Vacation rentals with a patio in İzmir

Mr. Kutay was very gulery and caring. The house was as seen in the pictures and immaculate. He gave advice on needs and made us feel like he was with us when we needed it all the time. A place where we will definitely stay again, thank you for everything 😊

Everything was great! The host guided us from the moment of booking to the moment of check out. The interior of the house was very stylish and glamorous, but also cozy and spotless. The view was incredibly beautiful, a perfect place to enjoy with a warm tea. The host also helped us when we wanted to check in early and let us in before normal time. Check-in and check-out was very easy and tidy. I will definitely come back here again!

It was absolutely as described. The rooms were clean, convenient and spacious. The kitchen utensils were quite sufficient, we were able to use 4 people very comfortably. We had a small hot water problem, but Mr. Berkan and his father immediately took care of it and found a solution. The garden is very well thought out, it had a very large area where you can take a walk and get some air, and in terms of calmness, it is a good option where you can retreat away from the busyness of the area. We had a very nice holiday for 4 people. It was definitely a place we were planning to come to in the summer.

the house is a little far from the center due to its location, but if you have a car, it is not a problem and it will meet your needs if you are looking for a quiet,calm place. For families with children, the garden is spacious, the landscaping is very beautifully designed. In addition, there is a barbecue and kitchen area in the garden where you can barbecue. The interior of the house is clean and tastefully furnished, it feels like your own home, the balcony is big but gets a lot of sun in the morning, it is very enjoyable to sit in the afternoon and evenings. Overall, we were satisfied, there is no wi-fi yet, there is no TV, the laundry can be washed in the common area.

The house was as seen in the photos, no one could put water in their hands about cleaning, it smelled very clean and spacious, very close to everywhere in terms of location. Yaşar was very understanding friendly and helpful when we needed anything, the location of the house is as far away as it is said, but transportation can be easily provided, there are too many insects, etc. Since it is in touch with nature, there are many insects, etc., go to the beach in 5 minutes, but since the area is a bay area, there is no sand, there is gravel, the water is extremely clean on the beaches, the area is very calm and quiet, everything is available in the house, spices, household items, equipment, the house is extremely clean, everything is very clean, everything is worthy of its money, as in the photos

I had an amazing experience staying at this property! The place was spotless, well-maintained, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Mr. Suat and Ms. Bahar are wonderful people, their businesses are immaculate and peaceful. We incredibly enjoyed the stone houses, the garden is very well-maintained. But their hospitality gets in front of the beauty of Foça, we understand how much we long for such elegant people. I look forward to seeing you again at the first opportunity. We came with my family, it is close to the center and the transportation was very convenient. Quiet place with a great view. We got away from the stress and crowds of life. The barbecue by the pool was very nice, we enjoyed the clean pool to the fullest. It was very nice to have a bathroom in each room and the cleanliness of the house. Mr. Ihsan was also very interested. Thanks for everything, hope to see you again:):)

Ms. Nezihe was very sweet and helpful. It's nice that the house has its own garden. There were amenities such as a wood fire, a barbecue. We never had a sound problem, we could easily listen to loud music. Their dog named Elmas was also very sweet.

Ms. Selda is a very positive, well-intentioned and helpful host. Very helpful from the moment we reached out. When we got home, everything was as stated. There was nothing that wasn't working or missing. Many details were considered for the comfort of guests. We felt like we were in a nearby home. Operated shutters, powerful air conditioning, and fans allow you to sleep comfortably even during the day. Kitchen utensils, white goods are new and useful. The neighbors are friendly and gracious people. The house is beachfront and in a tranquil neighborhood. The garden is quite spacious. There are many trees in the remaining part of the garden. While the children are playing on the lawn, you can sip your coffee in the gazebo and watch the sea. Perfect for family with kids. We had a pleasant, peaceful holiday with my family.

A very friendly and accommodating host. The apartment was small but nice. Completely sufficient for two persons. Has everything you need for everyday life. It was also very clean. As a bonus, you still have the view.
