Beautiful lake front home on Lake Louisa. The home sits under towering Cypress trees and is 15 feet from the waters edge. Enjoy breathtaking views of Lake Louisa in the very large great room. Enjoy a game of pool on the pool table, watch cable tv, or walk out onto our private shaded dock where you can fish, swim, enjoy the views, read, play a game of Bimini ring toss, or just relax and unwind. Amazing Water View 5BD Private Pool/spa Home!

This is our second time staying at a townhome in Margaritaville and will come back again. This home is located close to the parks, clean, and accommodated our family of eight with plenty of room. Target is right around the corner and we had groceries delivered from Publix shortly after our arrival. Daniel quickly answered any questions and made sure we had a highchair for our smallest guest. I highly recommend this home!

The house was very clean and a short walk to the water park. Easy drive to stores and the theme parks. Had the basics. Towels, dishes, pans, etc. Bring your own pool towels. Minor issue was that the kitchen sink only had hot water so we just didn't let the kids wash their hands there. We paid to have the pool heated which I would've liked it to be warmer. I messaged the host and he said he was sending someone out to check on it. A lot of the island stools were broken. But plenty of other places to sit. Overall, it was a great place that I would recommend to others.

The house is located in a convenient location, close to major roads, yet a very quiet area. The pictures match the house exactly as it is. The only recommendation I can give is that the bathroom in the primary bedroom should be cleaned a little better. Overall I would recommend anyone looking for a place to stay in Kissimmee to book this house. Host was very friendly and responsive.

Wonderful stay! Peaceful lake view off of balcony and walk out the front door to see Disney and Universal fireworks at 9 PM. The condo was well equipped and comfortable. We had everything we needed to cook and relax. The pool is great and staff were wonderful at Tiki Bar. Rachel was very responsive and helpful. Fantastic host and property!

We were in a mandatory evacuation zone due to flooding and we’re going to be without water for a week. This caused us to leave our home abruptly late at night with little notice. William allowed us to check in early, and provided a pack & play for my little one to sleep in. We were able to bring our dog. The scenery was beautiful, the house was so cute, we never heard the guests or neighbors. Very close driving to Disney, and under an hour to several beaches. We will definitely be staying again in the future.

The house was perfect for our multi- generational family vacation. The grandchildren (and adults) lived the pool. The view of the pond was great as well. The Star Wars themed room, Frozen room, game room and theater room were all amazing. Driving to and from Disney was a breeze. If you use the clubhouse, take the plastic cups for a discount on drinks.

Everyone in our group very impressed with this place. This is one of the best values I have every received-on Airbnb. Everything was exactly as it is described. We had a minor glitch getting the front door unlocked at arrival, but Evan immediately responded with a perfect solution. His availability and communication was amazing! Would highly recommend and would rent again.

The place had a beautiful view and was in a super convenient location—close to plenty of stores, gas stations, and great coffee spots like Dunkin and Starbucks. It was also just a short drive to all the parks—no more than 20 minutes away even with traffic. Some were even closer with traffic! The home itself was spotless and very easy to access, with plenty of security features in place that made me feel safe. I especially loved waking up to the view each day. I didn’t get a chance to use the pool, but it looked like a lot of fun. One of the things I appreciated most was how thoughtful the host was—they provided plenty of water for us to enjoy during our stay. 💗
