Vacation rentals in Donkey Beach

We had a great stay at Jonathan's place, the views were even prettier than the photos. Jonathan has carefully provided everything you can think of using during your vacation. Having breakfast at the Lanai looking at the beautiful views and enjoying nature was something we will always return for. The check-in and checkout were smooth as well.

The house was absolutely gorgeous! The rooms were well-appointed, and the kitchen was well-stocked with all the amenities we needed as a family of 4 to cook when we needed etc. The bedrooms were also well laid out, with two rooms on the first floor for our kids, and the master bedroom and additional bathroom on the second floor. Having the sitting area and kitchen on the third floor was special because the views from the top floor were lovely, and so nice when we were cooking meals to look out! The house itself was walking distance to the Princeville Center, with restaurants and shopping (including Foodland), and walking distance to the beach. It is also a 10 minute drive to Hanalei town. Kurt was so responsive as a host and gave us clear instructions on how to find the house, get inside etc. There were also great recommendations for places to visit/eat at. All in all, an amazing stay, and we would recommend Kurt's place to anyone looking to stay on Kauai's north shore.

This is an unbelievable location and condo was beautiful as well. Would definitely stay here again. Matthew was very quick to respond to us and was super friendly. He gave us advice on activities, dining and shops in the area. Would definitely recommend this condo.

This is second time we’ve said at Poipu Kapili and the first time in this specific unit. It’s well furnished and nicely decorated; the kitchen was stocked with essentials. When we first arrived the tvs were on playing Hawaiian music and there was a nice complimentary box of macadamia chocolates which was actually a huge help with tired, hungry teenage boys! Anyways, I truly can’t think of any complaints; the master bedroom is tastefully decorated in what I call “modern Hawaiian vibe,” and the view of the ocean was superb. Hard to think of any improvements! It could used a salad spinner, but that’s all I can come up with! LOL

Location is great right on the cliff side with ocean waves crashing up. Great sunsets. Nice kitchen and bedroom. AC is appreciated but a little loud. We ran it before bed and shut it off at night. Nicely remodeled and access to Poipu Athletic Club was excellent!

This condo was in the most perfect location. Close to beach, shopping and restaurants plus central location for all the other things we wanted to do. Plus so close to airport. So thankful we stayed here!

We have been staying at kiahuna plantation for 18 years. This unit overlooks the water, completely equipped with amenities, and is beautiful and has air conditioning. Best unit we have stayed in. The family utilized the surf board rentals on property and just loved every minute of it.

We absolutely loved this place. It was adorable and comfortable inside. Perfect location to beach, pool and gym. Walkable to Poipu beach to see the turtles come ashore. Several restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Easy driving to other side of the island as well. Laundry facilities are nice and very quick to use We will definitely stay here again.

Great location—close to Poipu shops, restaurants, and beaches. The condo was well-appointed with many amenities, including beach equipment and kids plates, cups, and utensils. Check-out requirements were a little much for my liking (run the dishwasher, do laundry, take out trash, etc), but overall we had a very nice stay. It was perfect for our big family group.

Dani was out of town but Mariah, her daughter, was the co-host. I can't say enough nice things about Mariah and about the house. Mariah was caring, responsive, warm and welcoming. Going above and beyond. I arrived VERY late and she stayed up to help me in and help me with my luggage. She was very respectful of my privacy but always available. The house was beautiful and so clean. And even though the pool was "shared" I had it to myself. Overall she made me feel like family.
