Monthly Rentals in Kaprun

We stayed with 2 people in Theresia's apartment. After a super friendly reception, everything was explained. A nice staircase brings you to the private apartment. Fully equipped with everything that is needed, super balcony to sit comfortably (romantic) and a private terrace (with sunbed) makes it complete. Very quiet location and yet close to the center and starting point of many hiking trails. Fantastic view 10/10. We were able to enjoy a glass of wine every night on the balcony and terrace. As can also be read in other reviews, the apartment is even more beautiful and larger in reality. Kaprun is walkable for the hiker, but by car you are there within 5 minutes. Plenty of restaurants and shops once in the village. Theresia is a super sweet woman, who spoke to us immediately with every question/wish. We are really grateful to her.

Cozy, good layout for 1 or 2 singles. A little old fashioned interrior, but everything worked

We already booked a second stay. Helmut is very friendly and helpful. Amazing space!
