Beach house vacation rentals in Ischia

Viviana's house was an absolute dream. Set on a beautiful little beach, very close to the old town, and perfectly situated for exploring the island, the cottage is also very well equipped with everything you need for a great stay. We were there for nearly a week, and loved every moment. Viviana was extremely helpful and kind, and even left us some apples and beer -- very handy when we arrived too late to buy groceries. I cannot recommened this place highly enough, and would go back in a heartbeat.

I couldn’t of asked for a better place to stay , Maurizio was so helpful and even organised a boat for us to rent! I will definitely be back.

Had an absolutely wonderful stay! Annamaria’s place was spacious, homey, well stocked and had a lovely outdoor patio. The place is even better than the photos! She gave great recommendations for activities around the island as well. We will definitely be staying here again!

Roberto was a great host! The place is really very nice and was spotless. We immediately felt at home. If you like to stroll in the evening or sit in a café, restaurant or bar, this is the place to be. However, this also makes it a little louder at night. We really enjoyed the lively Italian life and would have liked to stay longer in Roberto's beautiful place. It's also great that everything is within walking distance: beach, shops, bus stop, harbor…and thanks to Roberto's great tips for the stay, nothing can go wrong. We had a great time!

Beautiful apartment on the port of Chiaiolella, just steps from the beach and Vivara. Kind and flexible owner, everything clean and well-stocked. Our family of 5 had a great time, both children and adults!

Our stay at this brand-new house in Sant’Angelo was fantastic! The house is spacious, well-equipped, fully air conditioned and a few steps away from the beach, shops and restaurants. The fridge was stocked with drinks and snacks. Despite the lack of a view from the windows, the comfort and amenities more than made up for it. Our hosts Nello and Valentina were incredibly friendly and attentive. Highly recommended for a comfortable and welcoming stay!

Selena’s place was wonderful, what a great stay, amazing views, terrace and garden with a view and in the Sun at all hours of the day, direct access to a beach a 2 minute walk to the town very nice décor and spot clean. I highly recommend !

You will find a truly beautiful and tranquil place with chickens, bees and a wonderful garden with fruits. Jeff is so passionate about Design - You can find the care and dedication in all the thoughtful Details, like the Tiles from different parts of Italy, or the beautiful components handmade by a local carpenter. This place is very special, pure and aesthetic. I took the Bus from the Port of Forio to Punta Imperiale and from there it‘s a 10min walk uphill. So don‘t be afraid of walking ;) Jeff and Alex are always available and incredible helpful. Such nice and warmhearted people - really happy to have met them. But they also provide a maximum of privacy, if that‘s what you want. As I was travelling alone, this mixture was absolutely ideal for me. So thank you Jeff and Alex, see you soon!

The flat is really nice, decorated with taste and very clean. We were working there and the wifi is great! Aurelio and his mom are friendly people, and always available if needed. The location is perfect to visit Ischia, near the beach, the port and the bus station.

Perfect for our small family reunion. The 20 by 9 metres swimming pool (depth over 2 metres) was the centrepiece of our daytime activities and was kept immaculately with cleaning every morning. A huge choice of secluded sitting areas to relax, chat, eat or just daydream. The two kitchens on the lower floor were fully equipped, but it was so easy to have pizza delivered or to stroll to restaurants that we didn’t need to make use of them. The established gardens provided a beautiful backdrop to this corner of paradise. We were delighted by everything.

We had a great time despite the fickle weather. Francesco welcomed us very warmly and informed us of all the places to visit. He was super and caring. We went to Ischia the week before Easter and so the property was still in preparation for the season and the pool was closed because the water was too cold for the period. The apartment offers a beautiful view on the port of Ischia and met our expectations. Just like the really beautiful communal terrace and offering a great view of Ischia. Small downside however, it would really be necessary to renovate the showers and especially the knobs. There was no pressure and when you are five people, it's a bit complicated and long. Similarly, a little more supply in the kitchen would be welcome like tea towels for example.

We had a wonderful stay in Ischia. The property was very unique and had amazing views. Our only regret was that we didn't stay longer. The pool was so refreshing after exploring all day. Prices on the island are very reasonable and I would suggest adding to your itinerary.

Maria and Erico were very helpful. Erico offered to take us to the supermarket once we arrived and check on us through our stay. Any language barrier was easily overcome with google translate. Would recommended this place to others.

It is difficult to describe Sofia’s fantastic personality in a short review. She is a wonderful, passionate and very empathetic host. The property is amazing and very clean and quiet. I really loved my stay and sofia helped me a lot and we got along perfectly. I will come back to this wonderul place. I would give it more than 5 stars if I could. Grazie Sofia❤️❤️

the apartment is very well located and accessible for an easy arrival by boat . The city is quiet and the island's visit is easy with buses .

We had a wonderful stay here. It‘s a very clean and nice appartement in the best possible Location in Ischia. Close to the beach and close to Castello Aragonese. Ivan was also very polite and the communication was very easy. He also gave us good tips for food and activities. All in all we were more than happy and really can recommend it.

Lellò was very responsive to any requests. Great location and walkable to Ischia Ponte, local Bagnos, and Ischia Porto.

Very nicely located apartment, in a quiet neighborhood, within walking distance of the beach, shops, restaurants, and archaeological sites (some of which were unfortunately closed at the time of our trip). With a rental car, Napoli, Vesuvius, Pompei and other historic sites were also easy to visit. Massimiliano and his mother gave us good tips for good food and attractions nearby! For lovers of history, tasty food & drink, and geology!

Cute apartment with an amazing view! Would definitely recommend.

The only way in or out is via 140+ very steep steps, depending on which route you take, just so you know! Well worth it though. A simple apartment but has everything you need with beautiful views. We particularly enjoyed Blu bar and Gorgonia restaurant. Wonderful to visit around Easter as has a traditional parade on Good Friday. Were able to leave our bags (by previous arrangement) until later in the day for our ferry- thank you!
