This is one beautiful location, for city hustlers- this is heaven. Good roads and easily accessible. Very peaceful, scenic stay. Pros- very thoughtfully designed. by the beach and lake, enjoy both flavours, pet friendly, my fur kids enjoyed it, climate was awesome- not humid, didn’t feel the heat. both host and staff are very friendly, had some amazing sea food here, Also some fresh fruits and snacks were arranged in the room. Kitchen looked so cosy and minimal. villagers are also very loving and helpful. i couldn’t find sugar in the kitchen for morning tea and the lady at neighbouring house helped us, she even gave us some fresh sprouted coconuts to eat. Cons- a little secluded, once the sun sets, its different, and dark around, but surely safe. For the per day rate staying more than two days may hurt the pocket even though we wanted to.

This place was a hidden gem. Location was absolutely perfect. It was across the beach which was clean unexplored and just a wide stretch of white sand ! The house was also sufficient, perfect for a large group. The pool was a good size, and added to the house. Ashok got us our supplies and made great homemade food. Also the restaurant Kaai at Nilaya stays had some great food. Only regret is we got to know about surfing lessons the night before we left ! So if you stay here please check at the reception at Nilaya stays and they will hook you up. We were on a week long road trip from Bangalore with 5 adults and 4 kids and everyone loved this place and location the best !

One of the best places to ever be and trust me the most amazing experience of a lifetime with an amazing huge villa with excellent staff and beautiful location and a fantastic property overall d best experience ever a must must must visit. Donot miss the neer dosa , chutney and chicken sukka for breakfast. Nagesh and his wife Make ur stay so amazing that u don’t feel like going from there. Kudos to them for managing a huge property like that and keeping it sparkling clean and giving u d best hospitality ever... I would recommend this a 10 out of 5 if given a chance

The Thota Mane is a lovely property nestled in nature. Great place to spend a weekend with friends. it's very close to the highway and easily accessible. The property has friendly staff and was maintained very well.Simple and delicious food was served as mentioned and everything was seamless. would love to revisit thota Mane in future 😊

Overall it was an amazing stay which was hosted by an amazing host who was helpful to us through out. The place was very clean and big and we completely enjoyed the stay.

I visited Bengaluru with my parents for the weekend and chose to stay at Prasanna's BnB. It was a very comfortable stay, the property was well maintained and clean. The location is in a safe neighborhood and nearby to a lot of eateries. Prasanna is a very good host and prompty helped with check in and check out. I will recommended this place.

A perfect place for a peaceful family gathering. Right from booking till checkout the experience was seamless and smooth. Neesha along with Mr Krishna are extremely proactive and helpful. Ms Ajitha, Ms Rekha and Mr Krishna are very helpful. The property is well stocked with board games, cycles, basket ball net and of course swimming pool to keep everyone busy. Please be prepared to explore eateries nearby or in Madikeri if you have kids/ guests who may want more than simple home cooked local cuisine for all meals.
