Villa vacation rentals in Ischia

What an absolute gem. So much character and space. The outdoor table/patio and rooftop patio were wonderful. Pool was so much fun. We have three boys 10, 8, 5. They had a blast swimming and playing games in the rooftop patio. Small grocery store a minute away and larger one just 10 min walk. The beach was a tad far (maybe 5-10 min walk) but it’s a gorgeous walk and lots of lizards to find on the way. Would absolutely stay here again.

The most amazingly beautiful and relaxing environment.

Great villa very quiet with great views exactly as described Maria our host was very efficient and attentive. It was very clean and felt like new when we arrived. You will need to be quite fit and free from mobility problems if you intend to walk into town which is only about 10 minutes but a very steep hill for the first 400m or so. There is a dedicated secure parking place if you have a car which is a bonus. There is good selection of restaurants and shops in the town and you can get a bus to anywhere on the island very easily We Can thoroughly recommend this property

Casa Bianca is a great place to stay. The 7 of us found comfortable and do recommend. It’s spacious with four bedrooms; two are upstairs (air conditioned, shared bathroom); one of the bedrooms downstairs is not air conditioned and best suited to a single person. The roof top terrace has sweeping views and a good place to sit. We did have a few issues, but Lukas and team were super attentive and rectified most in a day (replaced front door lock, shower head, fixed bedroom lights). We learnt to use one shower at a time otherwise upstairs loses all pressure and run air conditioners on low fan to avoid power trips. A short 5 minute walk is Giardini Ravino resort which is run by Lukas’ family and we were given full access to the fabulous cactus gardens, swim pools, steam room and restaurant which had a great breakfast and on Mon, Wed, Fri and Sat there is live musicians for dinner with the backdrop of the cactus gardens. Lukas arranged motor scooters hire, these were delivered to house.

Great place for big groups, we loved it!

Our stay was wonderful! Rita met us at the house for check-in and check-out, which gave it a personalized feel. We had a group of 8 adults for the whole house. There were enough bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate our group. It would even be great for families with children. The enclosed yard is beautiful with many fruit trees, a small pool, several outdoor seating areas, and a lot of charm. There were many shops, bars & restaurants within a few minutes of walking and the Italian island nightlife culture was great. I recommend this property and would stay here again!

Carmela was an excellent host - she was really responsive in the lead up to the trip, allowing us to check in early and organising transfers for the group. The villa was as described - there was loads of space for us all and gorgeous views across Ischia and over to Naples. Carmela organised a lovely dinner for the group in the taverna that is part of the villa. Thank you!

We were on a family holiday coming from New Zealand and England to celebrate a family birthday. Domenico’s place was a perfect venue for us all to stay. We all had own rooms and space. But also being able to have family time together down in the pool area where the outside kitchen is. The host was extremely helpful and responsive to our requests.

Our stay at Giovanna's was very nice. She was always available for us and was very warm and helpful. Giovanna also had some valuable tips for us. The location is awesome, not far from the beach, bus stop, supermarket right next door and some very fine restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The house is very lovingly decorated and nothing is missing. We were able to enjoy three beautiful terraces overlooking the sea and the mountains. Only the furniture of the terraces would have to be renewed occasionally. We had a wonderful stay and would love to come back. Thank you very much for everything dear Giovanna!

We had a great time at Christian's house - super quiet location in an idylic and non-touristical setting. Ischia Porto ist good to reach - even on foot, if you are used to walking a bit. The huse is beautifully designed & renovated. The host's outstanding taste is very visible. Special asset: the rooftop terrace.

We had the most wonderful stay in Andrea’s home. The villa is absolutely gorgeous, perfect for our group of 9, the pool was dreamy. Kitchen was well equipped, bedrooms all had own bathroom, and the views + sunsets are beautiful!! Also a couple of restaurants are about 5 min walk from the house. We didn’t rent cars, it’s about a 15 minute walk to bus stop + grocery store and we used the bus system on the island which was good! We had the best time, 10/10 stay, would definitely come back - thanks Andrea!! :)

Really delightful place to stay in a private villa that's just bubbling with character and a great view of Casamicciola Terme. It is a 10-minute walk downhill (15 minutes uphill ;-), but there is also a bus). Communication with Januario and Mino went smoothly and more than nice. The room was spotless with a large bathroom and a small outdoor area right in front of the window, as well as access to all shared rooms, fridge and coffee machine. I would love to come back!

We enjoyed our stay here very much. This is a “real home” and we really appreciated that. It wasn’t some sterile Airbnb put together as a money maker. It’s spacious, has some lovely outdoor and indoor spaces, and a well equipped kitchen. We did a lot of cooking. The supermarket and a fantastic bakery are basically across the street and around the corner respectively and so shopping was so easy. We struggled a bit with mosquitos and all of the anti-mosquito gear Antonietta left us was so helpful in this regard. We wouldn’t have been able to relax in the house without it and the wall plug ins really did work. We thought the location was perfect for our time on Ischia.

Everything! everything is perfect, very clean and very well thought out! We were a family of 4 and a couple we had everything we wanted and even more: warm and super generous welcome! Very clean house! Very large and very well-equipped and airy house. Perfect bedding! Perfect location!!! 10 stars if that were possible! The owner is of absolute kindness and discretion! We had a wonderful stay. The house is large with all the comforts you need: Air conditioning, washing machine, TV, wifi. The garden offers magnificent views with the setting sun over the sea and the green ray:) The outdoor shower is very convenient. The decor is very friendly, and the round shapes give a unique style. This was one of the best places I’ve ever stayed in decades of travelling all over the world. The house has everything you need, very clean and comfortable, well organised and in one of the most beautiful locations on the island. The view of Capri and the bay is stunning, and even though it’s a bit of a steep hike to get to the top (we could do it in 20 minutes and we’re not regular hikers) it’s definitely worth it! There’s a small village to explore 2 minutes down the path and a restaurant with a remarkable view of the gulf of Naples and great menu. Giovan Giuseppe is a wonderful host, very friendly and kind, excellent communication and always responsive. He helped us with every request and question immediately, really going out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we need. Ischia is stunning, but this house and our lovely host really took our holiday to the next level. Thank you Giovan Giuseppe for your hospitality! We definitely recommend staying here!

Place was mind blowing, the view from anywhere in the house felt surreal. Stayed here with three friends (young travellors), the place had everything we required. Despite being in the higher up part of Ischia, we didnt have a car or scooter so only hassle was getting around, but thats on us. Plenty of area to yourself and your family or friends, would absolutely recommend this to anyone travelling in and around Ischia. Couldn't have stayed at a better place!

Vinczenco is a great host, communication was excellent, Vincezno waited for us, showed us everything, and helped us to rent a scooter. The location is great, the view was outstanding, great local restaurand near by. You need a drive app. 10 minutes to Forio or other beaches but still worth it. you are not far away but still it is a quiet place to enjoy your vacation. Vincenzo welcomed us with a bottle of his own wine (perfect btw) and with fruits from his garden. Really everything that you can expect from a great host and a great place from pictures. Highly appreciate. I can recommend Vincenzo's place. we really enjoyed the stay only for a few days. Everything is as described and what you can see in a picture is there. thank you Vincenzo
