Evin kendisi restore edilmiş eski bir Rum evi, tarih dolu bir bölgede ve imkanları gayet iyi. Her şey fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibi. Yemek yapmak için bol bol mutfak malzemesi mevcut. Duş başlığının tazyiği belki bazı kişilere düşük gelebilir fakat bizim için bir sıkıntı değildi. Koltuklar ve yataklar rahat, içerisi temiz ve havadar. Kullanabileceğiniz bir elektrik süpürgesi de var. Ev sahibi Yeliz Hanım çok misafirperver ve sizin rahatınız için elinden geleni yapıyor. Sorduğumuz ve istediğimiz her şeyde istekli ve eksiksiz bir şekilde yardımcı oldu, evdeki demliğin sapının çıktığını söylediğimizde bize anında yeni bir demlik bulmaktan tutun da yerel işletme önerilerine kadar. Giriş için dolmuştan indiğimizde de karşılamayı ihmal etmedi. Tekrar Ayvalık'a gelirsek kesinlikle burayı tercih edeceğiz.

地點很方便，巴士和火車站很近，走路5分鐘即可。房間是新的裝潢，一切都很乾淨，床很好睡，有自己的廚房和烹飪用品，若是不夠，只要打開房門走去共用廚房，什麼都有，而且在共用空間有非常棒的景色。有兩間衛浴，洗衣機放在共用空間，並不是在自己房內。Ali是個好房東，what's app的回覆都蠻迅速，很好溝通。他在附近有經營一間自己的商店，有問題很容易找到他。

Lovely place in lovely Dalian, master bed in pitch black dark and quiet room, allowing high quality sleep. The host is super responsive and kind.

We left today and felt sad because we felt we were leaving home. Ali could not have done more to make our stay more satisfying. Ali is an exceptional host. Without being intrusive he was always available to provide guidance or assistance with a smile. Not only is the accomodation and support first class Selcuk is a gem. We would be more than happy to return. Selcuk is a quiet smaller centre that has a rural feel and good sense of community. The Saturday market is amazing. Of course as a base to explore the sights of this significant region there wouldn't be much better. A place like Selcuk is a much better place to buy your souvenirs as the local merchants offer better prices than the big tourist traps. A greatvplace to slow down and enjoy Turkey.

The host was very responsive. Although street parking is available it was filled throughout the day. So car parking might be tricky, but there were lots of paid parking spaces very close to the property.

Wij verbleven in het appartement . Kamer leek precies hetzelfde als op de foto’s. Service was goed , goed bereikbaar. Als we iets nodig hadden werd het gelijk geregeld. Iedereen is er heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Rahatsız edilmeden sakin temiz bir konaklama oldu. Oda içi imkanlar biraz artırılabilir ancak temizlik vs konusunda hiçbir sorun yaşamadık

Wir waren von ende September bis Anfang Oktober 10 Tage in der Unterkunft von Herrn Taylan. Alles war wie beschrieben und wir hatten einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Aufenthalt. Wir waren zu zweit in der Unterkunft (Nr. 8), diese hat 2 Terrassen mit Meerblick, 2 Schlafzimmer und eine Wohnküche und ist für insgesamt bis 4 Personen geeignet. Alles was man braucht war vorhanden und sauber. Die Lage ist Super, ca. 50 m vom nächsten Strand entfernt (Strand ist schön aber recht voll). In der Umgebung befinden Sich allerdings noch andere Strände die man bequem zu Fuß erreichen kann und die etwas ruhiger sind. in der Umgebung gibt es jede menge Restaurants und Bars und trotzdem hatten wir Nacht unsere Ruhe. Ich kann die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Vielen Dank für alles und hoffentlich bis bald.

Great hosts/staff. Someone available 24/7 to help you out. Something was malfunctioning, messaged the host, and literally less than 3 minutes later it was replaced. Close to small grocery store, great pool, great AC, laundry available. Great stay.

Çeşme seyahatimizi planlarken tesadüfen karşımıza çıkan bu güzel daire havuzu imkanı sunması, temiz oluşu ama en önemlisi de konumu itibariyle tatilimizin çok iyi geçmesine aracı oldu. Gelmeden önce, konakladığımız süre ve çıkış esnasında her sorumuza kısa süre içinde dönüş yaptılar. Çalışanlar ilgili ve yardımsever. I can recommend a stay at Baris Airbnb. Communication with Baris was good and the Apartmen was clean and cozy with all the important necessities.
