Takasegawa Suites is located in downtown of Kyoto, overlooking Takase river and very close to two major train lines, super convenient but quiet enough with the gorgeous stream sound. The view of Takase river gives you a relaxing and luxurious time after the long day of sightseeing and shopping. Highlight is gorgeous cherry blossoms view from all the windows in Spring. Wheelers Den is a cosy and quiet self contained house in a lovely rural village. Ideal as a base for experiencing authentic village life and exploring Nara, Wazuka and southern Kyoto. Amazing cycling, hiking, temples, 700 year old stone carvings, tea plantations, rice fields and mountains all close. Free rental bikes available. By train Nara is 15 minutes. Akarisou means ‘Light House’ I chose this name in the hope that this house would be ‘Light’ to my guests In the main bed room, you’ll find a wall decoration made of wooden lattice which is like ‘Sunshine’ There's a free parking lot in front of my house　(max size of the car: 4.5m×2.5m) , super convenient if you travel by car! A primary school is in front of my house so you can enjoy spacious view and nature of school ground from the veranda.

For making the guests have wonderful experience here, this guesthouse is designed and built thoughtfully. Please stay at Aduma and have a unforgettable time in Kyoto. There are a Japanese-style room with horigotatsu, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a toilet on the 1st floor. There are two Japanese-style rooms on the 2nd floor. You can relax here laying futons, Japanese-style mattresses and blankets, on the floor. (Futons are 210-cm long.) All rooms are clean and cozy.

They accommodated our family of six.♪ It was a very beautiful and stylish room, and I had a comfortable stay. I also asked for a🙆‍♀️ BBQ, but there were a lot of goods, so I was able to start right away!It was full of amenities, there were games🎮, and it was very comfortable. The😊 host was very accommodating. Thank you very much. I would like to stay there again in the🥹✨ summer. Thank you☺ again next time.✨🙏🏻

It was a very comfortable place to stay. The hosts were very friendly and kind, and I was able to stay with peace of mind. There is also a nice hot spring nearby, making it a great place to relax. If I get the chance again, I'd love to use it!

First of all, thank you very much to the host for renting the house to our family. The house is roughly the same as the pictures. It takes about 13 minutes to walk from the station to the location of the house. The rooftop terrace is a wonderful surprise. The only thing that makes people unhappy is that when we checked in on the day of our stay, we found that the second floor of the house was not thoroughly cleaned and there was a smell. After explaining the situation to the host, the host read it and did not reply to any messages or solve the problem until we checked out.

Our family of five loved this house. It is as per the photos and description. We had 2 people sleep upstairs and 3 downstairs in the main room. This left the dining room free to sit and look out into the Japanese garden. The house had everything we needed. We found the futon mattresses a bit thinner than expected but we got used to it by the end of our stay. The location was better than expected. A beautiful street filled with cherry blossom trees that were in full bloom during our 4 night stay. Easy walking distance to all the popular spots in the Gion district and also to train stations. We were lucky to also see a geisha walking along the same path as us one night! 7 Eleven and Family Mart at the end of the street. The location made early morning strolls really easy (before the crowds arrive). Highly recommend this beautiful house.

We loved our stay here. The home was beautiful, very clean, and in a quiet neighborhood. The hosts provided so many amenities and were extremely responsive and helpful. It’s about a 12-15 min walk from the train station but it’s a pretty easy walk. There’s also a bus you can take from the train station to get you a little closer. Would definitely recommend!
