Condo vacation rentals in Imperial Beach

We had a wonderful time at this location! Restaurants nearby and kids loved the ice cream/icee shop across the street. Ocean right out the door. Kids loved playing on the beach!

Jen's place was clean, well maintained, and tastefully furnished. Exactly as in the photos. Jen's communications and responses were warm and friendly. The place was very quiet and in a safe community. We felt at home and slept well. The 2-car garage was clean and spacious. I would highly recommend the place, particularly if you want to be close the southern side of San Diego.

Carlos and Liz were amazing hosts. They went above and beyond. They were very responsive and attentive. As far as their place, IT IS AMAZING. WE WILL BE COMING BACK SOON. BY FAR ONE OF OUR FAVORITE PLACES. THANKS CARLOS AND LIZ

I had a relaxing 1 week stay and would definitely return to this charming place. Daniel and Arcelia are friendly and always helpful. The rooftop deck offers an amazing view and I spent many hours reading there to the sounds, sights and smells of the ocean. There is a soccer stadium across the street and the sound of cheering can be heard sometimes, but nothing bothersome. The property is very secure and safe. There are many restaurants nearby. The fixtures are new-looking throughout and well-maintained.

The place was stunning. The location was just far enough for some peace and quiet but also close enough to enjoy the town! Private pool and beach was a perk too. The condo was as the pictures show but even more amazing in person. The balcony view never disappointed. Alma was a great host, responding to all our inquiries in a timely manner and was helpful on some local suggestions. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Perfect location. I rent Airbnbs in this area at least once a year and this rental was the best I’ve had. Had everything we needed for our stay. We walked to coffee every morning and grabbed some late night snacks at Pizza Port. Perfect space for our mini-vaca.

We enjoyed our stay at Andy’s place. It was plenty of space for 3 of us to stay. Great views. It gets a little warm at night in the bedroom without air conditioning but they do provide an extra fan which helps. Overall, the space was great and we would recommend to others.

What a great place to stay! Great restaurants next to the condo. Everyone in the area is super friendly. Checking in was super easy. Definitely staying here again.

I could honestly say this is a lovely apartment beautiful view and so clean really nice decor will definitely be booking it again on my next trip.

A Perfect San Diego Coastal Getaway! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Carl's beach home in the Pacific/Mission Beach area, and it was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the charming beach cottage. The decor is super cute, combining cozy beach vibes with modern comforts, making it feel like a home away from home. The location couldn't be better! Just a short stroll from the beach, we enjoyed daily walks along the shore and stunning sunsets. The nearby restaurants and shops added to the convenience, making it easy to explore the local scene. Carl was an exceptional host, providing us with all the information we needed for a smooth stay. The cottage was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. If you're looking for a perfect beach getaway, I highly recommend Carl’s beach home. This two bed/two bath property was in a fantastic location. The instructions were easy to follow. We walked a short distance to restaurants, coffee shops, bars with live music each day. And of course to the beach and tidal pools. It was easy to drive in and out of the area. The two bedrooms were separated by the kitchen, dining, and living spaces, so it felt private and quiet.

Our stay was fantastic! Great location in the Gaslamp District, close to food, entertainment and more! We really loved the beautiful interior design with exposed brick, high ceilings and a gold motif. The furniture was very comfortable and nearby Ralph's within walking distance made it easy to pick up groceries to cook in the fully equipped kitchen. We look forward to returning again and would highly recommend this Airbnb to others visiting San Diego! Thank you to Ryan and co-hosts!

We had a great stay and it was the perfect size for our family of five. We loved how close it was to everything. We were able to walk to Restaurants, Ralph's and even Belmont Park. Beach access was super convenient and close as well, maybe a minute walk down a little pathway.

My family and I loved this property, the location was looking out at the bay which made for a perfect view. The condo also was perfectly located near the boardwalk, cafes, and restaurants so we rarely had to drive anywhere. At night we enjoyed watching the fireworks from seaworld out on the porch, the evenings were quiet which was also nice since my parents are seniors. Tooraj was very communicative about property and to contact him if anything was needed but everything went smoothly and we had a wonderful family vacation I would absolutely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Kim’s place in San Diego! The condo was clean, centrally located and very spacious. The gated garage was awesome, and we loved staying on an upper floor with great views. We arrived very late in the night, and Kim was kind enough to stay awake to meet us with the keys and codes. We had a great time staying there during the long weekend!

Nice accommodations, hard to beat view, great area to explore and enjoy all the amazing food. The beach is awesome. Lots to do in the area. Close to everything. Great stay.

Such an amazing place! My husband and I have been meeting up with our friends for 6 years now and this is the first time a kid has joined us. My son loved the beach and it was so nice to be so close and to have our own space but to also be able to walk to restaurants and things around. Kiran was so kind and was able to answer any questions we had very quick. We’ve already talked about going again!!

This place is great! It is a beautiful condominium with a beautiful view of the beach and the pacific ocean. I love how well finished and adequately equipped the condo is. The beach and pools downstairs are private which is another big plus. It has a decent gym to get your workout in. The whole place is very safe and secure. The parking area is very closely watched and guarded. Overall, I loved everything about this place and I will be coming back again. Luis is also a great host! Answered any questions I had very quickly. Thank you Luis!
