Family-friendly vacation rentals in Kaprun

We spent a week in the apartment and felt super comfortable. We had an issue with the sauna, which was taken care of immediately and everything was in the way that we could use the facility again quickly. We also felt incredibly comfortable with Sandra's incredibly warm nature! And knew she has an open ear for all our concerns! In addition: super equipped apartment in which we lacked absolutely nothing!

The place is beautiful! Great location and great chalet. Everything was really great. The only thing that irritated us a little was the check in and out times. Check-in is only from 4 pm.. whereby we could only arrive later due to work anyway, but check out 10 o'clock, is quite sporty.. Had this, not really on the screen and slept, then I contacted the host and explained that we slept in and would only check out around 10:30. 10:25 a man knocks on and goes to the chalet to clean the hot tub without further words. No hello or goodbye. Of course, you would have to pay attention to the times yourself when booking, which has gone down with us. Nevertheless, everything else was great and I can definitely recommend the place!

Christoph and Marlene were very helpful and responsive for any questions we had. I was surprised to see that there was an option to provide breakfasts and other amenities. Overall I would highly recommend this stay for anyone who wants a peaceful experience, beautiful views, and helpful hosts.

Christine was incredibly welcoming, and provided helpful advice for the local area, including assisting us to find a late dinner. The place was very comfortable, we were 3 people (2 in the bedroom, 1 on the fold out couch). It was a perfect place to come back to each day after exploring the area. Staying here felt like the authentic Bavaria I had read about, I wish we could have stayed longer.

We had a lovely time at Ulrich's place. The communication with Ulrich was quick, easy and very friendly. The surroundings are quiet and idyllic and the view from the balcony is amazing. The apartment has a very relaxed atmosphere and has everything you need, so we felt immediately at ease. There are many activities and walks in the surrounding area to do. We can highly recommend a visit to Ulrich's apartment in Großgmain!

Mainly worked in the clean house, otherwise enjoyed the beautiful surroundings. The only downside was the noisy highway. Definitely recommend!

Haus Wildbach is perfectly located for skiing, as you can walk to the gondola on the Winklmoosalm in two minutes. The property offers a well-equipped ski room. The associated garden is huge and is right by a stream. The seating and the fire pit continue to enhance the garden. We highly recommend Andrea's house and will be back.

Anita's place is wonderful. It is exactly what needed for a couple - quite, peaceful location, walking distance to Konigsee, beautiful terrace (which we enjoyed every evening) - and ground floor (big advantage for those travelling with a heavy luggage, like us!). apartment was sparkling clean and very comfortable. Anita herself is a responsible person, who helped us a lot with many extra things we needed. Communication with her was such a pleasure! we are seriously considering coming back to Konigsee every year, and if our plan materializes - we will be gald to return to Anita's place. thank you very much, dear Anita, for your hospitality!🙏

Maria was super friendly and helpful. The apartment is well-equipped and the proximity to the ski resort was very convenient.

We recently stayed at a beautiful, newly-built apartment in Austria, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. The apartment itself was stunning, located in a picturesque setting that made our stay truly special. The area offers a wealth of activities, especially for families with children. Our toddler had a fantastic time playing in the lovely garden that came with the apartment, which was a real bonus. The village, just a short walk away, was charming and vibrant, with a cozy atmosphere that added to our enjoyment. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the owners were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. We also took advantage of the outdoor pool in the village, which was clean and well-maintained. The complimentary card provided access to all the village amenities, which was a great perk. There is still so much more to explore in the area, so we are already looking forward to returning for another stay. Highly recommended

Really beautiful location - as stunning as the pictures suggest. The garden was beautiful and the view was breathtaking. The apartment was spacious, very comfortable and well equipped. It's also very close to town with beautiful walking routes in all directions. The Berchtesgaden location is great for sight seeing with the Kehlstein House, Koenig See and Salzburg all about a half an hour away. Having a swimming pool to use was a real bonus too.

In the beautiful and cozy apartment, all three of us felt very comfortable from the first moment. Everything was taken care of from the amenities and we lacked nothing at all, even though we prepared/ cooked breakfast and dinner ourselves every day. The house also has many possibilities with the pool, gym and sauna, which we only partially used, as we had fantastic weather all the time and used it for hiking. The place Oberaudorf was also an incredible stroke of luck for us. We were not really aware of the beautiful place we ended up in before arriving. We sometimes even started from the apartment directly on a hike or just drove a few kilometers in any direction to discover all your recommendations, dear Nicole. We liked the Kranzhorn including Alm best. We'd love to come back and were very sad when we had to leave.

I visited this accommodation with my family and it was very nice and friendly place. Large enough, parking free in front of the house, easily accessible, shop 200 m, every morning fresh pastry from the owner, 5 min to town and skilift, 15 min by walk. Good communication with the owner, who lives downstairs in the house. Nice ski area and many possibilities for walking trips down in the valley. Only the steps into the appartment in the first floor must be taken into account. We were very satisfied, I can recommend.

The apartment was large and spacious, the amenities a bit outdated, but fully functional. Bed linen & towels were provided, a dishwasher is also provided (was stated differently) The pool area as well as the sauna are great!!! The landlord is very warm and always has a nice word left :) We will definitely be back
