Amazing place, had everything we needed as we only stayed for a night but could definitely stay here comfortably for longer! Very clean and felt right at home. Responsive and lovely host also :)

What a beautiful home full of character! the host, Jo, was just delightful and incredibly helpful and accommodating. Despite our stay being on a blustery storm like evening, Jo ensured we were still able to make use of the fantastic hot tub, even providing plastic bags to keep our towels dry! Monty, a charming ginger tabby, greeted us at the door upon arrival. The apartment had gorgeous wooden beams, floor to ceiling, and was well equipped. There was board games to play and televisions in both the bedroom and living area. Although an old property, it was very well heated inside and the roof top terrace was a wonderful addition. It was a shame the weather didn't allow for a morning breakfast outside. We had the best time and Jo made it all the more enjoyable!! highly recommend!!

It was our first time to try airbnb and we had great experience. We really liked your flat. It was very clean, organised, and especially the location, there was a great view of the sea from bedroom and living room. Also, near to the train station. Kitchen amenities were complete as listed and advertised. We are looking forward to stay again in the future.

Lovely view of the ocean and promenade, visible from different parts of the studio. Comfy bed, responsive host. The room is well thought out and it’s a stellar spot close to everything in town. The smoke alarm is a bit sensitive if you don’t turn on the (loud) fan while cooking, cars are common and it can get a bit noisy during the day with rubbish truck (you’re near a hotel pub) but these are minor. I recommend.

Vicky was a great host with excellent communication. The appartement was perfect for a relaxing weekend away.

Beautiful flat which feels like a swish hotel suite, huge bath, comfy bed and everything you need on hand. Amazing location, walkable to the town and beach and free parking opposite. Felt spacious but cosy on a December short stay.

Dominic's house is centrally located in Tunbridge Wells and handy for access to the train station, local buses, and shops/restaurants. Host was quick to respond and very flexible. Recommended.

Went to stay a night to getaway from depressing London. Megan’s BnB was perfect honestly. It was clean, quiet and peaceful. Had a nice mental break from work. Hot tub was an overall bonus and I genuinely could go on about this place. I will be booking again! Thanks Megan & Alex for your place!

A stone's throw from the beach with plenty of interesting things to do nearby. Ann was the communate host, thoughtfully sharing her knowledge of the local area, with tailored suggestions based on the make-up of our family group. We've enjoyed enchanting walks along the coast - especially at sunrise and sunset, interesting local shops just a few minutes inland, and superb local transport links to the larger towns in the area.

This property was set in a beautiful neighbourhood, which felt very family friendly. The house itself was exactly as pictured and felt high end. The kitchen was stocked with all the Utensils required to make large meals and the bedrooms were clean and very cosy. Excellent property and would highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at Nancy’s house. It was in the perfect location for us after arriving from France. It was clean and comfortable and everything we needed was provided for us. Nancy was very kind and flexible with arrangements. The area was quiet and we had a lovely walk through a park and past the allotments. Thank you Nancy, we would love to return.

We loved our stay at Greatstone, well equipped comfortable home. Lovely to step out and walk on the beach. Plenty to do within short driving distance. Rye is lovely. Excellent well stocked spar along the road.

Abi’s place was exactly what we were looking for in a home away from home. The house was well stocked, spotlessly clean, homely and the perfect size for us. With free parking outside it was ideal for our work van. The neighbourhood was quiet, which helped get a good nights sleep each night. It’s a short walk to the local pub for dinner and drinks and has a convenience store on the corner for any essentials. Abi was a wonderful host, with clear instructions, making it easy for us to check in and out. We were made to feel very welcome and would recommend Abi and her home to anyone!

Sue was a fabulous host from the start with brilliant communication. Apartment is perfectly situated in Deal on the seafront in front of the iconic pier. It is situated above a couple of restaurants and earplugs advised if you’re a light sleeper once the local pubs/restaurants empty! Sue has kitted out the apartment with everything you could need and a few snacks, milk & juice was a lovely touch. Would definitely love to stay here again in the future. Thank you.

We loved our stay at Melody’s flat, even with the storm this weekend! It was cozy, had all the amenities we needed and within walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go in Margate. Melody was a thoughtful and responsive host, would highly recommend!

Lovely stay in Margate! The flat itself is very well decorated and modern and we loved the art choices! The location is great with forts coffee and off licence (wine bar) nearby. The turner gallery is also near and the main town a short walk away. Our only downside was the corridor to the building smelling awful which sometimes wafted in through the front door but we understood this was out of the control of the Air BnB host but not something that should put anyone off when entering the building.

A lovely stay with friends, the flat is beautifully designed and makes for a relaxing stay, it was especially cosy given the winter weather. It is a short walk to lots of good bars and restaurants. Julia offered great recommendations and was very responsive/helpful to queries.

Janey’s place is an absolute diamond! It has everything you could need, feels so homely, super comfy beds and a fabulous location. An absolute gem, we’ll definitely visit again. Deal is such a beautiful town, with so much history and the wider area is beautiful and so much to explore.

Great stay at Pauline place in Whitstable and probably the most cleanest Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. Enjoyed great food, great coffee and Oysters on tap everywhere. Bike hire in town and bus every 15 minutes to Canterbury which worked great.

Was very pleased with the accommodation definitely will recommend to others. Everything you could need was there plus much More! Lovely touch with Prosecco left for use which we enjoyed, great communication every detail covered. Bed was so comfortable. Tv, Wi-Fi home from Home
