Great space, beautiful surroundings. Comfortable bed. “Front desk” has beach chairs and umbrellas we borrowed several times, which was wonderful. Pool and hot tub right next door.

Beautiful resort right on Poipu Beach. Amble pools. Room was spacious for four adults and a baby. Kitchen well stocked for cooking. They have a nice space that you can shower and change after checkout if you want to stay and swim. We had a mix up at checkout where the hotel charged us for one of our nights and the host was quick to respond and remedy the error. Would stay again.

James and Julie were great and very sweet!! They are so helpful and respond very quickly to any questions. Their home is beautiful and the location is great. You are central to everything and and walk to downtown Kappa which is so great. The home is very clean and well put together you can have meals at home or grill up some food from the farmers market. You definitely have more than enough space for 4 people. We will definitely be staying with them on our future trips to Kauai. We cannot wait to book with them again.

Fabulous location on Poipu Point, with the ocean and pool steps from the room, and Shipwreck and Poipu beaches an easy walk. Old Koloa Town is close, and it is central for adventures in Waimea Canyon, Napoli Coast, and up to the North Shore. You have access to the resorts amenities, and you can get boogie boards and surf boards easily. Great ground level location for a walk out to ocean cliffs with a cup of coffee for sunrise, and epic sunsets. Highly recommended!
