Kim is a wonderful host. She has developed a beautiful living space in aside her home and it is very spacious, simple and feels like a "home". The space is very clean and bright. She is an outstanding communicator, very responsive and does her utmost to ensure your comfort. The location is quiet, removed from the village of Ithaca yet close enough to commute without issue. Everything went according to what is listed on the website. I would stay here again! Thank-you.

We stayed here for a girls' weekend -- Bing is a halfway point between where my friend and I live. It was perfect! It was so cozy, yet spacious, and we loved that we each had a room and bathroom. The kitchen island was phenomenal and everything was very clean and neat.

Had everything I needed for my stay while working at Southern Tier Imaging. Southern tier is in Johnson city and about 15-20 min drive . This place has easy parking , close to Dunkin and Batch coffee and has hot shower with nice water pressure. Short drive to splash car wash ( I recommend getting the monthly pass if you are here for the winter as you can get unlimited washes for 40.00 a month and first month was 20.00. Short drive to Starbucks and shopping plaza and price chopper grocery store . My cat was allowed to be with me for the stay as well.

Beautiful, clean, well appointed condo that is right downtown and walkable location. Owen was FANTASTIC. Also his team was responded to all questions, inquiries promptly. Highly recommend this Airbnb.

You won't regret booking The Nest. Very comfortable and spacious. Absolutely the best stocked kitchen I have encountered at an Airbnb. Close to Ithaca, NY. I went to the Finger Lakes area to immerse myself in Fall colors. I was not disappointed. Diane was always quick to respond to my questions. We had a great time!

What an absolutely wonderful location for privacy, peace and quiet. The place was very clean and smelled great. The bed and linens were soooo comfortable. Afternoon naps on the big comfy couch are a must! The hosts are prompt, kind and very helpful. Thank you for filling up my low tire before we departed! The dogs really enjoyed the location as well. We will be back!

This home was a piece of heaven on earth during graduation week. It felt so good to have a homestead for our daughter to come to, and have all three generations of us together during such a special time.

We absolutely loved our stay at Tucked In! As water enthusiasts, we enjoyed the farm setting with two beautiful ponds. It felt super private and peaceful, like our own little island. Kayaking was a blast! The views were amazing and being surrounded by nature made it feel like a different world. Sally was a great host and really helpful, even showed us city folks how to start a fire. We're super thankful for this stay and we'll definitely be back! Highly recommend

We were looking to host a retreat for the trustees responsible for running a creative problem solving program for kids in the state of New York. Our experience at Heywood Manor was nothing less than exceptional. The location, the house along with its amenities combined with a gracious host made it a memorable weekend. I'm trying to think of a reason to return just to experience it again!

What a lovely, peaceful place with plenty of character and coziness. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds are comfy, and there are amenities not listed/shown (a couch and TV, e.g.). It snowed during our visit, and Lucinda helped us get our non-4WD car parked and cleared. Truly above and beyond!
