Monthly Rentals in Kew

We were met at the dock to get the keys, and Flamingos Nest is easy to find, signed from the main road. Once there the property itself is just great, the front door patio area is a permanent hang out space with the empty beach 30 seconds away. Notably well stocked with towels, and the kitchen is suitable for complex meals. As with every short let property bring your own knife if you intend to do a lot of cooking. A few things aside from the property where information about North / Middle Caicos is not up to date. 1) Food is readily available, such as fresh milk, including lactose free. More expensive than Provo, cheaper than Grand Turk. You may have to look in more than one store, but the 2 we went into covered what we needed and both took contactless. Mobile phone and internet is excellent across the islands (inc villa, inc streaming). The islands are beautiful, serene, safe and friendly so do not be put off by some ridiculous reviews you may see elsewhere.

We had a great stay! The location is not on a beach, but unless you pay significantly more money, you won’t find that on North or Middle Caicos. It is on a side street off the main and only highway, but still very quiet. The studio/bachelor unit we stayed in was basic, but the air-conditioning worked, which was our main concern. The Wi-Fi was spotty, especially inside the room. Expect a fair number of bugs as you will find anywhere on North and Middle Caicos, but we still managed a couple meals sitting on the patio furniture, surrounded by plants. Elise also runs the small grocery store. 30 feet away, which was convenient! (Make sure you have cash for anywhere on North and Caicos for most places). If we return to TCI, we would definitely stay here again.

My friend and I had a wonderful stay at Floyd and Iona’s place. Both were very friendly and welcoming. The grounds are gorgeous with all the flowers and the space felt very private. We enjoyed how easy it was to come and go as we pleased and the place met all of our needs. Iona went above and beyond and allowed us to store our luggage on the property after check-out so we could hike and explore more of the island before catching our ferry. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay on North Caicos because it is a beautiful relaxing island with few tourists. Marilyn arranged a taxi from the ferry, since I had requested the car rental to begin the next morning. She arranged the car rental for us, which was very helpful. Mary met us at the airbnb to show us how everything worked and to answer questions, and any issues that arose Mary responded quickly to help. The bed is very comfortable and the house was neat and clean. It was a short walk to the beach and I watched conch shells wash up on the shore. Middle Caicos is an easy drive, not much traffic, and stunning views and beaches to explore. Don't miss Mudjin!
