The views in our house are absolutely spectacular! The location is central to great restaurants, downtown SD, SeaWorld, and bay beaches where you can kayak or paddle board. It is a ideal choice for vacations and for business travelers looking for a comfortable place to call home while traveling. Entire House, 3 Patios, and parking for car in garage and driveway We like to stay out of our guests way during their stay, but we will always be accessible either via phone call or text; but if you are so relaxed and you don't want to expend energy to text or call, merely ring the wifi doorbell and it will connect to our cell phone and we can address any questions you may have. The mid-century modern house sits on the side of a hill in the La Playa neighborhood of Point Loma, overlooking the harbor. It is a quiet neighborhood, within walking distance of the harbor, beach, nice restaurants, and amenities. Please note 24 hours before arrival, we will provide you a door code you can use to enter the home, the same code locks the home when you come and go during your stay.

Dan and Britt were very helpful and the house was perfect for us. The foosball table and ping pong table kept the younger generations entertained for hours. The smaller kiddos really liked the Connect Four game and the wooden blocks. It is a perfect place for the four generations we had there. Our purpose for this trip was to attend our grandson’s graduation from Marine boot camp at the MCRD. We highly recommend your facility for family gatherings. Thank you so much. God bless!

Brianna was an amazing host- very proactive and attentive and super friendly and helpful. The place was clean, well stocked, and looked exactly like the photos. We were there for a bachelorette party and could not have asked for a better place! The attention to detail was amazing, the get ready room was so fun and useful. There were plenty of towels, and we were even obsessed with the smell of the hand soap! The rooms are set up really nicely for a large group and there was plenty of space! Location was perfect, a 10-20 minute uber drive or car ride everywhere that we had on our itinerary. I could not recommend this place enough!

The location was absolutely perfect—right in the heart of Point Loma with easy access to everything we wanted to do. The place was clean, well-equipped, and check-in was super smooth. The only thing I didn’t realize beforehand was that the property is adjacent to a busy street, so it did get a bit noisy in the early mornings (around 6–8am). Other than that, it was a great stay and I’d definitely consider booking again!

Booked a last minute trip to San Diego from Las Vegas for Spring Break. The booking was so easy. The pictures didn’t do this cozy bungalow justice. Appointed so well with a beach theme. The outside is so inviting with a jacuzzi and games. Walkable to grocery and restaurants. Located so close to SeaWorld and the Zoo. Vikki was extremely on top of everything, from checkin to checkout. Only regret, we couldn’t stay longer!

Backyard oasis for the win! Great communication with host. Most well equipped rental we've ever stayed at. Perfect for those traveling with smaller children as well as teens. Great for multi-generational trips. This was a staycation for ourselves, kids and grandkids and everyone had a great time playing in the pool and yard. Thanks again Mike & Kristy!

We really enjoyed staying at this house. The location was great, located near the beach, bay, and shops/restaurants. Easy to either walk or take a ride share. The house was very cozy, both inside and outside. I really enjoyed the outside area, including the hammock in the front yard. Beau was so great, very friendly and responsive when communicating with him. I’ll be sure to book this place next time I am back in San Diego!

This was a girls trip and this place was perfect for us. Very comfortable and clean. The hosts were incredible flexible with us! So many things were walkable and close by but far enough away to enjoy time together. We would absolutely stay here again.
