Anyway, it's fully equipped. Everything is sparkling clean. It is good because it has a high fence as a private space. I'll use it again.

The sauna and cottage were both beautiful and comfortable!The bedding was fluffy and I slept soundly! I want to use it again!

All of the best! Definitely recommend to group or family stay. The public place is awesome. It’s close to snow park and Arima Onsen, AND THEY SERVE TRANSPORTATION! We met bad weather this winter and the cable and bus was stopped, no taxi response,barely can’t get down the mountain. Thanks for the staff. We are planning another stay this summer now~

It was good that the accommodation fee was equipped with a hot spring fee.There is a sauna in the inn, but it takes time to warm up, so it's a good idea for those who want to get in early.

I’ve stayed in 20–30 different places in Japan and Kinta’s place is one of the few that truly stands out as a unique experience. The layout might not be roomiest but it is well thought out. Everything from the rooms to the lobby is efficient. It’s just a 2-minute walk to the nearest bus stop, which connects you to all parts of Kyoto. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, with the occasional sound of dogs barking, but nothing disruptive to me. The location strikes a perfect balance: it’s away from the busy tourist areas, yet still close enough to walk to key spots. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making it very practical for travelers. Kinta’s place offers exceptional value for the price. Koda and Yumiko are incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful hosts. I highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Kyoto.

A secluded inn near Kyoto University.It was a quiet space with a wood deck.In the evening, they introduced us to a nearby izakaya, enjoyed Kyoto cuisine with the young people in the same accommodation, and then went back to the inn and talked with the owner until the time to turn off the lights.But the next morning, I woke up neatly and had a very refreshing trip to Kyoto.Thank you very much.

This facility was very satisfying in terms of both comfort and hospitality! The staff in particular were great, and from check-in to check-out, they consistently provided polite and warm service! They were very helpful with even the smallest questions, and their thoughtfulness made the stay even more comfortable!!! The facilities in the building were clean and tidy, and I felt that attention was paid to every detail.I had a comfortable stay and was impressed by the sense of security, as if I were at home. I strongly felt that I would like many people to experience a facility that provides such wonderful service.I'd love to stay again if I get the chance!

Honestly, the place was a little inconvenient because there were no vending machines or convenience stores nearby, but otherwise it was really good and I really enjoyed it!If you buy plenty of drinks, you don't need vending machines, so I think it's great if you buy plenty of drinks, you won't feel inconvenienced!It was very good because the explanation was also kind!

Yuka is super nice and helpful. The place is a holiday house in a beautiful surroundings. We can do BBQ by a river. The house has been well stocked of all the necessary amenities and seasonings.

It's so spacious that it's a waste for just 4 people It was a very clean and stylish log house.
