Beach condo vacation rentals in Kauai

Quite condo with what felt like a private beach area. Plenty of cooking supplies although no spices or oil so bring your own. Bed was very comfy, nice to have ac.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful Airbnb! The kitchen and living room are updated, beautiful and comfortable with everything we needed in the kitchen. The views out the sliding door and windows are great! You can see the ocean from the dinning area and the grass and tropical plants are beautiful too. The bedroom carpet could use an update (stained) and the AC was great to have but is loud. Like previous renters have commented, you can hear the neighbors walking upstairs, one night at 3:30am! But overall, it was a great stay for the week and we really appreciated Melissa’s restaurant & hiking recommendations. We loved both Ama and BarAcuda! Also, we made a reservation for Ha’ena State Park 30 days ahead like she suggested which we definitely needed to do to get spots on the shuttle bus to Ke’e beach and the Kalalau trail. Mahalo!🌴

The highlight was the breathtaking view, making every morning feel like a dream. What really stood out was Briana's outstanding communication — she responded promptly to all our questions, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience. The resort itself was well-maintained, adding to the overall enjoyment of our stay.

Amazing place to stay! Being able to go to sleep listening to the ocean and wake up with such an incredible view was awesome. The pictures are very accurate on the furnishings and updates that had been done. Impressed with how clean it was along with the property as whole and the location is fantastic! The host was great to work with and sent information promptly. Highly recommend and would stay again in a heartbeat.

Michael's place was just great. The views off the balcony were so wonderful. Great breeze comes through the area. The beach is just steps away. Pool area was kept spotless. Michael had beach chairs, umbrella, noodles and some snorkel gear. The condo was nicely appointed. Would stay there again.

Perfect Family Getaway with Stunning Ocean Views! Our family of four had an amazing stay! The space was perfect for us- comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully designed to feel like home. Best of all—the incredible ocean view! We could hear the waves crashing from the unit and were even lucky enough to see whales jumping and splashing in the ocean and a seal napping on the beach below—such a special experience! The beds were super comfy, and the spacious bathtubs were great for relaxing. Our kids loved the huge pool and waterslides (so did we!). The location was ideal—close to the airport, with easy access to both the north and south of the island. A grocery store across the street made stocking up easy, and there were tons of fantastic food options nearby. To top it all off, our host, Lisa, was incredibly helpful and responsive, ensuring a stress-free stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend! 🌊🏝️✨

LaniKai #131 is absolutely beautiful. A lovely condo that is very private (only about 18 units total) we felt right at home & although there were others around. A lot of the time we had the pool or community areas to ourselves. The coconut marketplace was walkable (maybe a block) & you could do shopping, pick up basics from the ABC store or grab dinner at the restaurants. The beach was beautiful and had nice safe areas for kids. Many times we walked along the shore & path to Lava Lava for happy hour or breakfast. The condo itself was absolutely perfect. The finishes were beautiful and made us feel at home. I like to unpack and there were truly many storage areas & hooks, in the bedrooms and bathrooms that were very thoughtful for guests. & the whole home A/C was much appreciated since we come from a cooler climate. There were also many outlets that made for easy charging of electronics. & we loved the seating in the main room for everyone to spread out. We definitely plan to return!!

Vicky was incredibly helpful before we arrived and during our stay. Her area recommendations were spot on and super helpful. She helped us find a few hidden gems in the area, and reinforced an idea we already had on our list of things to do. She handled a hiccup on the first day with quick communication, grace and kindness. The condo unit is exactly as described, in perfect shape, has all that we needed and more. Super convenient to use the beach chairs and boogie boards and condo unit provides beach towels- all to make the experience easier for travelers. We appreciated the oceanfront location, sound of the waves, views, proximity to snorkeling / lifeguarded beach at the park right next door. The location also makes an easy drive both north to Hanalei Bay and south/west to poipu and or Waimea canyon. Instructions for the house were perfect and spot on. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back. When we do, we will absolutely stay here again.

We absolutely loved the place. It was beautiful, clean and so homey. Very nicely decorated - you see the love that has been put into it. It was not always as private or quiet, or easy to find but in the end everything went super smooth and it was exactly what we needed. If it wasn’t booked we would’ve extended our stay at least another night or two here. The location was perfect, and Andrea was super attentive, helpful and kind.

Can’t beat the views, central location & aloha at Cash’s place. Waking up to sunrise each morning was a dream. Cozy and comfortable for a long weekend.

This is hands down one of the most beautiful places. The room was super spacious, way more than the pictures show, the view is just incredible even better than pictures can do justice! The room is a bit of a walk if you don’t get a golf cart ride, but well worth it for the views. Parking gets full rather quickly, but the resort and valet staff take care of it. Overall very happy with the place and would definitely rebook if (hopefully) when I’m back to Princeville!

Excellent location for beautiful morning walks and access to some of the most scenic beaches on island. We appreciated having the filtered water pitcher in the fridge, spacious dining table, and beach gear. Loved the solid surface flooring it felt new and clean, much better than units with carpet. Mahalo for a wonderful stay!

Amazing stay with great views, easy beach/pool access with great pool for kids and hot tub area! The condo was very spacious and had everything we needed - the outdoor table was a huge plus! Also the baby / toddler stuff provided was extremely helpful. Would definitely stay again

I was really pleased with Cari's willingness to go above and beyond to accommodate a couple of special requests we had. She could have just said no, but she helped make it work. Thank you. The place is really nice. I especially liked that the kitchen had everything we could possibly need. And also lots of nice beach toys. Great place. I would happily come back again.

Due to a bad storm up north, we made a last-minute decision to head down south for some sunshine. Tom was quick to respond and even let us check in early. While the bathroom and bed look a bit more dated than some of the other locations in Kiahuna Plantation, they were actually much more comfortable/had better water pressure than another place we stayed in the area. The condo is so close to the beach, and does an amazing job of feeling very private even on the ground floor. I would highly recommend.

We had an amazing time at Nat’s place. The location was perfect: easy walk to the beach and beautiful path along the cliffs. The description and pictures were exactly what we found upon arrival. Very clean and comfortable. We were very pleased with our stay. Next time in Kaua’i, will definitely return and will recommend to family and friends. Nat was very responsive and helpful with precise instructions upon check in and out. Thank you Nat!!

My husband and I have stayed at over 30 airbnbs. This was by far our favorite experience we have had. The place was very clean and cozy. Bryant and Jane were amazing hosts responding quickly to any questions and giving an abundance of recommendations throughout the island. We had everything we needed to make our own meals and recreate at the beach. We saw whales, dolphins and rainbows from the balcony on numerous occasions. Theres nothing quite like waking up to the sound of roosters crowing and the ocean waves crashing on the cliffs. We would highly recommend this place to anyone. It is well worth the money to make your trip to Kauai extra special.

Our stay was amazing. My boys and I were very impressed with the condo, its size, and the resort was beautiful. We enjoyed the walk to the beach, the pool and waterslides were great fun, and we were just across the street from the grocery store, starbucks, ice cream shaved ice etc...love it!

We have always loved Waipoli and the location! Amenities are amazing!

We have just returned home from a week in Kapaa. Although Mother Nature did not corporate with us, our time in this beautiful condo was wonderful. Devin's home did not disappoint. It looks exactly like the pictures. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to cook. We also used the BBQ grill on the grounds and it was spotless! Speaking of the grounds, the landscape here is absolutely stunning. They do have hand soap in the kitchen and bathrooms. They do not have shower soap or shampoo. THANK YOU Devin and Carla!! We will forever have these special memories of celebrating my mom's 90th birthday!! and Yes, she walked up those 3 flights of stairs each day!

We loved staying at Mike’s beautiful townhome! Such a great space with three bedrooms and three baths and it was the perfect layout for our family of five! He had everything you need, boogie boards, beach towels, beach chairs and a very helpful wagon to walk it all down to the beach! We highly recommend staying here for the friendly communication, wonderful accommodations, and great location!! Mahalo Mike!!!

This condo is everything you could want on the south shore of Kauai! Super responsive host, who had great ideas about the island and takes care of their condo! The location is perfect, walk to shipwrecks, pool at facility is amazing and big open area for kids to play. Condo is extremely well equipped and they even had beach chairs, umbrella, snorkels, etc. I highly recommend Kelli and Scott's place. Clean, great location, fun area and great hosts!!
