We had an exceptional 2-night stay at this stunning villa in Wayanad. The location is serene and completely private, with breathtaking views all around. The private pool is beautifully maintained and feels truly luxurious. Though it's a bit remote with limited food options nearby, the fresh and delicious breakfast from the host more than made up for it. Faisal, the caretaker, was outstanding — warm, responsive, and always helpful. There's also a scenic viewpoint close by that's perfect for a morning stroll. Everything was as described. Apartment was central and close to everything, but in a quiet neighborhood. Walkable distance to most everything you need, plus with Quick Commerce apps, food delivery apps, Ride Hailing apps, this place becomes a brilliant option

I looked this place up for an outing with my doggo and my sister and this place turned out to be great vacation home. As it is a new layout, it's little to the outskirts of Mysore but easily accessible even for food delivery. It was well compounded like I wanted for my dog. There's one huge bedroom and extra mattresses too for extra people to crash in. The atmosphere is peaceful with a well maintained garden and the surrounding is serene with birds chirping around. Vijendra was a great host to coordinate with us starting from arrival till we left with a filled heart. Will definitely visit again as it is one of the beautiful spaces in Mysore.

One thing to note: phone network coverage is poor, likely due to the jammer at the nearby prison. The Wi-Fi signal was also weak, mainly because of the aging TP-Link router. Upgrading to Jio Fibre—stronger and more affordable—would greatly enhance the experience. It was a great experience staying at this place. Felt just like a home, they have taken care of small small things, like keeping balls for kids, towels, soap, all utensils, Tea powder, sugar, salt, etc I stayed here with my family and they absolutely loved it. The host are really nice and helpful.

The house was clean and well maintained. Kitchen was also well equipped. The Host Nithesh was just a text away and our check in and check out was also flexible. Overall the experience was very nice and the place was worth the price.

Balajraju's stay is at an excellent location, walking distance from Mylari and Mysore palace. Has good veg and non veg restaurants on both sides. It was also very clean and the caretaker was helpful.
