Monthly Rentals in Johnson City

The apartment was great. Just what I expected. Clean, charming and well appointed. I will re ent it again.

This place was awesome. Before I go into detail let me reiterate, it was GREAT! Well worth what I paid and I would definitely stay there again. Having said that, here is a little more detail on the place. Well, really just one thing really. I was nervous booking because I had read the reviews about not being able to get hot water in the shower. I really enjoy a hot shower in the morning but I decided to risk it. I understand what people were saying now BUT I was totally able to get hot water. It seems like the regulator for the water flow was not installed correctly. It is an easy fix though and you too can have hot water if you choose to stay here. First, turn the shower know all the way to the left as far as it will go. Second, start turning the knob back until the water shuts off (about 1/4 of the way back to the right). Third, Keep turning until the water comes back. Fourth, keep turning slowly checking the water temp until it is the temp you desire. Hope this helps!

This was the best AirB&B I have stayed in! It is perfect for someone with a traveling career.
