Vacation rentals with beach access in Incline Village

Great vacation condo. Very clean and well provisioned. What made this unit so spectacular was the panoramic view of Donner Lake. We watched sunrises, Sunset storms coming in, reflections off the mirror smooth lake. Truly a magical place.

16minutes from Palisades, 2 bedrooms, a spacious upper balcony and backyard, excellent amenities and Vasily left perfectly organized and intuitive instructions for how to go about our stay. Not to mention a great value. The place could easily house 4 buddies or 2 couples and a single person on the spacious couch.

We stayed at Gordon’s condo during Christmas and it was a great experience. The house is warm, cozy and clean; it is well equipped and has sufficient supplies, books, games etc. Our little one loves the loft as her little secret place. We also found Gordon left a couple sleds in the garage and they added a lot more fun during our snow play. Gordon has been very responsive and friendly before and during our stay.

The place was exactly as described! We got to hang in the apartment more than planned (dang rain!) and it had all the basics we needed for our short trip. Roomy bedrooms, place for snow gear to be out of the way, and great location near the lake! Also a plus that it’s dog friendly!

Great location with short walks to various stores and restaurants. Our destination was Olympic Valley and Kindra's Airbnb was perfect for our needs. I highly recommend this location.

Missy’s place is incredible! Right by Palisades (previously Squaw) and not far from Heavenly/North Star. We will definitely be back.

Such a lovely place, I highly recommend! The space was clean and cozy, and just a short distance to good restaurants and other amenities. The host was also very quick to respond and had great recommendations.

We had a lovely destination Thanksgiving at Linda’s wonderful Tahoe home. The view was spectacular. The space was beautifully arranged and organized. I brought a bunch of cooking stuff as I wasn’t sure what would be there to cook a holiday meal. To my surprise, the kitchen already had almost everything I needed. Linda had a fantastic info binder with recommendations and instructions. The beds were of average comfort and there was a wide range of pillow selection which I always appreciate. I like wood stoves so they were fun to use but be aware you will need to figure them out and pay attention to them if it’s cold. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. I would 100% stay there again and recommend it to anyone looking for a nice getaway.

Beautiful updated and modern home in a perfect location. Kitchen is well stocked. Easy access to King’s Beach and Northstar. Lots of scenic views and wilderness. Our family had a memorable time.

Details and instructions were clear and helpful. House was very tidy and as described. The dog beach and trails were a short walk away, as were local restaurants. Would visit again!

We had a great time at the Tahoe house. It’s in a great location with plenty to do nearby. The house was spotless and the kitchen was well stocked. The host was quickly responsive when we had a question. We would definitely go back back.

Tom's cabin was exactly what my family needed for a quiet stay near a family wedding. The private beach access was lovely, the cabin warm and cozy, and the area is full of things to do. Tom was proactive and responsive. I'd definitely stay here again!

This place was great! Visited right as it snowed and it was breathtaking! The neighborhood was great to walk around and play in the snow and the airbnb itself was incredibly comfortable. The hot tub is an added bonus as well! Mark and Gretchen were great hosts, super proactive and checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. 100% will be coming back to this airbnb next winter, I anticipate it becoming and annual event :)

Jeanine's cottage was a lovely place to stay for our group's ski weekend! The unit was super clean, had comfortable furniture and beds, and it was conveniently located a short drive from the ski resorts. Jeanine was quick to respond to messages as well. We really enjoyed our stay, and hopefully we are able to stay here again in the future!

It is rare to find a one-story accessible home with a fenced backyard for dogs. This home looks upon a beautiful meadow area, it was very quiet and peaceful and a big bonus, walking distance to a lesser known beach that also has an area for dogs. The dogs loved their walks in the meadow, hanging out at the dog beach and running around the backyard which is much larger than represented in the photos. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and has a dog door in the slider. Restaurants and other attractions are within an easy few minutes drive. We look forward to returning next summer! Kathy has been a superb host. She's been responsive to all my questions and kindly help with some custom requests without hesitation. Her place definitely exceeds our expectations, extremely clean, great locations and with everything we need for a winter trip in Tahoe.

We had an excellent stay at Tom's place! The space was well-maintained and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Tom provided detailed and easy-to-follow check-in and check-out instructions and was incredibly helpful in answering any questions we had. He even had the home pre-heated to a cozy temperature for our arrival, which was such a thoughtful touch. Tom went above and beyond by leaving some thoughtful treats for us, which made us feel even more welcomed. The location was also fantastic – just a quick 5-minute drive to Diamond Peak and even closer to a variety of restaurants and a grocery store. Thanks, Tom, for being such a wonderful host!

Everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations! Liliana and Neb are very kind, they even left Christmas gifts for the kids! The place was very cozy, had everything we needed and more. Extremely close to Northstar Village and Big Springs gondola. We’re definitely coming back.

Great cozy condo. lots of space for our family of 5. Walkable to the lake which was great. Tennis courts and Pool/hottub area were all closed down so couldn't use those. Be aware of that possibility if booking in fall

Excellent location, comfortable stay, parking was easy, lodging was well stocked and had all the amenities, and the host is very responsive. Would stay here again in the future!

It's a very cozy space. Small but still contains everything one would need for a long term stay. Not a great cellular signal, and apparently they have blackouts from time to time, but this isn't reflective of the host. Just an fyi if you're needing a stable cellular connection. The wifi is strong enough as well, apart from unforseen loss of electricity.

Easy is the best way to describe this condo. Easy to feel at home. Easy to cook in the very well equipped kitchen. Easy to jump in the hot tub just steps away. Easy night sleep in a comfortable bed. Perfect for a couple. Location is fantastic. Close to everything in Incline Village. Walk to beach.

We had wonderful stay for 4 days at Janet’s place. It is spacious, clean, warm, and had everything we needed for cooking. Janet was very responsive and gave us good recommendations on resorts, etc. highly recommended to other guests! We will come back next time.
