Our stay was PERFECT! - The house was even better than expected! Plenty of space, big kitchen, a great layout, and kid friendly. - The location was excellent. We had a slight hesitation about not being right in the city center, but the tradeoff for a great house with plenty of space where our group could be together was well worth it! The S2 stop was a 7 minute walk from the house and was super convenient for getting into the city. We didn't take an uber/taxi once during our stay! - Moritz and Janka were super friendly, informative, and flexible. You can't ask for better hosts! I highly recommend a stay here if you are travelling to the great city of Munich and want a comfortable and convenient home base.

This was the PERFECT place for our family to spend the holidays in Bavaria. We thoroughly enjoyed the home as well as the local sights and shops. This is an EXCELLENT home. We loved it!

Very nice and comfortable. perfect equipment

There were four of us (with two of our adult children) and our two dogs booked a short vacation for two days. Berthold, who lives next door, called us around noon on the day of arrival to make sure all information about Airbnb was sent to us correctly. He then received us in person and showed us the already well preheated house. The journey was uncomplicated, the location idyllically on the outskirts with views of the mountains. All as described, kitchen well equipped, bathroom modern and clean, living room and room rustic and stylish. We felt very comfortable, the stay was unfortunately too short...

Very friendly host, good communication. Practical furnishings with nice little kitchen, all very clean. Enough space for 2 people. I slept very well. Thank you!

I stopped just for a night with my two children, the place felt comfortable and homy as soon as we entered. The check in was easy, Toby and his wife responsive. The only hic-up I had, is that I drove first one turn to early, but found the house straight after... As we stayed only one night, I don't know how the light is in the apartment during the day as it is a basement.

Perfect place to stay

Great location and friendly landlord The apartment has a great location, ideal for a group of up to 8 people. The landlord was very friendly, always available and open to feedback. There were minor challenges in terms of cleanliness at first, but the landlord was very accommodating, which is why we drove home with a positive feeling. Overall a good stay with potential!

We had a great stay at Mariola's place. The property is in the small town of Raubling in a quiet neighborhood, just a few blocks from the main road and near several markets and a great bakery. Raubling is near the foothills of the Alps so you can see tree covered hills nearby. We took day trips to Munich, Lenggries and Neuschwanstein. The property was large enough for our group of six and we made use of the indoor pool and sauna.

We enjoyed our stay very much.

Like last time, everything's great. Love the view from the balcony. There is everything you need in the apartment. Cozily furnished. The lake terrace is great. Have often sat there. Shopping in the neighboring village of Krün or Kochel am See. This is our second time staying here and I'm sure we'll be back. Great. Best regards to the dear landlords

Underrated airbnb! Our family of five had an absolute blast at Roswhita place. The entire place is so well put together that we wish to replicate it at our place down under. From the unbelievably well kitted out kitchen to the comfy sofas, to the Wii (such a clever move), to the clean Lego, room specific underfloor heating, comfortable beds, gorgeous views of the endless enormous windows... such a cozy home. Impeccable. The location? a quiet town with classic German B roads that were Disney looking in winter. The perfect location to relax, truly feel at home and be relatively close to Legoland, Munich, thermal swimming, etc... We will be back 😊.

Katharina has a nice place in a good location and is very responsive. The fact that this seems to be her primary residence makes it a bit difficult at times to know what you can and cannot use, but she was a very reasonable and understanding person when miscommunication occurred.

We spent some quiet and relaxing days at Katharina's place. The cottage is cozily furnished, in the kitchen and bathroom there is everything you need. A special highlight are the sauna in the bathroom and the cozy oven :-) In the entire area you can do a lot, take beautiful hikes, etc., but you can also get to Augsburg, Munich or Fürstenfeldbruck quickly. If you want to relax a little, this is the place to be!

The stay was very nice for us as a family. Christine and the whole family were very nice and took time for a chat every now and then. Our son was allowed to help feed the animals and got all questions about the farm and animal answered. The food offered was fine in terms of price and we highly recommend the ham in particular. GREAT PLACE - GREAT COMMUNICATION! we stayed at Dominik, Frank and Hektor's place for 4 days and 🐾 were extremely satisfied! The Air BnB was extremely clean, well furnished and there was absolutely nothing lacking. Communication was also very good. We were there with our dachshund and baby. We especially liked the coffee and the little Starnberg candle! Thank you for your hospitality!

Beautiful surroundings. You can get everywhere by car. You don't even have to drive far away to be able to hike nicely and quietly. The apartment is very clean and well appointed! Thank you very much!

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation, the furnishings are very tasteful and the equipment is great. The apartment is centrally located in Reichersbeuern and bakery, butcher, etc. are easily accessible on foot. We have also received very helpful tips for excursions from the hosts.

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The space is according to Füssen and Garmisch. In addition to the play equipment, there is a playground and football field nearby. Unfortunately, the view is not as described by the photos. We lived in the house downstairs and somehow looked at the mountains, but in the foreground is a large (probably newly built) warehouse. Nevertheless, the stay was great. It was clean, we could use the dishwasher washing machine and fireplace. The firewood was even provided. All in all, a good place to stay!

Great apartment in a hip neighborhood of Munich. Easy access to downtown. Communication with Javier was easy and friendly.

Location is nice and quiet with close by grocery store, train station, and local bakery. It is outside the inner city and in very quiet neighborhood. At times it was difficult to get an uber, but the train station is so close that it can be more convenient. Monika was great in communicating and provided lots of help proactively. She is a great host.

We spent a very nice week in Andreas apartment. Our kids were able to enjoy the garden, and the puzzles and games for children that were already there were also used. Communication and cleanliness great! The location is great, we drove by car to Murnauer Moos, and to the Ammergauer and Garmisch mountains.
