Monthly Rentals in Ischia

I would like to thank Mariagrazia for the amazing stay in Ischia. I spent a month in the apartment and it was absolutely wonderful. Fantastic apartment, perfect in every way. Great location..centrally located by the port and in walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, bus stop and beach. The apartment was spacious and very clean. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedrooms, bathrooms were well appointed. The terrace was amazing with great views of the harbor and the mountains. Mariagrazia was very kind and helpful with almost immediate response. Her father in law was also readily available and attentive. Thanks for a wonderful stay....

Great place! Clean and neat. Antonio is a very nice and generous person. This is definitely the highlight of my trip.

Giuseppe is a very friendly host and gave great information for excursions and restaurants. The apartment is well equipped, cozy and located in a very nice place. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thank you for everything :)

This listing and host are absolutely wonderful. We stayed here for 4 days and loved every single one. We spent plenty of time exploring the island, but were always glad to come back to the peaceful retreat that is this condo. If you are considering renting here, do it! But definitely consider renting a car (we did) otherwise you are reliant on the bus system since the condo is removed from the main part of the town. Thank you MariaRosaria for a great stay!
