This place was perfect for us! It was super clean and comfortable, and nicely furnished and decorated. The beds were very comfortable. We all slept very well! We liked the quiet neighborhood and felt safe there. We enjoyed our stay!

This home has such a great layout. Monica was a wonderful and attentive host. This location is close to everything Orlando has to offer. The pool and hot tub were lovely. This home looked even better in person. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. We cannot wait to come back.

Everything was great. We came down to see our granddaughters on spring break. Usually don’t want to swim,this time they did. Wish I would have spent the money to heat the pool. They enjoyed playing pool and wanted to play air hockey but no puck but amazon took care of that. The master on one end and other bedrooms on the opposite end was a big plus for we got up earlier so we didn’t wake them. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back next year.

We were very satisfied with our stay. We were here for 1 month in January. Tatyana was always very responsive and considerate. One night the smoke alarms went off for some reason. The fire department was called and they suspected that the system was too old. Tatyana immediately had a handyman come in the next day and replace them all. Anyone’s house may need some minor maintenance from time to time. Tatyana has a regular routine of maintenance that she adheres to strictly. We felt very much at home. The property was clean. The provisions were more than adequate. Thank you Tatyana!

We thoroughly enjoyed your lovely home. It was perfect for our needs. Everything was very well-kept and clean. We especially enjoyed the hot tub after long days walking through the Disney and Universal parks! It saved our aching feet. We felt right at home immediately!

Both the property and Denise (our host) were truly exceptional. The space was clean, roomy and just immaculate. It is certainly on my “place to rent list” whenever in Orlando. Denise was alway responsive and concise… you couldn’t ask for a more accommodating host… she is simply the best!!!

Great Host with a very nicely stocked home. There are plenty of blankets and pillows, fans in bedrooms, well-stocked towels and plenty of kitchen supplies. This is a greqt place to relax and get away. We enjoyed the community pool with bar service and food poolside as well. Highly recommend!

Very comfy home with lots of pillows, places to hang out and much room everywhere. The pool and spa were super nice with a beautiful view. Julie was a super attentive host making sure all was ok.

Tavo and Javier’s place was exactly as described. The room and bathroom was clean, fridge and microwave worked, and it was close to everything we came to do. Both were responsive to our messages. Check in was easy and we had no issues. The home is within 30 minutes of Disney, Universal, Kia Center, and a local outlet mall. The area was easy to navigate and there were a lot of restaurant options nearby. We could often hear the residents moving around inside or talking, but knew that they could hear us too. It was typically quiet before we went to bed for the night. We saw the residents a few times throughout our stay in passing, but everyone was friendly!

Marcizo is super accommodating. The location is so quiet and I enjoyed hearing birds in the morning. Thoroughly enjoyed nice coffee & a real coffee maker provided (instead of a Keurig) and the backyard to eat my dinner.

The home was super clean upon arrival and the space was as advertised. The owner was responsive to any questions we had. I would stay here again.

Our family of 9 had a fabulous week at Susan’s. The Resort Water Park was a huge hit! Susan was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She responded promptly when we had some issues with the pool. Also, when we wanted to extend our stay by a few days she was most accommodating. Other than that we were very pleased with the house and our stay.
