My teenage daughter and I visited Williamsburg for the Laufey concert and absolutely enjoyed our stay. There are several beautiful and peaceful reading nooks within the property filled with gorgeous plants so the home environment was stunning. Would visit again.

I recently stayed at the Colonial Capital B&B and had an amazing experience. The location was great - it was close to Colonial Williamsburg and there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Kathryn was very pleasant and made me feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The other guests were also friendly and we all had a great time chatting over breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, it was excellent! Kathryn went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, including fresh coffee, pastries, and fruit. Her frittata and waffles were so tasty. The rooms were charming and the decor was beautifully done. Overall, I highly recommend this B&B. It was a great value for the price and I would definitely stay there again.

You guys were the BEST! we can’t stop talking about our trip to Williamsburg and your beautiful bed and breakfast! The room was beyond beautiful and The theme was fantastic and our breakfast name plates were just that finishing touch! Debbie and her husband take a great deal of pride in their home and Bed & Breakfast. They go above and beyond to make sure their guests feel right at home, they have a fantastic system and are very organized! The breakfast is ALONE WORTH BOOKING THEM FOR! Never have I or my husband had such an outstanding and beautifully set up breakfast at a B & B before. My husband still keeps saying he misses Debbie’s breakfasts! They are both extremely knowledgeable and they show you the best places to eat and explore while you’re in town! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Debbie and John are absolutely fantastic hosts! They’re friendly, accommodating and thoughtful. The house is gorgeous, very well maintained, extremely clean. The room was beautifully decorated, very comfortable, private, quiet and equipped with everything we needed. The location is just a short walk from colonial Williamsburg, shopping, pubs, restaurants and is across the street from William and Mary College. We will definitely stay there again!

Very peaceful and quiet even with other guests - the rooms are laid out well. Nicely furnished. Clean and a very comfy bed. Lots of good snacks and great coffee machine. Breakfast was fantastic. Close enough to Merchant Square to be walkable and very close to William and Mary. Plenty of street parking with pass provided at check-in. Would definitely stay again.

This is a wonderfully designed & decorated B&B whose theme will set the perfect tone for your trip to Williamsburg; it’s beautifully designed, and is pleasurable just to spend time sitting in the lounge or library, drinking a glass of wine and eating cookies while listening to the medley of Americana music that scores the main house. The breakfasts are terrific - Debbie & John are fabulous hosts & cooks - and in addition to its beautiful setting, it’s only 3/4 of a mile walk from Colonial Williamsburg, so you don’t even have to get in your car while visiting the nearby attractions. The room itself is themed for Thomas Jefferson, and is beautifully decorated, with a replica of the Declaration of Independence on the wall, as well as matching art & relevant articles. Highest recommendation! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! :)
