Monthly Rentals in Grace Bay

This place lives up to the high expectations from the pictures.….very clean and well thought out amenities. It feels much more like someone’s home than a typical Airbnb rental. We actually ran into our host on the beach. Adam and Alex saw us having a little trouble with our sunshade and came over and showed us how to set it up. The Neso beach tent was great, hopefully they include some pics on how to best put it up, it’s much better than a beach umbrella. They also recommended a new restaurant at The Strand Resort…The Del Mar…it was one of best meals we had on T&C. Overall, I’d give the condo 5 stars. It was so nice not just being in a hotel room but a spacious condo with all the comforts of home. We loved making a big breakfast every morning and then taking a cooler of drinks to the beach. You might not be water front, but you’re close enough! TY Adam, Sophie, Valerie and Alex.

What an amazing stay. The place was perfect. My wife and I were celebrating our 20th anniversary and it was absolutely perfect. Would love to go back again.

Loved our stay at clare’s place! The place is exactly as described, very close to amenities (all walking distance). You will need a car if you want to explore other beaches which we did and clare’s umbrella, beach chairs and cooler came in handy for that! The apartment was very clean and it had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. It was easy to find and clare was very communicative from the day we made the reservation. We are a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 young kids and she wanted to make sure we were comfortable at her place. I cannot recommend this place enough! We will be definitely we back.

We just returned from a week at this lovely condo. The location is literally steps from a large infinity pool. We felt very safe with the gated community and condo felt private. We enjoyed sitting on the covered lanai eating meals we grilled there on the comfortable furniture and lounging by the pool. The night security guard is friendly as we found all the people who maintain the pool and gardens. We walked to eat at Shark Bite and Baci (the security guard showed us how to walk across the bridge and down to the restaurants - short walk) and drove a short distance to Mango Reef Restaurant and recommend each of these. Snorkeling was convenient at Smith Reef as well as Coral Gardens. We explored much of the island including Taylor and Sapodillo Bays, Long Bay to watch kite surfing; enjoyed local culture on Wed night at Da Conch Shack and Thurs night at the Bight Fish Fry not far from the condo. The provided beach chairs & umbrella were great to take to beach. Thanks Jeff!
