Safari Tent 2 @ Tapnell Farm

EricRating, 5 stars43 months ago
We had a great time here. The location was picturesque and there was plenty to do on our week long stay. The tent was ideal and surprised us with how roomy it was. Check in was easy as in they text to let you know it’s ready and you just turn up at your tent. Each tent has a BBQ kettle, fire pit, two deckchairs and a large beanbag so lounging outside is to be encouraged. The views are great and the animals on site are friendly enough. The only gripe we have (completely not anything the venue can solve) is the Earwigs! They get absolutely everywhere! If you’re going to stay here then be prepared and maybe bring some airtight containers (even then they’d find a way in!). The play barn area and farm activities are spot on and there’s a lot to do to keep you entertained and although you have to pay, if you’re staying on site then it’s pay once and use as many times as you like after. We ate at The Cow twice whilst we were here and the food was great, service was spot on and for a reasonable price as well. We had a great time here and we’ll definitely be making a return visit, albeit we’ll probably try a lodge next time round. Thanks for having us!
A vibrant garden is filled with colorful flowers and lush greenery. A pink umbrella shades a dining area with wooden furniture set on a brick patio. Flower pots and a stone walkway enhance the inviting, well-maintained outdoor space, surrounded by mature trees.

Delightful family house on Goodwood estate.

DanielRating, 5 stars21 months ago
This house is so wonderfully comfortable, and is EXACTLY what you want from an AirBnB. There are plenty of the usual kitchen amenities which makes making yourself at home here so easy... we cooked great meals, and enjoyed movies on their comfortable couches, and most importantly, really really really enjoyed their absolutely immaculate garden and lounge area in at the back which is just too magically nice to be believed. Charlotte was perfectly communicative and kind and lovely and the pub just stumbling distance from the house is really very good. 10/10 highly recommend!
A wooden platform supports a bell tent set against a backdrop of trees. Steps lead up to the platform, where potted plants add a touch of greenery. The tent's cream cover contrasts with the natural wooden materials of the platform and surrounding area.

Great place to stay. Handy to have the use of small kitchen and shower. Pleasant surroundings waking up to birdsong. Even saw a red squirrel hopping through the trees. Would definitely return. Thanks Clare

Solar Powered Hideaway

We loved our stay in the campervan, Rose explained everything really well and the location is ideal for nearby Chichester/Bosham etc. The camper is well equiped and it felt like a little quirky adventure away from it all. We hope to be back in the future.

Secluded Bell Tent camping in the New Forest #1

RachelRating, 5 stars7 months ago
Our first family camping 🏕️ adventure was a success. This beautiful secluded site has been created with love and some lovely details. Having our own compost loo shed, shower and sink for washing up made life so much easier. The fire pit and bbq were well used and the fairy lights at night made the site look magical. The mattresses were super comfy, and our littlest members both slept really well. Our wellies were really handy for avoiding wet socks and shoes in the dewy mornings and helped protect against ticks. Communication prior to our arrival was great and we managed a slightly earlier check-in. The personal welcome note at the gate and useful info sheet in the tent were really helpful too, as were the in person check-ups. Thank you! We look forward to a future visit.

'Billy' - 5m Bell Tent in the fantastic New Forest

CatiaRating, 5 stars32 months ago
We had an amazing super comfortable stay this last weekend and enjoyed everything about it! The tent was lovely and the beds snuggly and comfy, we asked for our beddings to be provided and all we had to do was arrive, sit back and relax. There are only 4 tents on the site which suited us perfectly and the site is located in a beautiful and very quiet part of the forest. We cooked on the fire and also used the kitchen and the Armadillo barn, you'll find everything you need for a very happy and comfortable stay. We highly recommend Tanya & Andrew's glamping stays, we felt absolutely well cared for while able to enjoy our space peacefully and can't wait to be back.

Restored Showman's Carriage with King Bed

MichelleRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Great few night's away in the carriage. Very quiet and peaceful. We were very lucky as had lovely weather. Did get a bit chilly in the evenings but we didn't need to put heaters on or light the fire. As others had said before in reviews there is very limited 4g occasionally we got it more sat under the gazebo or outside the carriage but none inside. But that wasn't an issue for us. The only downsides were: The shower has no pressure and is fixed so takes a while, lucky i didn't need to wash my hair. Also the bed dipped in the middle we're not sure if a support is broken underneath as the head end seemed quite high if sat up in bed. Apart from that we had a lovely stay and there was everything there that we needed and more 😁

We had a wonderful couple of nights staying here and will most definitely be back!!! James, the host, was brilliant and reached out to us via message to check if we needed more wood and bought us loads out when we said we were running low. We adored sitting and listening to the wildlife, spotting deer, etc. It was just a perfect time, with everything so well thought out. Thank you so much!!

Luxury adventure in an Emperor Canvas tent

DavidRating, 5 stars19 months ago
We had such a lovely stay, only a little dampened by having a couple of rainy nights and a rainy day. Heidi and Larne were such lovely people and did so much to make us feel welcome. They were so helpful and especially keen to share information about the wonderful area in which they live. The tent and facilities were great, the bathrooms were fantastic, the kitchen is a little limited on prep space etc, but very workable. A second cooler would be useful for families staying for a whole week (we brought one with us anyway and Heidi did offer to store stuff too), but otherwise very functional for keeping fresh food. The tent was lovely inside with enough room for us all, loads of games provided and outside games and space were fantastic. Our son absolutely loved the rabbits, and enjoyed so much playing with them and also their lovely little girl Bella. Highly recommend the very nearby water park (5 mins), we all had such a blast. Also Moors Valley country park (10 mins) was awesome!
