Nicholas’s apartment was the perfect find for my Southwrn California getaway. The apartment was spacious, clean and very comfortable, and the view of the ocean from the pool was just what I had hoped for! A perfect spot to relax during the day and watch the sunset in the evening. Great restaurants and shops in walking distance, free parking, gracious staff - all around perfect!

We had a great stay! Beautiful view and waking up the sound of the waves was so peaceful. Everything exactly like pictures we will definitely be back.

It was our second time staying at Michelle’s home, we enjoy more and more every time. The sunset by the pool at 7pm was simply breathtaking, We will def plan on coming back 👍🏼

The house looks exactly like the photos, and the amenities & location are even better than you think! The neighborhood is easy to find, feels very safe, and is on a gorgeous scenic coastline. The house is spacious, furniture is very comfortable, and kitchen has utensils, pots & pans, seasoning, and coffee. The electronic bidets/heated toilet seats in all the bathrooms were a nice bonus. The master bathroom shower was especially luxurious. Board games, hot tub, lawn games & trampoline were perfect for our family. Note: there are very few restaurants & no grocery stores in the neighborhood, but Rosarito has shops 20 minutes' drive south. I highly recommend you visit Popotla fishing village by Rosarito and get some fresh-caught seafood to cook up at the house. We loved it here!

Had such a peaceful time here! Quiet, clean, gorgeous view. Super fast wifi was amazing for work! And my favorite part is being able to hear the ocean all day and night. Will be back again!

This was our second time staying at this home in San Antonio Del Mar w/our pup. Private safe gated community w/beach access. Only 10min drive to downtown Rosarito. Very spacious with an ocean view & jacuzzi. Joel is an excellent host! Definitely recommend & look forward to staying again!

Great place for the price! Clean rooms, bathrooms, and fresh clean linens. The floor to ceiling windows give an awesome view of the surroundings in the city.

LOCATION!! The view of this condo is incredible! We LOVED waking up in the morning to the sounds of the ocean crashing against the beach. Drinking our coffee on the deck looking at the people walking on the beach was the most relaxing way to start our days! The condo itself is exactly as Tamara describes and more...lovely, clean, spacious, had anything we needed during our stay, walkable to restaurants/bars/coffee, etc. We were thrilled with this find on AirBNB and would happily stay here again!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Studio. Its location to one of the most beautiful beaches in Southern CA was ideal. We were literally 100 ft. from the beach. It was comfortable for two adults. Ginger was very responsive to a very minor plumbing issue. It was fixed the day we reported it. We were very thankful for her prompt attention to the matter. Overall, a wonderful experience for us. We felt right at home. The house is very clean and well appointed. Bright, right on the beach and spacious. It has a little need for updating some things, but the master bed is super comfortable, the place is super safe and Daphne is a fantastic hostess.

Monroe was great! Very professional and the place was pristine, clean, and good value for the price. I would stay there again next time I visit.

This beach house was wonderful. It was very accessible to all areas- food, bars, entertainment. You can walk to Belmont in 7 min or go to the R in PB with a 6 minute Uber ride. The house has all great amenities. They had bikes and water equipment to use. There are 2 parking garages so it helps with big groups. Along with that, the beds are comfortable and clean! I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Stunning and beautifully appointed beach home in walkable La Jolla location. Truly walk to beach and coffee shops and restaurants. Maria is one of the most proactive and responsive hosts we’ve ever had. Very clear communications, instructions, and recommendations. Exactly as advertised. We would love to stay here again.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in San Diego. The location is unbeatable right on the beach with good views. There are tons of great food places within a 5-minute walk, which made it super convenient. The host was fantastic, responding quickly to any questions and even recommending some awesome food spots. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing beach getaway.

Cristina’s place was wonderful! You truly feel at home from the first moment you walk in. The location is private and homely. There were times when we were the only people at the beach. Christina was super responsive at all times and met all accommodations. We will definitely be coming back!

Mike was awesome. My family and I are from near Pasadena CA. Mike was awesome in making us feel welcomed in lieu of the unfortunate fires in LA county. His house was beautiful. The view of the ocean was exactly what we wanted. As a plus, the spot was near a brewery (walking distance) where they had amazing coffee and food. We were also about 20 mins from downtown, and a short drive to nearby stores like Costco and Target. Thanks Mike for everything!
