Modern purpose built private self contained annex next to, but separate from our family home and is situated in Northwood which is 2 miles from the centre of Cowes. It is on the main bus routes. There is private access, parking, tv, wifi, Bathroom, equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, hob and fridge with ice box. It is in an ideal place to explore the Island, and is 2 miles from Vestas and the local hospital. Cowes is a sailing town that has several supermarkets, shops, restaurants and pubs.

The Studio; self contained guest house, Lymington

Interior designed self-contained studio with bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom and private garden. Please note there is no parking at the property. Lymington Town train station is a four minute walk. There are several nearby car parks and overnight street parking. Lymington has a thriving Saturday market and high street. The quay, marinas and IOW ferry terminal are all a short walk away and the new forest is very close. Please note the host has a dog who may sometimes be in the shared garden.

Modern purpose built self contained chalet, next to the house but with its own private entrance and private pergola area with canvas sides complete with cosy seating & lighting plus hot tub! Situated in East Cowes. The house was part of the Osborne estate so we are situated right next to Osborne House, also a 2 minute drive or 15 minute walk from East Cowes Red Funnel. We are also on a main bus route to Newport or Ryde. There is private access & your own parking space. It is an ideal location.

The Guest House is a nautical themed studio for 2 guests (& infant), with a brand new private patio overlooking the garden and countryside view. There is a treehouse for those with young children. The studio has a King size bed, en-suite bathroom, lounge with smart TV (Netflix included), kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, electric hob, convection oven, toaster & kettle. The space is ideal for couples looking for a relaxing get-away. We provide tea, coffee, biscuits, toffees & Prosecco.

Our annex is fully furnished and ready for self-catering holidays or short stays. Situated at the end of a quiet unmade road surrounded by fields on three sides, and just a few minutes’ walk from Totland Bay, it is ideal as base for walker's, cyclists, beach goers or those who just want to get away from it all. The Cabin at Howe Lodge

A lovely garden cabin with vintage details. It's very comfortable, quiet, with sea views nearby. It's a short walk to the beach and coastal path. The village, pubs and restaurants are also within walking distance. The cabin is in the garden of the main home, but very private. There is a toilet and a wash basin within the cabin. The heated shower is outdoors with sea views! We offer a simple and tasty complimentary breakfast served in your cabin or on our deck (weather permitting).

The local pub is less than 5 minutes walk and a fabulous post office sells all you might need in provisions.
