The place was wonderfully decorated, with lots of lovely art. The beds were very comfortable, and we loved the shower. Whenever we're visiting family out this way, we'll definitely stay again.

Clean and spacious apartment in a quiet neighborhood with many amenities. Way more affordable than any hotel. Host quickly replied with any questions.

Kim's place is a beautiful home that has been tastefully decorated. The decor was inviting and the beds were super comfortable with great linens. I only wish we'd had more time to enjoy our stay!

I have family friends in Whitney Point and usually end up having to stay in Binghamton or Johnson City (their house is small) when I visit. I was thrilled to find Molly's place on AirBnB and won't be staying anywhere else again! The apartment is VERY spacious, clean, private, comfy, and tidy, with lots of thoughtful touches for the traveler. I was only sorry that I wasn't staying longer than one night. Now that I know I'll stay longer next time! Highly recommend for anyone looking for peace and quiet in a country setting.

Wonderful place, close to Pa ski resorts, on a lake, plenty of space, and everything else you’d hope for. The hosts were responsive and when they needed something from us courteous.

A fantastic and intimate retreat just below NY’s finger lakes region. Beautiful both in summer months and the quietude of winter. The location boasts ample amenities, comfortable accommodation, specifically its hot tub in the backyard. The hosts are responsive, friendly, and incredibly fastidious. Come for the quaint, rustic charm and stay for peaceful and relaxing surroundings.

We were looking to host a retreat for the trustees responsible for running a creative problem solving program for kids in the state of New York. Our experience at Heywood Manor was nothing less than exceptional. The location, the house along with its amenities combined with a gracious host made it a memorable weekend. I'm trying to think of a reason to return just to experience it again!

Tom was an excellent host! He answered all of our questions right away, and everything was excellent checking in and out. It snowed while we were in Binghamton and he came over and proactively cleared the driveway and sidewalk, even leaving a little run shoveled for our dog. We would definitely come back and stay at Tom‘s place next time we must be in Binghamton.

What a lovely, peaceful place with plenty of character and coziness. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds are comfy, and there are amenities not listed/shown (a couch and TV, e.g.). It snowed during our visit, and Lucinda helped us get our non-4WD car parked and cleared. Truly above and beyond!

Olivia house was amazing. Such a beautiful location and so peaceful. The kids loved watching the birds from the kitchen window in the morning, it was great seeing them put the screens down and just enjoy life.
