Little Sussex House is a wonderful townhouse. It is situated in a wonderful position, has creative and good quality furnishings and has wonderful proactive hosts. We both loved this private cosy retreat and would happily come back again. It is surrounded by great places to eat and great historical sites as well. The beds were fresh and comfortable and it was so nice to have a shower that is not in a bathtub. Thank you Liz for all the effort you made to make our stay so enjoyable.

Dan and Emily’s house in Margate is a rare gem. Full of character and charm, warm and spacious, and in a great location - just a few minutes from the coast and a short walk from Margate’s great restaurants and shops. Dan and Emily are wonderful hosts, extremely helpful and responsive. We were a group of ten - including a newborn, an 80 year old, and everything in between! - and we all had a fabulous time at Dan and Emily’s place. Highly recommend.

We are 5 friends who stayed at Steve’s place in Rye for a few nights in January and we had a great time. The weather was pretty miserable so we were very appreciative of the firefighters and generous supply of logs that had been left for the log burner. Everywhere was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, especially glad to find the coffee machine! The location of the house is excellent and was very quiet considering it’s directly in the town centre. We all loved it and were very comfortable, it’s such a beautiful old house and so well located. We were able to easily walk to some gorgeous coffee shops and restaurants right on the doorstep. Thanks Steve for a great stay!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If you are visiting whitstable, you won’t find a better located home - largely because it’s walkable to the beach AND one of the best coffee shops on the planet (shout out Grain & Harvest bakery). Kitchen was brilliant and well stocked with everything we needed to cook at home. It also has a dryer for clothes - major bonus. House was perfect for our large family and we had a small accident and Julie was a legend in that process to resolve amicably and fair.

We had a fantastic stay in Canterbury. The house had everything we needed & there were lovely views from the upper floors. It was also very convenient for walking into the centre of town and to the cathedral. Adelle and Sebastian were very friendly, clear and responsive in their communication & we would definitely stay again if we return to Canterbury.

We stayed at Lyn's beautiful home for two nights. We loved the beach house vibe and art at every corner, and my daughter especially enjoyed the company of Mimipussycat. The place was warm and cosy, beds were very comfortable, and the place was spotless. Lyn was ever so kind and obliging. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Sevenoaks.

We had a fantastic stay at Debbie’s house! The house is gorgeous and cosy, with lovely decor and really well equipped kitchen. The location was unbeatable, a stone’s throw from the beach, restaurants, supermarkets and shops. Broadstairs is such a lovely spot, with really excellent restaurants, lots of nice sandy beaches and walks with amazing views. We loved Stone Bay and Kingsgate was great as dog friendly during the day. Just sad we couldn’t stay longer, but hope to return soon!

Our group of six friends had a fabulous weekend at Abbie’s house. The house is spacious and comfortable and we particularly appreciated having 3 bathrooms! The kitchen had everything we needed and it was just a shame we couldn’t spend more time there. Location is perfect for exploring all that Whitstable has to offer. Hope to be back one day!

The location was perfect, we were in walking distance to everything we wanted to see in Margate. We felt so at home here, it was a lovely place to spend time together and felt so clean and cosy. We would definitely return to this gorgeous airbnb, absolutely would recommend this spot! Thanks again 🥰

Roz was kind and helpful. She told us of events in the area and provided us with helpful information. The kitchen was stocked with treats and snacks on arrival. We had eight people stay and the house accommodated us all nicely.

Nigel was super responsive to all requests. The venue was the perfect backdrop for my wedding groomsparty preparation photos. Nigel was accommodating and explained everything well. The barman at the pub, Gary, was equally as helpful when it came to check-in and local food recommendations. The pub is awesome, well frequented, friendly and a really unique and cosy environment, which was perfect for a last few beers with friends before committing to married life. Thank you Nigel and Gary for everything.

First class, but question if good for people with mobility problems. Stairs a bit trying.

We stayed here over Xmas for a couple of nights - Anna was kind enough to put a tree and decs up which made her lovely property very festive. Very comfy furniture and beds, in a lovely 3 floor layout. Anna was very flexible with check in, meeting us at the property when she was kind enough to let us check in 3 hours early. Cannot recommend this property and host enough, we will definitely stay again if we need somewhere around this area. Thank you so much Anna. 😊

We had a fabulous time staying in Ramsgate between Xmas and New Year. We were two families spending some time together and the house was very comfortable for us all, with plenty of space for the teenagers in the group to take themselves off. The location is brilliant because you can walk to the shops, restaurants and surrounding areas. We walked to Broadstairs and Pegwell Bay which are both very scenic routes. Alot of the yachts were lit up in the harbour with Xmas lights so it felt very festive. There was also a lovely latern parade on New Years Eve which was fun to watch. We would love to return. There is no parking in the imediate road but we found spaces with no restrictions and a wide road in the Royal Esplande about a 5 min walk away from the house, so parking was easy there. Thanks to the team for making our stay so good and special thanks to Derek who helped with the recycling ready for New Years Eve!

Mel’s home is cozy and quiet and a perfect distance from Whitstable high street. Mel was very communicative, and gave detailed recommendations. Lovely stay!

A lovely weekend in a lovely house. 11 people for an 80th birthday. The weather was MISERABLE (Storm Darragh), but the house made up for it. Nice and cosy, well decorated, and well equipped with a good kitchen. We cooked, played games, watched films, and went for (brief) wild, windswept walks on the beaches. The house was nice and central... just a few minutes walk down to the front. Recommended for anyone going to Broadstairs in a large-ish party.

House was beautiful, clean and in a perfect location. Party of 5 and 2 dogs and felt at home. When travelling to Deal in the future, this is where we will stay.

We had a great stay in Andrew's place. He was very responsive, and flexible about arrival and departure times. The house is within walking distance of the harbour and we enjoyed looking at the Christmas decorations on the boats. Had a great breakfast in Rio's just round the corner. Beds extremely comfortable - all four of us slept really well. Kitchen very well-equipped, and a few goodies in the fridge for our arrival which were very appreciated. Parking on the street was easy.
