responsive and provided helpful recommendations and instructions. We would stay here again on a future trip!

From the moment the reservation was requested, the response was quick and smooth. The person in charge of handing over the keys was also extremely kind. The place is beautiful, the views are very nice and the place is super clean. I would rent it again without thinking twice. It has shops nearby and the subway is less than 5 minutes away. It is in an excellent location

A great place to stay, walking distance to different food options. The place was clean and spacious, and they answered all my questions. Parking is tight but very convenient and accessible. The WiFi connection was not great but i loved everything else. I will come back if im in the area.

Why book a rooftop restaurant when you can enjoy the incredible views of this apartment all day and night? We booked for my sister's 40th, and this place was beyond perfect. The balcony, view of the park/castle, and sunsets were extraordinary. Although the place is on a busy street, if you just turn right out of the building as a pedestrian, there is a whole neighborhood of peace, plants, good food, and art/street vendor culture. The three beds were comfortable, with the two full bathrooms and washer/dryer - what more could you ask for? Thank you so much for hosting us!

Great location, steps from Reforma. We went for a procedure at the embassy and took the opportunity to do some sightseeing. The apartment is comfortable, clean (impeccable!), well decorated, with a balance between modern and artistic that makes it feel like home. It has everything: you just unpack, fill the fridge and you're all set. Everything worked perfectly: water, WiFi, kitchen, lighting. Hector was a great host, attentive and flexible with early check-in. The lobby staff was very friendly, they helped us with orders and access. The area is safe and well connected. Only detail: the building has thin walls and you can hear noise from pets and neighbors, something beyond the host's control. Even so, we left with a great experience and would definitely come back. Recommended if you are looking for location, comfort and excellent service. Thank you, Hector, for your hospitality. You can tell when everything is done with care. Highly recommended.

Great view of Chapultepec park and the city to the west. We spent lots of evening time on the roof admiring the city lights. KiKi’s apartment is comfortable, clean, and modern with a friendly and welcoming building staff. Our favorite walk was down Avenida Mazatlán toward the heart of the Condesa neighborhood with its many delicious restaurants, surprisingly quiet streets, and corner street food stands.

I originally booked a different spot but so glad I moved to Mario’s place!!! It really made my trip. The location is incredible, especially for a 1st time visit. Condesa is beautiful, bustling but not noisy, very walkable and very dog friendly. It was also quiet at night, I slept like a baby in the king size bed. The apartment is large, modern and very comfortable. I had some trouble with the hot water but Mario responded quickly and sent Vale over to fix it, he’s very friendly and helpful.

Everything's good... attentive and the place is very safe and quiet. Only the neighbors above could hear their footsteps. If you're downstairs, that's what the neighbor above is going to suffer, hehe. Everything else is fine

It's a great option to get to CDMX, especially for its proximity to the airport. The place was spotless, with the necessary amenities that make you feel at home. I recommend it 100% for price, location and accessibility. In addition, Claudia was always friendly and provided clear instructions. I will stay with her again!

More positive things: - Close to neighborhoods with things to do, such as Roma Norte or the Historic Center. - Good view. - Comfortable bed - Clean and pleasant apartment in general terms. - Flexible to check in earlier, or change the checkout day to a few days later. Not so positive things: - Although the host solved some things, such as checking in earlier, he did it with very inflexible conditions, making you change some plans to arrive at a time that was too strict. Perhaps there were other solutions, such as leaving the suitcase with someone from building security. - Too much light comes through the bedroom curtain. It wakes you up too early. - The host was slow to respond, and promised to get an iron that he didn't bring later. - As other comments say, the dining room chairs are somewhat broken. Broadly speaking: the value for money is not bad. You can walk at night but it is a very desolate area with few places to eat.

Communication with Martina is excellent and the place is quiet and as described, I rented it because of the proximity to an event I attended, access to public transport is fast.

A piece of serenity amid a busy city, you will feel right at home. Mauricio was kind and helpful. His cozy place helped me sleep well and had all the amenities for a long/short stay. The position of the desk was perfect for bird watch too.
