House vacation rentals in Johnson City

This was a beautiful stay for my group. The scenery was so serene and the backyard was very big so there was lots to do even if we just stayed in the house. I would recommend bringing a car because town areas were fairly far away. Everything in the house was very clean and had all of the amenities described.

Great place close to Greek Peak resort which is where my kids wanted to go for activities. We stayed here with my daughter in law and her family and had more than enough space. Great space to sit and visit and play some fun games which Vickie had plenty of!

We’ve stayed a lot of places in Binghamton and this was by far the best of all. Peaceful quiet neighborhood with only a couple neighbors. In the morning you get to enjoy the beautiful sounds of the woodpeckers and nature. The house is adorned with high end furnishings, the coziest blankets and linens, and all the appliances/extras one would need. Our boys especially loved the family board games. Salamon and Shadae are super responsive for any question or need. Highly recommend!

Very communicative host and a beautiful home with natural surroundings. Lots of stuff to stay entertained in the home (game room in the basement), huge TV in the living room and a gym. It's a old home but hahas a character to it. We checked in pretty late but Margaret was very accommodating and always responded to our messages. Highly recommend as a host.

One of our favorite AirBnb experiences! This place was perfect for our family to get together under one roof. Joan and Leo were very pleasant and easy to communicate with and were extremely flexible with our requests. The home was beautifully decorated and we were able to have great family dinners in the huge dining room! The amenities were many which made for a fun, relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Highly recommend this place and hope to come back to stay again!

This home was a piece of heaven on earth during graduation week. It felt so good to have a homestead for our daughter to come to, and have all three generations of us together during such a special time.

Such a cozy and welcoming place! It had everything we needed and more. Elaine was so welcoming and thoughtful. She left snacks for us in the fridge and even included dairy free yogurt for my lactose intolerant daughter. We would love to come back!

The place was just as described. Charming older home in a quiet neighborhood. Inviting enclosed front porch and a small sitting area in the back. We had an issue with the heating and Joy replied to my message within 10 min and had someone over to look at it within the hour. Despite the inconvenience, we felt right at home. We’ll be back!

Robert and Donita were fabulous host, quick communications and very helpful. The space was spotless and well equipped. Very private and cozy, nice furniture, comfortable couch and big tv. The 37 acres were very unique and nice layout with well marked trail. I can’t thank him enough for sharing his home. We would definitely stay there again

This is by far the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in! We would happily come here again. We came for my husbands birthday and it was a perfect kidless retreat weekend. The creek running is so peaceful to listen to. I always bring my own cooking stuff when traveling and I was surprised to find I didn't need to bring anything. They were fully stocked with everything you need. The visitors guide/mannual is so helpful for everything you need to know

My employees stayed there while working out that way. Stephanie was amazing and the house was lovely also. My employees enjoyed there stay with well rested night and relaxing on there off time. Will definitely book again.

Wow. Beautiful home. The rooms were large and well appointed. Kitchen had everything we needed for our visit. The bathroom was huge and the tub was a nice surprise. The hosts were so welcoming. My 80 mother was in our party and she has mobility issues. Barrie could not have been more accommodating. My mother said she might just stay!! Overall a 10!!!

This house is BEAUTIFUL. My family and I came to visit friends in the area during January, so we didn't use anything outside, but inside was absolutely amazing. My husband and I LOVED the space that we had so we weren't on top of each other like we are when we rent a hotel room, my daughter fell in LOVE with the pink room, and my son was excited to watch movies on the BIG tv. When everyone is happy, I am VERY happy. Jose was EXTREMELY helpful and friendly in his correspondences. It felt more like talking to a friend, than a complete stranger. Before we left, we got to see a couple of bald eagles across the river hanging out in one of the trees. Everything was absolutely beautiful, comfortable, and perfect for our family. If we come back down to that area, I will definitely try to rent this house again.

Excellent house and area for a long weekend.

Ken’s house was the perfect home base for visiting our grandson at Binghamton University. The location couldn’t have been more convenient, and the amenities made our stay ideal. Ken is the most responsive host we have ever encountered, and we would be delighted to stay at his house again.

Amber and Matt were amazing hosts. They answered any and questions promptly and even checked in with us during our stay. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. I loved that they provided, shampoo,conditioner and body wash in both bathrooms and even a few laundry pods. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The outdoor space is was totally unexpected and a huge bonus!!! Our kids had fun playing on the swing-set and in the yard while we sat around the fire table. We had a great stay and may be back in the future if we are in the area again.

I was sad to have tested positive for COVID as we were about to set off, but didn’t want to spoil the trip for our group. But the group really loved the house, it was clean and very spacious, had everything that was needed to feel right at home. The view was spectacular, and it was in a relaxing secluded spot. The beds were so comfortable! Judy and John were very welcoming, nice, readily available, lovely to spend time with. It was the perfect stay for a large group with the cabin also.
