The Mango House was fantastic! Spacious, well-equipped, clean, and comfortable, with a beautiful view of lush greenery and palm trees. The evenings were serenaded by little birds and coqui frogs, creating a truly peaceful and private atmosphere. Hosts Hugh and Elvira were incredibly kind and welcoming. They even brought me fresh fruit, smoothies, and shared great recommendations for local activities. I loved my stay and highly recommend it!

I read another review from a single, female traveler (which I am) so I felt confident in booking the location. It’s great, beautiful, never felt unsafe and I would highly recommend to anyone. Definitely have the location plugged into the GPS ahead of time, and even then it likely won’t take you directly to their location so just look for the address. It really is a great spot and I loved the fact I was forced to “disconnect” once I got there! The entire area is fascinating and they did a wonderful job answering the many questions I had. I hope to be able to go back someday. And a great added bonus is the volcano started erupting the day I got there. My whole reason for going to that island was to go to the national park 😊

This house was the perfect retreat after working a busy week. I felt right at home, loved the ocean views/Breeze, and Shawna was very helpful if I had any questions or needed anything.

This has been our best Airbnb stay so far, and Bonnie and David are the best hosts! They are incredibly friendly. Their place is spacious and super clean; it's also well-stocked with everything you might need, and the decorations are tasteful yet unpretentious - it feels like home! The Wi-Fi was reliable too, which was important for us to work remotely. I highly recommend this place to anyone planning a longer stay on the Big Island.
