Holualoa Elua (clean, comfortable, Taxes included)

Cute little house close to town but still private with a great view. It’s 15 from town. They provide some beach items and the house is more spacious than we thought! Great for 4 people

Kohala Loke Lani, Big Island

SueRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
So much care and thought has gone into creating this beautiful space! There’s not a thing I would change about our stay. Everything was sparkling clean. The bed and linens were so comfortable. We enjoyed the local eateries but it’s also an easy drive to other shopping/dining choices. Pamela and her husband welcomed us on arrival and were friendly and helpful. The location is beautiful and can’t be fully captured in pictures!

Waiola Guesthouse & Zen Garden

AndreaRating, 5 stars5 days ago
This place is so magical! The pictures don’t do it justice. If you love nature, you will love this place. So lush and green, really private as well. Lots of birds, geckos, a donkey grazing around & some pigs in the distance. The interior space is really well laid out and feels spacious for a studio. Lots of big windows to enjoy your surroundings and a couple of nice outdoor seating areas. I saw there were 2 snorkel masks and 2 beach chairs available. The kitchen had everything you would need in terms of pots, pans, plates, silverware, etc. When I was there they only had a bit of instant coffee, so you might want to bring your own tea or coffee. David & Wendy were really kind and flexible at check-in. I wish I stayed longer!

Coffee Farm Retreat

NicoRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
This was the best AirBNB my family and I have every stayed in, and we've stayed in dozens of lovely AirBNBs. The location is stunningly beautiful (sweeping ocean views, gorgeous tropical plants, etc.). The home itself is beautiful (high ceilings, tons of windows and natural light). And the hosts, Roy and Joy, are the kindest, most wonderful people. They were the perfect combination of warm but respectful. They kindly showed us around their lovely farm, letting our two kids pick fruit and teaching them about the plants. They showed us to a beautiful local beach with outstanding snorkeling. But they also gave us space and privacy. Truly the most wonderful hosts. We look forward to returning!

Big Island Cottages #1

BrianRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
I had a short but nice stay at this cottage. It was a really nice chance to check out another island due to it's southern location we had about equidistant drives to Kona and Hilo which worked for the activities we had planned. It's a great space, that we didn't take too much advantage of because we were out exploring most of the time. I did however really enjoy the peaceful mornings there. Got to watch Saffron Finches in the trees each morning.

At the risk of sounding too cliché, this place is heaven on earth. From the quiet mornings / evenings, to the lush green surroundings, and friendly animal faces, it was definitely hard to say goodbye! Shannon was very responsive and kind.

❤️ Tropical Sunset View 3BD Near ✈️

NanRating, 5 stars1 month ago
A friendly and excellent communicator with detailed information about the house and surroundings to ensure our comfortable stay. The house is perfectly called our paradise retreat. We love the lanai for lunch, dinner, or BBQ with the scenic tropical background. We were happy with everything we needed during our stay. I don’t mind that we come back again in the future.

Holualoa Country Home - Ohia

ToniRating, 5 stars20 months ago
Definitely a 5 star ⭐️ we loved it and will be back for sure! Only 1 problem was getting there cause we didn’t realize it was so far up which turned out to be perfect because the wedding we were going was only 3 min away. Bonus was the washer & dryer and beautiful horses. Super clean and very cool. Glad we stayed here over a hotel. Thank you 🤙🏻

Garden Setting with Ocean views in Kealakekua

MaryAnnRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
I can’t say enough good things about this place! Todd and Elvira were very welcoming and even shared some produce from their farm with us. The place is beautiful and peaceful. I appreciated that it was near everything we wanted to do on the Kona side of the island, yet not in the super touristy/overpopulated areas. My kids loved playing on the swing in the backyard and playing with Bella the dog. It was an idyllic place to stay on our vacation. Thanks so much, Todd and Elvira!

Charming 2-bedroom cottage with large screened lanai and unique view of Kealakekua Bay

LoriRating, 5 stars3 days ago
This place was stunning. I could go on and on about all of the wonderful things about this place. Every evening I was gifted with an incredible sunset. The songs of the frogs lulled me to sleep each night only to wake up to the songs of the birds in the morning. The property is not only lush and green but isolated, private and wonderfully peaceful. The local Kona Only market on Sunday, the poke shop down the street, the local Hawaiian lau lau shop and the excellent Coffee Shack restaurant leave you missing nothing from the tourist center of Kailua Kona except the crowds, cars and hustle and bustle of a crowded tourist center. Great snorkeling and beaches within 15 minutes.

Kona Coffee Vacation Rental Holualoa

KathyRating, 5 stars1 week ago
A wonderful, cozy home-away-from-home. Beautifully decorated and well stocked with everything we needed (including beach chairs, umbrella and cooler). The bed was very comfy too. Quiet, peaceful - a wee bit of paradise. Watching the sunsets over the ocean from the gazebo was an awesome daily event too. Mahalo, Donna and Robbie, for sharing your lovely home with us. 🌺

Holualoa Hale

JillRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Lynn's Airbnb is a private, quiet space in a semi-rural family neighborhood. It's beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable, and has a kitchen fully stocked with utensils, towels, gadgets, and everything you'll need to feel comfortable. Lynn provided lovely beach chairs, a fabulous beach umbrella, a cooler, and cheerful beach towels for us to use. I really enjoyed this space, along with the beautiful patio. Views from Lynn's property are unbeatable! The neighborhood is quiet, lush, and green. It's a welcome space away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Kona, but amazingly close if you want to go anywhere downtown. I also appreciated the fast, reliable WIFI. Lynn is also a very professional host who is proactive, responsive, welcoming, and very gracious. I highly recommend Lynn and this Airbnb, and would stay here again if I have the opportunity. THANK YOU!

Hawai'i paradise at Kona Isle

LisaRating, 5 stars2 days ago
James and Yvonne's condo was the perfect location for us...close to restaurants, shops, and local beaches. If you want to explore further out to Volcano National Park or the northern beaches, the condo is ideally situated. The condo is super clean and quiet with an incredibly well stocked kitchen. There is a pool which is easily accessed and as a bonus, a sandy landing facing the ocean. It is not accessible to swimming because of the rocks, but sitting there watching the ocean and sunsets made this a standout Airbnb. James was responsive, helpful with advice, both before and during our visit and a wonderful host! We would stay here again and we highly recommend.

Lorelle was an awesome host. We enjoyed staying here. Such a beautiful part of the world and her place is convenient to get around. We also appreciated her friendliness, her wealth of island knowledge, and her recommendations of places to visit. Also the fresh eggs were delicious! Hope to visit again!

Zen Sanctuary, Jungle Vibes on Mountainside

CarynRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
April and Kj were super responsive and I really appreciate that April showed me seasonal fruit on the property - papaya, lilikoi, and Mac nuts,. She also showed me the chicken coup so I could find and enjoy any eggs that were laid! Everything was clean and charming! One of my favorite experiences in Hawaii involved the geckos that came to visit me when I ate at the picnic table on the deck. I also super appreciated that April gave me some great tips on beautiful places to walk nearby, as well as some local fruit and veggie stands in a nearby neighborhood.
