Janine is a sweetheart...very attentive and nice host! Upon my arrived, she left coffee & cream & fresh fruits all set for an easy first morning! The place was perfect in size for my needs and equipped accordingly. Janine left many suggestions which was very nice and helpful. I enjoy going to many of places she mentioned! I not only recommend Janine's place...I will mostly go back and stay with her if possible! Aloha!

Amy was an amazing host! I stayed here for 2 months with my partner and we loved it! The property was beautiful and sauna amazing! The bed was very comfortable and the studio was connected to the house but was very private with our own yard area where I felt comfortable tanning or reading in the sun. It was extremely quiet and peaceful. Amy and Peter tended to our needs and worked hard to assure we were taken care of! They often went out of their way for us! It was a wonderful time and this part of Hawai’i is beautiful and underrated. The snorkeling at Kappa beach and Mahukona were some of the best we found on the island during these summer months. There are some great restaurants around including Founding Father’s ice cream, Gills Lanai, and Rainbow Cafe. And the shaved ice place in Hawi was amazing as well. Loved it!

Mary is a phenomenal host!! She came and greeted us at the door and showed us the amenities and our room in person - we’ve never had another Airbnb host be so welcoming personally! The room was clean and perfect for what we needed. She was incredibly generous and thoughtful with us - she even provided an office chair for me to use since I was there for a conference. She even provided some beach equipment for us to use. We lucked out finding this place! We would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone and hope we can stay with her again soon!

We really enjoyed our stay in Orange's and Larry's Hawi studio. They were very helpful and welcoming and provided fresh fruit from their yard. The studio was spotless and very comfortable with an amazing view towards the ocean, and a nice lanai/patio with the same view. The outdoor shower was great (and warm, even in the winter, if that is a concern).
