We have stayed multiple times at Vonda’s. She is an exceptional host and always so thoughtful and accommodating! We love how close her place is to Busch Gardens. We have stayed at both her places, will never stay anywhere else when we are in town! Highly recommended

The house itself was cozy, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights of the trip was an impromptu ghost-hunting tour, which made for an unforgettable weekend! With so many nearby activities and historic sites to explore, there was never a dull moment. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic stay in Williamsburg—I’ll definitely be booking again! 👻🏡✨

My family and I had a wonderful stay, we loved the king size beds and had an overall great time. We liked the privacy and considering the reason for our stay it was a perfect match for us.

I think this was one of my favorite places to stay ever. Not only did it provide an atmosphere of home including everyone have their own space, but the site had so many free amenities! There was both an indoor and outdoor pool, a gym, mini-golf, movies, tennis, pickle ball, and even a free arcade. We actually adjusted our itinerary so we could spend more time taking advantage of what was available to us.

Our stay at the Wyndham resort in Williamsburg was wonderful! We had adjoining one and two bedroom condos which suited our group perfectly. The rooms were spotlessly clean and well stocked, and the resort activities exceeded our expectations with a wide variety of equipment available to borrow. We spent one day at Busch Gardens, one day at the resort, and one day at Water Country which made for a perfect balance of activity and relaxation! Dylan was friendly, helpful, and always responded to any questions and inquiries. Highly recommend and hope to return in the future!

This condo is beautiful (the pictures don't do it justice!), and is located in a very private and absolutely gorgeous location. Mike is an excellent host, very responsive, and always available. He went above and beyond during our stay, including accommodating a (very early) check-in request, and offering help with restaurant reservations and bike rentals. We had a great time, and cannot wait to come back!

The listing accurately matched the description as far as how many beds and listed amenities. Decor was a bit worn and dated, and toiletries hadn’t been fully restocked, but it was conveniently located to major attractions Busch Gardens, Water Country USA, historic Colonial Williamsburg. The resort had several things to do between the pools, arcade, min golf, and tap house so overall it was a good value.

My ratings review is based on a “Plan B” rental unit. I will mention there was an owner issue during check-in at our originally reserved property. We were informed that in addition to this issue, the facility was overbooked and could not accommodate. Brooke was able to rectify what could have been a horrible situation (we traveled most of the day with 3 now highly restless kids under 6) and place us at a comparable location, completely resolving the issue in 20 minutes time. Pretty commendable!

The place was very nice, and I enjoyed my stay. Elizabeth was most responsive, helpful, and always kind. I will be back!

We had a wonderful stay! As other reviews state this property is a bit dated with older furniture. This was fine for us! We didn’t spend much time in the room as we mainly came to go to Busch gardens. The amenities at the resort are nice, the only thing I would say is the pool and hot tub were a bit too crowded for us to enjoy. Our kids loved the arcade. The location was fantastic to go to colonial Williamsburg and Busch gardens. We would definitely stay again! They did try to talk us into attending a timeshare presentation but they were not too pushy about it.

Beautiful place that has everything you need. Brooke was very responsive, kind and provided all necessary instructions. Resort has daily activities for adults and or kids. Great place to stay with family.

A beautiful resort as well as the apartment

The price was right, the accommodations were very good, and the location was right where you want it to be. Whenever we stay at Williamsburg in the future, this will be our first option.

Resort was very nice with great amenities and close to plenty of great restaurants and attractions!

It was great, especially for couples. Lake view, spa tub with jets, and building to go to for indoor outdoor pools and hot tubs, gym, and a pool table. A half basketball court, tennis court, walk trail, and lots of friendly people that work there. Steven is a great host, he responded to me less than 3 minutes after my first message and was responding to me no later than a minute after each message. He asked me what I was looking for and gave me other recommendations. My fiancé walked in and said, "wow, this is perfect." Thank you Steven, we will be back soon...

Great place to stay! Would definitely recommend and stay there again. It is located close to shopping and dining as well as Busch Gardens and other attractions.

Todd was great to work with and it was an excellent location near all attractions.

Check-in was smooth. Deluxe 2 bedroom was very nice and large enough for my entire party. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Sorry we couldn’t stay longer to enjoy the resort amenities - but had a lovely stay. Would stay again.

We had a fantastic time at Club Wyndham kingsgate. The rooms were as described. Please note If stairs are an issue this may not be the place for you but we had no issue with them. My kids especially loved the freedom there and use of all the amenities. The free arcade room and the pool/hot tub were a huge hit. Wyndham has different events to make your stay more enjoyable one particular night they had someone telling ghost stories by the fire pit and you could purchase 4 person smores kits for $8. Being a family of 5 having all the amenities included in the $7 a day resort fee was key. We found everyone that worked at kingsgate to be lovely and it was easy to get pool towels, clubs to play mini golf and pickle ball. Wish we stayed longer as we all had a blast. Would definitely stay there again. The location is about 10 -15 minutes to both bush gardens and Williamsburg.

Great location and worked well for a family with kids. The front desk will attempt to sell you on a timeshare, but this has nothing to do with the host, who was great.
