Castle vacation rentals in Icking

The room was very clean and very tidy, the common activity area was big and well maintained, we stayed in a room for five or six people, very comfortable!It was fun and had a great time!(S1, a small comment, our room door is a little difficult to close ~☺️).At night, you can see the stars in the neighborhood and enjoy the starry sky without light pollution🤩, take a walk in the huge back garden in the morning, and many recreational facilities for children.Friends with a car are highly recommended in terms of transportation!The student party can take a 15-minute walk to the nearest village to take a car.

Thank you very much for this special place, a romantic property with garden, chickens, sheep, old trees, ponds, small chapel and bright bell guys on Sunday morning. The large Haus Schloß Mörlbach is lovingly furnished to many details. In the hallways & stairwells you will find posters of the great concerts that the castle owner has organized. It is also an ideal house if you want to rent an entire hallway for a family celebration. Next time I will definitely come with our adult children, because then we can also use a music room with piano to practice. There's a lot more than what you need. In any case, it is recommended to read the detailed descriptions as preparation. Thank you also for the room upgrade from the basement rolling sound band room to the room on the 2nd floor. The Demeter farm with cafe for breakfast with the great products was particularly unique. I'd love to come back if we are nearby.

We had a wonderful stay at “the castle.” The communal kitchen led to a few nice conversations with other guests and the farm store downstairs (with delicious raw milk!) was a total highlight for the kids and us. We’re sure to recommend and will be back!

Everything is great. The accommodation is amazing, clean and all the guests are very respectful. When you check in they have the detail of leaving you fresh milk from their own animals and you can feel super comfortable. The only drawback is the location if you don't have your own vehicle as the bus runs every 2 hours and isn't available on weekends. The workers are very friendly and are always willing to help you, they gave us a ride when we didn't have transportation available. I would definitely recommend it!

We stayed two nights at Schloss Mörlbach and it felt less like your traditional Airbnb and more like a relaxed, open-minded, indepent hotel accomodation. We had originally booked a small but very nice-looking room, however for some reason we were given a different, actually bigger room, which we found clean and comfortable. On our floor there were three shared bathrooms and two shared kitchens, and one of each was always free for us to use. We particularly loved the green garden, which is a lovely place to sit and read (either in the sun or in the shade). Sometimes, in the hallways, we met someone from staff, who was always friendly. The place itself did not feel crowded at the time we visited – sometimes you met other guests, sometimes you didn't. For us the whole stay was rather relaxed and easy-going. We can highly recommend a stay at Schloss Mörlbach and would definitely love to come back!

Great house, nice people, beautiful garden, great animals and a very nice environment.

Schloss Mörlbach is a special place. It’s so peaceful, the garden is lovely and the surroundings are beautiful. For children there are swings, trampoline, table tennis, badminton and a zip-line to play with outside. Everyone here are very friendly. If you don’t mind sharing facilities, it’s the perfect place to stay. Personally we have enjoyed it very much. There’s plenty of room and space for all to relax. The location is also great. It is not far from Münich and close to Starnberger See. There’s lots to see and do.

Beautiful and quiet location, good base for excursions to Munich or in the 5 lakes country, extraordinary house on your own pond and the small farm shop is also very convenient.
