Vacation rentals with beach access in İzmir

The house was sparkling clean. All the items were sufficient.

It was a very good choice for calm peace of mind, the hosts were helpful in everything, we were not victimized. It was also great to have its own parking lot. The house is a little outside of Urla, but it is quite easy to get to by car. About 30 minutes from the center of Urla. There are several grocery stores within walking distance, which is enough to meet the needs. The sea is 1 km away, easily accessible on foot. The house has all the necessary kitchen utensils, but liquid soap and toilet paper were missing. There was no WiFi. The sheets and towels were quite clean, we are very satisfied with this. The large grassy area in front of the house was very pleasant for hiking or sitting, the landscaping was also very nice.

We like our stay. Bed is comfortable except the pillow too high for me. I like their kitchen, very generous with the supplies.

Great place, awesome view, clean, cosy and tidy place. Hüsnü is a responsive and kind host, it's rare to find someone who is so helpfull. Thanks and looking forward to come back during another road trip!

Amazing views and close to the sea as well as the marina

The location of the house was very good, within walking distance to the bazaar, market, pharmacy ,restaurants. There were all the materials in the house, everything was thought out, everything was clean, we were very satisfied, we were very satisfied, thank you Mr. Volkan, see you next year

The location of the house is very nice , you can have a very nice holiday even when you arrive with your private vehicle. The house was very clean, everything you need is available, if I go to warm up again, I will definitely choose the same place again.

Mr. Bahri was a very hospitable host. We stayed in a sparkling clean, centrally located house. We had everything we needed. In the most preferred place of new Foca, it was very close to the beach, restaurants, grocery stores. As a home we always wanted to stay in, it went on to our listings. 🙏🥰

We took the opportunity for the holiday and stayed at Ms. Nühal's house for 5 days. The house was enough for 4 adults and 1 child. Ms. Nühal's friendly hospitality made us all happy. Since the weather is not fully heated yet, we realized that we would be cold in the evening, Ms. Nühal provided a stove in a short time. Since the floors are marble, I recommend bringing slippers with you when you come.

It is a place that meets your expectations with its great location , quiet and peaceful surroundings in Yeni Foça. It's a great advantage that it's close to the beach , the grocery store and the bakery. We would like to thank Mr. Kaan and his family , especially Ms. Hüsniye for their hospitality.

We felt at home during our stay, everything was perfect. The location of the house was in a very decent compound and was close enough to the beach. Deniz and Ms. Fatoş were very interested. We were especially satisfied with the cleanliness, everything was disinfected and sparkling clean. Even though we went earlier than the check-in time, they let us put our luggage, Ms. Fatoş was very helpful with everything. You can come and stay with peace of mind:)

The location was very calm and had a nice view. From the moment we entered the house, it felt like our own. It was very clean, tidy and reliable. It was perfect to have breakfast in front of the glass with sea views when you woke up in the morning. I think Mr. Fatih explained the house a little. Even if you don't stay, I recommend you go and see it because it's worth it.

completely by chance, I saw the airbnb site and Ms. Emine's house. I read the comments, everyone wrote amazing things, and everything looked very nice in the photos, but I was a little nervous because I was going to go with the guest and, frankly, they were difficult to please my guests :) Ms. Emine greeted us and I felt like I was in my own house as soon as I entered the house. Everything was immaculately tidy and tastefully furnished. The kitchen utensils were clean as if they had never been used and everything was dropped. The beds were spotless and comfortable, and I was very comfortable as someone with herniated disc. i literally looked for something dusty or dirty in the house, but there wasn't one Ms. Emine had planned and arranged everything in the house as if it were her own and the result was really magnificent... you can go and stay with peace of mind. Very nice grocery store, bakery, butcher market, all very easily accessible. The sea is already perfect I would like to thank Ms. Emine on my behalf and on behalf of my guests. I plan to go again in the summer:)

The view of the sea and the sunset from the balcony is absolutely beautiful! It feels like home away from home. There is everything available that you need. If you have trouble finding the place ask someone on the street. The host is very friendly and helpful

The apartment we stayed in was really beautiful with its view, my favorite is the sea view and pleasure, let's not forget the pool of course 😉 we had a very comfortable holiday. And we had a very good sleep, because the bed was chosen very well. We did not have any difficulty as it was the area we knew. I need a house like this too 😉 Thanks for everything Suzie. We were very comfortable in this lovely spacious apartment. The apartment is equipped with all the necessary things, air conditioners in every room, very clean. It was quiet and at the same time close to the beach. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

We were offered a really safe and immaculate accommodation during our holiday process by Mr. Ekim and his mother, Ms. Türkan. The house was very clean and had adequate amenities. We found the location easily; we stayed comfortably as if it were our own home. Thank you 🌸

Ben's house was in a very good place in terms of location, the description of the house was very good until the place of the key, it was very nice when the description was followed, everything was close to the beaches, the location was close to the beaches, 5 minutes by car, 15 minutes on average, everything is very comfortable, the restaurants were very nice in the evenings. It takes 5-6 minutes by taxi to the center of Çeşme, very comfortable location, the house was very nice. I helped us a lot with everything, thank you very much, we are already making our next year vacation plan for this place. I think it's very affordable in terms of price. There is a boat tour nearby, we used them in the center of Çeşme, the time is very fun, thank you very much for everything.

We first booked through Airbnb. I have to say there were no problems. The apartment is exactly as shown on the pictures. It was very clean and it has everything you need. There is also a pool which was also very well maintained and clean. A clear 10 of 10 :)

In addition to being a house decorated with nice and quality materials, there was none in the house. There are kitchen utensils that meet all the needs and also has a garden that will have a very pleasant time, the house is also a 10-minute walk from Mimoza and Bodrum beaches.
