Very serene Place . You would feel as if this is the place for you to retire . surrounded by mountains both sides midst of coffee Plantations . kavitha was an amazing Host and took complete care of us . served home cooked local cuisine which is worth mentioning . location is very close to airruou Falls ( Also called as Lakshman Teerth ) and Mrutunjay Temple. you would be able to also drive through Tea plantation which was even surprise for us overall a place recommended for longer stays and not move around . wifi connectivity solves your internet problem otherwise there is very poor network connection

‘Tranquil’ is the word that would describe this place the best. My husband and I stayed for two days, only wishing to stay for longer! The cottage is small, quaint and furnished simply. The highlight is the absolute stunner of a panorama that can be enjoyed through a large window in the room and through a balcony. The same view can be had from a bathtub! Big thumbs up to the food which is homely, hearty and delicious. The estate itself is quite lovely. The people (Jyothsna, Jyothi, their parents, and all the help) were always courteous and helpful. If disappearing in the woods is your idea of a vacation, and you don’t need the usual drill of “board games and badminton and a pool” to kill time, then this is your place. My suggestion would be to stay for at least a week. My suggestion to the granary would be to make lunch available on request.

The place was beautiful and the hosts were amazing. Starting from the care-taker, to the beautiful rooms and scenic place. Ask the care-taker for anything, they will help you with anything they can. Then the property, very unique retreat with a nature outlook. Many walkable places to go and visit. Though reach with a car so you can go to places. The hosts were amazing, they cook breakfast at home, and it was amazing :)

Kudos to Dilip and Mahima for creating this beautiful place and making our stay memorable. A special shoutout to Albin, who is always responsive and attentive to all our needs. We'll probably visit again whenever we're in Wayanad. Cheers!

Had a great stay. Krish helped us with everything - took us to treks and sunset points, made homely food, helped with all queries. The place is around 4-5 kms inside the forest with no one around except us, Krish and Krish’s pet Foxy. Krish took us to the place in his Thar and the off-roading was another great experience. The rooms were clean, on top of a tree and had ample space with neat bedding. We relaxed, read books, went for walks inside the jungle, did star gazing, watched meteor shower and ate simple homely food. Overall, the experience was incredible !

Overall, the resort offers a beautiful stay with stunning views and delicious food. The staff are friendly and attentive, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere. However, the small pool may disappoint some, but the option to walk around the estate provides additional recreational opportunities.

We stayed in the Jack Fruit Tree House for two days. It was a beautiful and memorable experience. The location and view are very serene. There were many activities, such as rafting, kayaking, toddy tasting, sunset hiking, etc., all part of the stay. The setup for dinner was so special and was complimented by the tasty and homely food. Ajesh was friendly and responsive and so was his staff. I would recommend this place to everyone. Thanks, Ajesh for making the stay so special.

Bird Eye Estate is the perfect weekend getaway nestled in nature’s lap, surrounded by lush greenery. The food is delicious, and Parimal is always eager to assist, making the stay even more enjoyable. A special thanks to the friendly dogs who acted as our loyal bodyguards during the trek to Kavikalmatta viewpoint!

Ajesh is a superhost and in our opinion this was easily top-3 Airbnb's we have stayed in India (and maybe worldwide). Please go through the host's other individual listings of the same property to find the detailed reviews. From the accomodation to the dining setting, food and activities, it was just perfect. Loads of activities to do on premises like bamboo raft, kayaking plantation tour, badminton, archery. very relaxing environment and perfectly built and maintained treehouses and boardwalk. It's difficult to find availability but it's 100% worth the stay and experience. Extra shoutout for all the polite and helpful caretakers and overall 5-star hospitality. We stayed only for a day but left with a big smile and satisfaction. Do try masala coffee!
