We enjoyed our stay here. The kids enjoyed seeing the chickens in the backyard. Location is great- we enjoyed walking, it is a very quiet area. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. If you have kids, take note that the play set is no longer there!

Gary and Jennifer’s home was the perfect place for our buddies golf trip, located within 20 minutes of all of Williamsburgs top courses. The house was clean, comfortable, and quiet, ideal for a relaxing evening grilling out and spending quality time with friends and family! The brownies and muffins upon arrival were a nice touch that made it have the personal feel that Airbnb rentals became popular on. Would absolutely rent again!

This was the perfect house to match our trip to Williamsburg— we love history and the house with all its fixtures and charm brought us so much joy. It was everything we were looking for and more! Really big house decorated with very cool antiques. Plenty of room and everything you need to feel at home. The host is amazing so helpful and is prepared for your situation. Highly recommend this country mansion style house.

My wife and I along with our 9 and 10 yr old stayed here while visiting the Williamsburg attractions and it worked out perfectly. It was only a 20-30 min drive on scenic back roads and we never had issues with traffic. It was nice to escape the crowds at the end of the day and go back to the peace and quiet of Hutch’s Bluff.

A pristine living area and convenient to Busch Gardens and Williamsburg make this a good choice. Plenty of room. The beds were good, bathrooms very clean, and beds were comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped. Nice appliances. Lots of sitting area.

We had a great stay! The house was clean ans quiet, and the kitchen had all of the essentials you would need (spices, condiments, etc.). The house is close to all of the major attractions/downtown Williamsburg! The deck and fenced-in backyard were perfect for our toddler and pup!

Really nice quiet place on the James River. Kitchen and living room/breakfast area served our family really well. The house is close to the Jamestown ferry which allowed us easy access to the historical sights of Jamestown, Williamsburg and Yorktown and some great restaurants in Williamsburg. A great place.

I have stayed at another property run by Tara and this experience was just as great. The set up is perfect for our family.

The historic Manor house exhibits a classic white exterior with green shutters and a central portico. A gravel pathway leads to the entrance, bordered by manicured shrubs. Multiple chimneys rise from the roof under a clear blue sky, while a lush lawn surrounds the property.

Jennifer was extremely accommodating quick replying very easy to work with the house was extremely beautiful. We had a wonderful time we would rent again.

My girlfriend and I had a great stay! Would highly recommend. Sue was very accommodating for any issues around the place and very easy to communicate with. Would love to stay again sometime!

The cottage was clean and uncluttered. It was very comfortable, from the table to the couch to the beds. It had all the amenities needed for a week-long stay. It was in a safe and friendly gated resort neighborhood. As a group of four adult women, we loved the four bathrooms (3 full, 1 half) and four comfortable beds.

An in-ground pool boasts clear turquoise water, surrounded by lush greenery and palm trees. The serene view of the water extends in the background, creating a tranquil outdoor space for relaxation.

Perfect location. The sunsets were absolutely beautiful. If we weren’t at Busch Garden or Water Town, we enjoyed the pool and did some fishing right from the back yard. We will definitely stay again when we are back in the area.

The check-in process, with the resort, includes repeated attempts to sign up for a timeshare presentation. The resort's activities center staff was rude when we signed up for an activity. The indoor and outdoor pools are great. The resort has a gym, but it's small and has limited equipment. The accommodations are clean and offers everything we were looking for. The furnishings could use updating though. The location is perfect for Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestowne Settlement, Water Country USA and Busch Gardens Williamsburg.

This home was more than we expected. Very large and comfortable space - you could have one large family or 3 spread out easily. We had a small maintenance issue which was fixed by calling front office staff. Had everything we needed for a great stay during W&M graduation weekend. Thanks!

Beautiful cottage in a beautiful area. Would stay here again. Our layout was a bit different from the pictures, but it work great to have a space for the teens and another one for the adults. I would love to stay here again.
