Monthly Rentals in North Caicos

This was our 4th time at Flamingo's nest with our family of 4, and everything was perfect as always, many thanks to Holly and Hope on making our experience amazing just the same or better than our previous visits. From the detailed instructions and helpful tips on local attractions, to helping out with car rentals and other information, Holly and Hope made us feel like we had a home on North! We can't recommend this place and thank our hosts enough!

Alith's place is located right beside the grocery store of the same name so really easy to find. The place itself is like a clean motel with decent kitchenette (dishes, fridge, toaster, coffee machine but no hot stove) and good bathroom. Definitely need a car and 20 minutes from all the great secluded beaches. Would recommend her place any day for the price.

we've stayed at many amazing airbnb's around the world and this one tops list. the property is so special. it's private, lush and tropical. with so many cute spots to hang out and have breakfast or a beer, or a game of cards or a dip in the beautiful pool. Mango the donkey is a huge highlight. Such a sweet girl who we already miss dearly. Their rescue dogs are such good girls too. Especially Luna and Mouse. They helped fill the void of our dogs we missed back home. Gaby was outside every morning taking such great care of the property. it's spotless clean, inside and out. rachel was so helpful. we would absolutely love to stay here again. the Island itself is so special. it's for those looking to explore off the beaten path who enjoy quite sunsets, and beautiful quite beaches without the need for smoke and mirrors of fancy restaurants and dressy nights out. Definitely recommend going to Parrot ice for icecream ( all made fresh and homemade), and my Dee's on Friday night for the BBQ.

Vacation over. And the taxi from dock to airport only took cash. I was short. I called Alveda. No taxi took CCs. She offered money. I said OK, only if I could repay. She refused unless I wouldn’t. We argued, I had no choice, I accepted. It was late, and being remote, I didn’t think ATM. Alveda came by with one bill, double what we needed. I was ashamed. Locating an ATM in the AM, I got money. To see her again, I told Alveda I wanted one more hug. She wouldn’t take the bill back til I proved I had the money. I had to open my wallet to show it was there along with the ATM receipt. If you read this, and the other reviews, and don't choose Alveda, you should get your head examined.
