Kitchen and kitchen utensils , washing machine, hair dryer, laundry hanger, ironing board, wardrobe, stove, toilet paper,shower shampoo are available in the common area. Free parking is available in front of the building and can be parked on the road. It is a 5-minute walk from the marina and the bazaar and has a public beach in front.

The cottage is certified by the Ministry of Tourism. The house is located in a settlement and is directly connected to a seafront promenade. From there, the nearest village Ürkmez can be reached on foot in 15 minutes (bakery, supermarkets, weekly market, pharmacy, doctors, restaurants, etc...). The big city of Izmir (40 kms) can be reached by bus/dolmus (minibus) ,or by taxi . In front of the house is 50 meters away from the sandy beach. In the house is drinking water refrigerator.(Sebil) and 3 air conditioner .
