House vacation rentals in Kissimmee

My wife and I have stayed here a number of times and it’s always been a pleasure. Esteban is very accommodating as always, he allowed us to check in a bit earlier. Always responsive to any questions. Will definitely book again!

This home has such a great layout. Monica was a wonderful and attentive host. This location is close to everything Orlando has to offer. The pool and hot tub were lovely. This home looked even better in person. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. We cannot wait to come back.

The place was great. It’s walking distance to the mall with tons of food places nearby. It’s close to the interstate. The house itself was extremely clean, plenty of towels, closet space, and room. Very spacious. The backyard is great! I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Orlando. Thank you Genesis for the wonderful stay!

We came here to celebrate my son's 16th birthday with two of his friends. He was really wanting to swim (in January) so I was on the search for a house with a heated pool that could accommodate all of us. The check in instructions were excellent and we really loved the home. The boys spent alot of time at the pool, hot tub, and in the garage playing pool and other games. I loved the fireplace. It was a beautiful home in a great location close to many restaurants and not far from theme parks and such. The only cons are that there were barely any forks or teaspoons to use, but we really didn't need them since we mostly had fast food. Also, remember to bring your own bars of soap. I guess I'm just used to other places having some for the guests. Not big issues but I figured it was worth mentioning so you can be prepared.

Really clean and comfortable home. The pool and amenities are as listed. The host was so responsive and helpful.

We were very satisfied with our stay. We were here for 1 month in January. Tatyana was always very responsive and considerate. One night the smoke alarms went off for some reason. The fire department was called and they suspected that the system was too old. Tatyana immediately had a handyman come in the next day and replace them all. Anyone’s house may need some minor maintenance from time to time. Tatyana has a regular routine of maintenance that she adheres to strictly. We felt very much at home. The property was clean. The provisions were more than adequate. Thank you Tatyana!

Lake Vista Getaway is a beautiful home. It's located in a quiet neighborhood off Hwy 27. It’s conveniently located to grocery stores, restaurants, and more. We were in town for an event at Lake Louisa and the house was very convenient to the park. We also headed into Disney a few times and it was a short 25m drive, so very convenient. The house was fantastic. It was very clean and well maintained. Lots of space for a big group. The outside pool area is very nice and was a fun place for the kids to relax after a long day. It felt like home. Towels, basic paper products and dish cleaning items are supplied. There were good pans for cooking. Just a note to be prepared: it does not have some basic food supplies that some Airbnbs have (spices, salt and pepper, etc). Barnaby is a fantastic host! He was super quick to respond to my questions. Very kind and helpful! He clearly makes sure this home is well taken care of! I would highly recommend this home and Barnaby!

Very comfy home with lots of pillows, places to hang out and much room everywhere. The pool and spa were super nice with a beautiful view. Julie was a super attentive host making sure all was ok.

We thoroughly enjoyed your lovely home. It was perfect for our needs. Everything was very well-kept and clean. We especially enjoyed the hot tub after long days walking through the Disney and Universal parks! It saved our aching feet. We felt right at home immediately!

Exactly as described. Exactly as pictured! Really nice place to get away. Loved having laundry on site, multiple beds to accommodate a larger family. Really nice!

Great place to relax with a large family. Every couple had their own roo. and bathroom. This made for quicker departures. 30 minutes from Disney Parks.

It is a beautiful place to stay. , very emaculate. If we had questions Amanda was very prompt and got back to us. She was very helpful. The drive down Champions gate is like driving down Hollywood. It is just gorgeous. This place is very close to shopping and great restaurants. It is about an half hour drive to get to Disney if the traffic is good. If traffic is backed up about 45 mins. We really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely chose this area and deal with Amanda again.

stayed here recently with my teenagers. house is impeccable and the kitchen has every thing a true chef's kitchen has. Lively stay. Great host! thanks Denise

Jeremy was a very responsive and great host! His home was perfect for my family and our stay in Florida. This was our first trip to WDW and staying off property was more convenient for my family. The home was easy to find, not too far from WDW, and spacious for 4 adults and 2 kids. The heated pool and spa was a hit for my two kids who love water even though it was February it was perfect to swim in. Only downfall was that traffic was a bit rough from MCO to the home and a few days from the parks. Would highly recommend this home to anyone wanting a home to rent that is spacious, conveniently located to WDW, and has a heated pool and spa. Would love to rent again in the future!

We had a great stay. The townhouse was clean, well stocked and the resort was perfect for our 8 year old.

Had a Great time at his spot! It’s literally close to everything! Beds were super comfy! Clean bathroom with spacious showers! I have a larger vehicle and it fit on driveway just fine!

We overall enjoyed our stay here and would recommend William’s place to those who are visiting the area. The place went way above our standards, it was clean open and had enough room for all of us!

Our family of 9 had a fabulous week at Susan’s. The Resort Water Park was a huge hit! Susan was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She responded promptly when we had some issues with the pool. Also, when we wanted to extend our stay by a few days she was most accommodating. Other than that we were very pleased with the house and our stay.

The house is fantastic. I can highly recommend staying here. We had a couple of issues during our stay and Rodrigo and his team could not have been more helpful.
