A beautiful space in an exceptional location. Jharna and Rohan live the sustainable lifestyle and the place reflects the same. They and the team was very warm and helpful and did everything possible to make the stay comfortable. Instructions were / communication was clear and non intrusive giving us a lot of space for chats and catching up. The beautiful coconut grove, sound of the waves, the distant horizon - it's a five star place, just an hour away from Mumbai. Food was fresh, flavourful, well-made and served with love, but being within the sustainable farm-to-table practice makes the menu limited. The surrounds / village has a peace and calm - no activities as such - the property is so good that one may not feel like stepping out. Overall, had a great time with friends. A highly recommended offline recharge.

Satish and Zalina were really wonderful hosts for our first trip to Goa! Their property is truly amazing and they both were so hospitable during our entire visit. The cottage was very clean and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location worked out great as we were able to check out the nearby beaches and walk to restaurants and coffee spots easily. Thank you again to our hosts Satish and Zalina for everything!

Breathtaking views from this place. This villa is put up on a hill right next to palande beach & you definetly need a vehicle to go up this steep little mountain(i did it on my RE Bullet 350). Once you reach this place, its worth every effort - make sure to visit the top of hill which is hardly a 2 min walk from the villa to watch the most beautiful sunset you will ever see. From here You can see the entire Palande-harnai beach all the way upto suvarnadurga fort and the beautiful sea shimmer in all its glory in bright yellow golden & red. This villa has a comfortable spacing for 5-6 people with 3 bedrooms & 2 washrooms & a fully functional kitchen. Owners Mr Shetye & Ms. Saie were very helpful and proactive. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to explore beaches in dapoli (karde, murud, palande, harnai, anjarle) & wants to stay at a scenic & relaxing place. nearby swimming pool, pool table, table tennis is there. No mobile network here but wifi is available. Cheers.

Great location, clean and spacious house, The host Antara went above and beyond to make us feel at home, even surprising us with delicious muffins. Such a kind and thoughtful gesture. Would definitely stay here again!

Blue Palm C-11 Villa is a charming and peaceful property, just a stone's throw away from the market, restaurants, and beaches, all within a 5-10 minute walk. The villa is clean and well-maintained, with a polite and helpful caretaker always ready to assist. We had four toddlers with us, so a fully functional kitchen was essential, and it felt just like home. The rooms were nice, and the spacious living room could easily accommodate 7-8 people for relaxing and chatting. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the C-11 Villa.

How do you describe a place like this in words? If you're looking for a place that looks like paradise? Stop searching and go here. The name cocoland makes total sense. When you enter it you immediately feel the island vibe. Doc and his 4 dog buddies are the reason that makes the place even more magical. He's willing to tell you everything about the island and the Indian traditions like Theyyam and Kalaripayattu. Also willing to answer all your questions, especially the ones about coconuts; he's the coconut master. And he gave us an inside look into the real Kerala. We stayed in the Matsya house; it was cozy, comfy and clean. The house looks exactly like the pictures on air bnb. You can really see his artistic influence in the house. Besides all of this; the served food prepared by a chef is so finger-licking delicious, 3 times a day you feel like you're in heaven. We'll definitely come back for some liming, nalla. We group of 4 families had wonderful time at the Villa. Along with individual 4 bedrooms we had a big Air-conditioned room which was so perfect to hang out as group in summers. Beach is at walkable distance and very serene. Food at property was really good and caretaker Sai and cook Varsha helped us in every way.

Parul is a great host. The property location is very convenient, with beach 2 mins walk and all restaurants nearby. The villa interior s very cute and clean. Even it was everyday cleaned by maid.

The host, Suren was very helpful and accommodative to our requests.. we had a pleasant stay especially our kids enjoyed the pool and the pets, especially Jenny. . The helper, Gandhi was very helpful, kind, & respectful. Definitely we will be staying here for our next holidays. Thank you, Suren for being a great host.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful duplex bungalow called BIROTI, nestled in the serene Aamar Bari. Although it’s about 5 km from the bustling center, the peaceful surroundings, adorned with blooming flowers, truly make it a hidden gem. The bungalow itself felt like a safe haven, beautifully decorated and inviting. It features two cozy bedrooms, each with its own adjacent bathroom. The first floor boasts two lovely balconies—one that overlooks the charming front yard and the other that opens up to a picturesque view of the backyard and endless farms. While I adored every aspect of the place, I did notice that a little extra dusting would enhance the overall experience, as it felt a tad dusty in some areas. One of the highlights for me was the backyard, where we got a bonfire arranged that created a warm, magical atmosphere on a chilly winter night. Excellent Place to stay with Family . One of the Best Places to stay with your Family . Enjoy all the meeting , food and family Time , which is most important . connectivity to the airport is excellent as you have direct metro . we planned for Ayodhya that was also on the same way ... Overall Excellent experience as nothing to hide . All was same as shown in the Photos . Special thanks to Rahul care taker ( gopal ) for all the support and help. Sure we be visiting again

We had a fantastic vacation at this wonderful property. it's near to the beach , has great privacy, we can view the beach from the terrace . the property is in a gated community, so it's peaceful and calm. it's also next to a resort from where you can order refreshments. it's a stones throw away from some of the best culinary hotspots in south goa . Having your own car or bike is a must to go around. the host Sneha was very responsive and helpful and the amenities in the property were as advertised. all in all we are taking back great memories.

Couldn’t have asked for more. Pictures on the app don’t do justice to how pretty the property and her place is. There’s a river that flows towards the back side of the property - feels straight out of a white lotus episode lol. The villa is nicely done and has all the amenities you would need. There’s a fully stacked book shelf with some of our fav authors on it - if you like reading, you probably won’t need to carry your heavy books around. Location is near Cavolessim beach - it’s surrounded by fancy hotels all around so things are a little more expensive than other places in the city. A couple of nice places to eat around but would suggest enjoying the property and renting a scooter/ car to explore other areas in South Goa.

Sankalp is a peaceful abode , ample private space with garden and space for kids to play. Sathis has built this thoughtfully a “home away from home” , they have good collection of books , neat spacious rooms with ACs and TV and a spacious well equipped kitchen. The caretaker is helpful. There are good restaurants near by - our favourite was Saahil Lunch home. I would sincerely urge people going here to treat this place with care like your own home :)
