Great Duplex Apartment with beautiful lakefront views

I have stayed quiet a few times at Rohini’s place and find it extremely peaceful , safe and also Rohini is just too helpful and always responsive when you need anything at the Studio. Place is as described , has a beautiful decor and interiors done. I have stayed at a few other places in Bangalore but this place is the best and hoping to visit again sometime soon.. Thank you Rohini for evrything you do!

Had a very good stay

The place is good and we had a very pleasant stay. The check in was hassle free and the place has all the amenities that it mentioned. I always book hotels when I am visiting banglore and this time I booked a house and this is the best decision made. Suman and the co-host Rajasekhar are very responsive and they helped me have a great experience at their property.

I had one of the best stays in Hyderabad! The host was absolutely amazing – friendly, responsive, and thoughtful throughout. The check-in process was seamless and beautifully arranged, setting the perfect tone for the stay. The house was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, and the location was unbeatable. The breathtaking view over the lake was the cherry on top, making every moment feel special. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Hyderabad and look forward to staying here again!

The apartment is conveniently located near Payyambalam Beach, offering stunning views from its top-floor setting. The beach is within walking distance, making it a great choice for beach lovers. The apartment features three spacious bedrooms, each with an attached bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy. Additionally, a dedicated car parking slot is available for added convenience.

It was more than any perfect stay, the place was hands on worth it and it was spacious and the interiors are amazing. Totally recommend it

The place was great and the same as per photos. it was quite unexpected. the host was extremely welcoming and helpful even before checking in. we had to postpone our trip twice in last few months. they were accommodating. the house is very cozy. don't feel like getting out. the food served was amazing and home food. they make it as per your taste and choice too. they have friendly cats and dogs too. nice tree plantations and back water swamp. we enjoyed it

The patio is 10 steps away from the beach. The place is exactly as described in the listing. There were minimalistic but thoughtful amenities provided to make the stay very comfortable. Our stay was made lovelier by Kamala (the caretaker/cook) and her family's undivided attention. They were caring but non-intrusive. We had all the meals in the premise itself. The beach itself provided for a lot of activities. The stray dogs were very aggressive, carrying a stick helped. Other than that, the neighbourhood is quiet but not deserted.

Great place, a hidden gem I must say. The view of Krishna river was amazing. Ajji reminded me of my own ajji, she lovingly prepared homely food for us and took care of us like family.

Overall, it was a fantastic experience. The host was incredibly welcoming and provided clear instructions for check-in, which made the process seamless. The space itself was exactly as described — cozy, clean, and well-equipped with all the essentials I needed for a comfortable stay. The decor was charming, and I felt right at nature as soon as I walked in. Amazing food! Beautiful Garden!

The view of Talpone river from the kitchen/balcony was stunning! The staff was incredibly attentive and took good care of our family. Thank you! The beds were comfortable and they provided clean bed sheets and towels. The outside kitchen was great to cook basic food, the fridge/freezer and the fresh water filter was a big advantage and they even put milk/coffe/eggs and bread in the fridge for us wich was a very warm welcoming. This area is a bit remote so you probably need scooters to go around/shopping/eating. Really nice location to get away from the crowd not far from beautiful and more quiet beaches. It would've been nice if the outside sitting area in the balcony was more comfortable to sit as the chairs/table was a bit overused. We had a few small requests and Axel and his staff were always happy to help. Thank you for a really nice vacation. We highly recommend!

A Home Away from Home in Thalassery! We had the pleasure of staying at Leela, a stunning property hosted by the incredible Prasanna Kumari Maam. From the moment we arrived, she welcomed us with warmth and kindness, making us feel like family. The property is beautifully maintained, with every detail thoughtfully considered. We were provided with a thorough tour of the place, ensuring we felt comfortable and at ease. What truly made our stay special was the host’s exceptional hospitality. She treated us to local delicacies, including a traditional dish we couldn't find anywhere else in the city. Her kindness is something that has left a lasting impression. We're so grateful to have found Leela and Prasanna Kumari Maam through Airbnb. We can't wait to return and experience her warm hospitality again. My family had a great stay at this apartment, we all loved the views, amenities and the amazing hospitality from the host, Subramanyam. The staff at this place did a great job, the apartment was clean, mainly bedroom and bathrooms. Also, well equipped kitchen with supplies. Subramanyam answered all our questions, helped us with all our requests during our stay and recommended restaurants and shops to visit. Right from the reservation to the checkout he had been very responsive and helpful.

Really comfortable felt lik home ..host was super super responsive and friendly better than staying in any five star hotel. Excellent place.

The whole apartment is beautiful and the complex is nice to stay in. The whole team is nice and cares a lot. At times it was a little overbearing to be asked to communicate and be chatted with online every single day, but the personal experience was very good. Would definitely stay again! The view is spectacular.

Magesh is a friendly and responsive host. Check in was easy and he provided local recommendations on where to eat and places to walk. His place is quiet, comfortable, and private and you can feel like you're at home there even as a foreigner.
