Monthly Rentals in Incline Village

Spent an entire month at this location and it exceeded all expectations. Perfect location for anything you can imagine... The lake, snowboarding, grocery store, restaurants, you name it. Would do it all again in a heartbeat.

We had wonderful stay for 4 days at Janet’s place. It is spacious, clean, warm, and had everything we needed for cooking. Janet was very responsive and gave us good recommendations on resorts, etc. highly recommended to other guests! We will come back next time.

I stayed here for 5 months and never once regretted the decision. Like others have said, the place feels bigger in person. It’s nice & cozy and had everything I needed for a long term stay. Neighbors were nice and welcoming. Internet was fast (important as I WFH) and only went out 3 times the whole stay, and it was more of a town-wide outage, not just Lloyds place. Lloyd was super responsive when I needed anything and also very warm/welcoming. Unit is in a beautiful setting with trees and the birds/chipmunks off the back patio remind you where you are. A couple bars/restaurants/coffee shops/grocery stores/gas stations, cinema were all within walking distance. Bed was comfortable, shower water pressure was good, fireplace was awesome - I was never too cold. Nothing negative to say here if you’re looking for a quiet, peaceful place to be. Very safe area, never once felt worried about my car or anything like that. Will stay here again!

This place was amazing the only thing that was meh was parking but other than that great stay 👍😄
