Very centrally located and everything you could need is within walking distance. Markets, museums, the beach, restaurants and cafes, attractions, workshops, everything is right next to you. The house itself is a restored old Greek house, in a history-filled area and has good facilities. Everything is as it appears in the photos. There are plenty of kitchen supplies for cooking. The pressure of the shower head may be low for some people, but it wasn't a problem for us. The seats and beds are comfortable, the inside is clean and airy. There's a vacuum you can use as well. The host, Ms. Yeliz, is very hospitable and does her best for your comfort. She was willing and fully helpful with everything we asked and wanted, from finding us a new pot instantly to local business recommendations when we told her that the stalk of the pot in the house had come out. When we got off the dolmus for check-in, he didn't neglect to greet. If we come to Ayvalık again, we will definitely choose this place.

The location is convenient, the bus and train station are close and a 5 minute walk.The room is newly decorated, everything is clean, the bed is good to sleep, has its own kitchen and cooking supplies, if not enough, just open the room door to walk to the shared kitchen, everything is there, and it has a really great view in the shared space.There are two bathrooms, and the washing machine is in a shared space, not in your room.Ali was a good host, what's app responses were all quite prompt and communicative.He runs his own shop nearby and it is easy to find him with problems.

Lovely place in lovely Dalian, master bed in pitch black dark and quiet room, allowing high quality sleep. The host is super responsive and kind.

We left today and felt sad because we felt we were leaving home. Ali could not have done more to make our stay more satisfying. Ali is an exceptional host. Without being intrusive he was always available to provide guidance or assistance with a smile. Not only is the accomodation and support first class Selcuk is a gem. We would be more than happy to return. Selcuk is a quiet smaller centre that has a rural feel and good sense of community. The Saturday market is amazing. Of course as a base to explore the sights of this significant region there wouldn't be much better. A place like Selcuk is a much better place to buy your souvenirs as the local merchants offer better prices than the big tourist traps. A greatvplace to slow down and enjoy Turkey.

The host was very responsive. Although street parking is available it was filled throughout the day. So car parking might be tricky, but there were lots of paid parking spaces very close to the property.

We stayed in the apartment . Room looked exactly the same as in the pictures. Service was good , easily accessible. If we needed anything it was arranged right away. Everyone is really friendly and helpful.

It was a calm and clean stay without any disturbance. In-room amenities may be slightly increased, but we had no issues with cleanliness, etc.

There is a lot of value built into this very nice apartment a fews steps from Ladies Beach. We stayed here a week in the off season and found it to be very comfortable, adequately appointed, with good hot water and excellent internet. We also took advantage of the two terraces (one with a sea view) throughout our stay. While we didn’t want for anything during our stay, Taylan checked in every few days to ensure our stay was going well, and he helped us coordinate laundry service as well. Highly recommended.

Great hosts/staff. Someone available 24/7 to help you out. Something was malfunctioning, messaged the host, and literally less than 3 minutes later it was replaced. Close to small grocery store, great pool, great AC, laundry available. Great stay.

This beautiful apartment pool that happened to us by chance while planning our trip to Çeşme was a means of being clean, but most importantly, our holiday was very good due to its location. Before they arrived, they responded to each of our questions shortly during our stay and checkout. Employees are caring and helpful.
